I have been a loyal client at Luxor Nail for overs 10 years and would not consider going anywhere else. Services are the best and the staff are amazingly talented and more than that, they make you feel at home. Highly recommend you give them a try. You will not regret it!

My daughter and I have been loyal clients of this place for many years. I have only good things to say about the services and the ladies working there. The prices are reasonable and I am very satisfied with the service I have received. I have also met the owner many times; all of them are friendly and welcoming. In each of my visit, I can feel that many of the clients are loyal and repeat clients. That says a lot about this place. I highly recommend their service!

They do an awesome job. Try to book appointment. Usually a busy place. Reasonable too $$$. ONLY ONE THING I DIDN'T LIKE IS THEY WANT YOU TO PAY CASH. BUT THEY CHARGE THIEIR OWN TAX (5%) FOR CASH (so as a customer we think it's better than 13%) in reality it's illegal. They must to stop it. I believe it's illegal. I am not a lawyer but it's not fair. Either you charge 13% on as a honest business or if you want to stay away from government tax issues, DON'T CHARGE CUSTOMER'S YOUR OWN TAX.

I’ve been going to this spa for 15 years. Friendly staff and family owned. I always get a pedicure and bio-gel manicure, leg and eyebrow wax. Well priced, clean, and quick service because they always have enough staff to accommodate even if you don’t have an appointment. I like them because they are part of my community and a small family owned business. ️

I have been going here for over 10 yrs. I don’t mind the place in comparison with lot of other places. Recently the lady who did pedicure picked up a towel from the used basket. The place was full and k was embarrassed to even say anything.

The salon is clean and organized. All the ladies I've interacted with are sweet. Vivian is my favourite.

Love the girls there. Very professional and friendly staff. I showed a picture of how I wanted the nails and she made it almost the same.

First time going to Luxor did I ever had an amazing experience starting with the front desk Marian was ABSOLUTELY fantastic even gave great tips of how to manage curly hair since hers is gorgeous and having Cindy as my nail technician I'm very very pleased now next step is trying my lashes extensions I will update when that happens and by the Way prices are very affordable compare to many nails salons that only grab ur money and the product deliverd is garbage.

It depends on who you are getting your nails done by but so far no complaints cos i get the best ones always. Love my nails they do a great job on nails. Just a reminder they only take cash or debit and an extra charge on debit so just bring cash.

Not the best, when I inquired about a nail that looked discolored, they tried to convince me it was nothing. It was in fact mold and I told them to take off my nail protection and let it air out.

I have been getting my nails done here for the last 3 years, I come all the way from Toronto to get my nails done here. Kim is amazing!

I wish Kathy was still running that place. The new owner doesn’t fit it and you can tell she doesn’t care about the clients although she’s polite and professional. It’s a different vibe.

I have enjoyed Emily's services for over 3 years now. She is the best ever.pleasant and very professional. Her work has always been faultless and percise. Emily is intuitive to my likes now, that her color recommendations always result in many compliments on the fantastic mani and or pedi.
True, the salon is always very busy, a sign of a successful operation. My appointments were and are, always honoured in a timely fashion.

Luxor prices are very reasonable and competative. I highly recommend the salon.

They are not professional at all, the receptionist looks very angry and does not smile or have good customer service skills. She is quite rude. The nail techs dont speak English well and expect you to understand thier hand gestures. They keep shouting in thier own language and are not very welcoming or caring. I got acrylics done and the job was okay but not perfect. They have little attention to detail. I would reccomend you go somewhere else where they know how to treat thier clients.

Booked an appointment for 4 pm. Arrived a bit early just to make sure I don't miss the appointment. Lady guided me to the seat, however recieved no communication abt how long it would take for my pedicure. Waited for 15 mins, still no communication. Later when I said I'm leaving, the lady who was supposed to be assigned to me said she mistook me for someone else or something which was clearly made up. NEVER going here again!

I've been going to this place to get my nails done for years and I absolutely love them! Service is amazing and they actually care about the wants and needs of their customers.

Came here a few times. The ladies were always nice. Other than not sticking to appointment times and running late, overall good place.

I liked my acrylic nails. They have been on for about two weeks and still fine. My nail technician was irritating though because she kept pulling my fingers and nails after applying the acrylics and it would feel uncomfortable. She also expected me to understand her gestures she'd make and seemed annoyed when I didn't (because she didn't speak English well). Overall, it would have been great if she was more considerate of me.

The worst service and quality. Check out nail vixen by square one. What a refreshing change. And bonus.they speak English, you don't wait for over an hour (even with an appointment) and they do a great job. These guys massively screwed up my nails the 2 times i went. Should have learned my lesson from the first visit. YUK!

I've been coming to this salon for almost 10 years now. They usually treat their regulars great however as of late, the wait time for BOOKED appointments is RIDICULOUS! I'm always waiting 15 to 20 minutes after my scheduled time. What's more upsetting is there is no acknowledgement of this. No apology, no urgency, nothing!

It's always busy but the quality is awesome. I've gotten my nails done by different people but each one had done a great job. I always challenge them with designs I find online and my nails are always beautiful.

I absolutely adore this spa. I always have a shellac done on my nails and it stays even longer than the ladies tell me. Luxor Nails has a very welcoming atmosphere, definetely my go-to place. Would recommend if you’re looking for good quality!

I’ve tried many nail places and I always seem to come back to this one. I’ve only ever had a shellac mani but I’m always left satisfied. Kathy is my favourite!

I’ve got my nails done here twice because it’s beside my lash lady. First time my nail tech answered the phone twice during my appointment and then got up and went to Tim Hortons. The second time I went the only lady that was available was the same as last time. 2 nails broke within 3 days and a third broke after a week. Their is way too much gel on my nails and they all go in different directions. Will never come here again.

Amazing job and nail tech took their time and payed attention to detail. Get Maria to do your nails she is the best!

1 star. Do you want to be hurt through your experience and blamed bc you have small toes or don’t clean your toes properly? Do you want a lack lustre job even though you booked an appointment? What about zero attention to detail and then accusing you out loud that you’ve never had a shellac manicure before and don’t know anything when you question if they added the top coat? Then this place is for you. The most unnecessarily rude experience I’ve had with a very sloppy job to boot. Edit: one manicurist is responsible for this experience. Young and slightly fuller figured. Unpleasant and cannot handle questions or criticism. Everyone else was very nice to our party. One more star for their sake.

Good location for services. Enjoyed my pedicure and hope to return soon. If there is a service you like this is the best place to go. Plus English is spoken at this location which is a big bonus.

LUXOR Nail and Spa is amazing! Clean environment and friendly ladies. I have been going to this location although i live in Milton and I am extremely happy with the service. The staff there are very caring and professional.the place is always busy but they are always on schedule and provide a great service every time. I highly recommend this place if you want to get pampered!

Horrible experience! Ive been going to nail salon forever. This one is just horrible once you become a regular they will start being rude and arrogant. Usually we have a young receptionist cash us out but this time there was someone new she was very unwelcoming and disturbing her collegues while they were with clients. Not only this whenever i get my pedicure or manicure done i pay $30 or $17. If i pay with cash they DO NOT ASK FOR TAX and if with debit they add 13% tax. This new receptionist started getting aggressive and asked for more money even though we were paying by cash she said with cash we add 5% tax. We told her we always get this done and whenever we pay by cash we pay the exact amount without tax she started being rude and called this lady who was supposedly the ‘old owner’ and she started lying aswell. Not only this the old receptionist started lying when we called her to save her job! Because they waid something in their own language before getting called out. Not only this the first time i went they charged me 60$ Later i learnt the employee pocketed the 30$ While the management did figure it out they didnt feel the need to apologize or giving me the money back! Selfish people

The best nail salon, I have been going there for almost 5 years, and I have referred my friends too, I get good service and their material’s quality is everlasting.
