Terrible, went for nails before leaving for my friends wedding in Dominican, she nicked my nails multiple times and hurt me/bleeding, i asked for a specific length and design and by the end of it they were so horrible that i didn't even want her to touch them again, when i spoke to them they refuse to refund money after i stated i had to go to another place and pay them to fix it because i did not feel comfortable with them re doing them.terrible customer service, they have these girls doing nails with no experience, i left in tears.stay away

Nice workers, very friendly, but I wouldn’t really recommend. The coffin shape looks like a rectangle, acrylic on my skin, the blue fading is not the same blue as the rest of my nails, the length isn’t even. Not the first time I’ve had an issue with this place.

Got dip nails a couple months back and was the worst nail experience I’ve ever had. The girl who did my nails needs to get trained, she didn’t even know how to file them and someone else had to step in, shape was still terrible though. Then when she was buffing my nails at the end she cut the cuticle on literally every finger, they burned for days after. The reviews looked good so advice to owner, make sure all employees are trained, not just some.

I have been to a few salons in the St. Catharine's area and this is my favorite one. Everyone is very friendly and they have been super understanding whenever I need to reschedule an appointment. The salon itself is beautiful, the staff are friendly and take pride in their work. If you are a student who is looking for their nail spot while you are away from home, or are looking to pamper yourself, this is the place. Worth every penny.
