Luxury Student Rentals

I have been working with Luxury Student Rentals for 4 years now and am very pleased with their customer service and ability to come up with good solutions for any problems that arise. They are prompt in responding to students in rental properties and to myself as a landlord. They will be the property management company I rely on as long as I own a student rental in London.

We literally had bats in our walls. Would give them 0 stars as they do not care about your well-being and are just after your money. Additionally, my brother rented a house from them and everyone kept falling sick so they asked for a mold test, and LSR faked it and said everything was fine. When we went to an external source for a mold test, they said the mold was at a significantly high level. They’re liars and cheats, save yourself and find another company to rent from.

Luxury is one of the best student rental companies there is! They do their most to provide the best service to their tenants & employees.

Luxury student rentals helped our group so much not only in finding the perfect house but also in negotiating the perfect price. Wouldn't rent from anybody else but them. Thanks guys.

Hands down the best property management company I have ever worked with. I first used another property management company in the area (you can probably guess which one _ _ _ Rentals) which completely mismanaged my rentals. Didn't alert me of a non-paying renter (who didn't pay for over 9 months), didn't maintain regular home maintenance (furnace filter change), etc. They were impossible to work with. Then I was introduced in Luxury Student Rentals.where do I begin.

Luxury Student Rentals is on the ball in effect aspect of the word. The owner Britta is amazing, clearly knows how to run a well-oiled property management system that has both the owners and students best interests. It doesn't stop there, her office staff is superb, from Priscilla to Kiersten, every time I call they intimately know the details of your home, address your needs and always follow through. They communicate any issues in a timely manner, offer great advice and services to help upkeep the property. They also leverage technology which provides you with visibility to payments, maintenance requests etc. Further, they are highly professional and always go above and beyond to keep their clients happy. As a real estate investor my only wish is the ability to clone this company for my other rentals.

I live in California and I have peace of mind knowing that my rentals are being overseen by the best property management company. I never write reviews but I had to do so as they are truly amazing. You will not be disappointed, I promise.

Ryan, their rental agent, is absolutely outstanding in what he does and he really listens to your needs and shows you the best houses.

I read a lot of complaints about some services, but when we moved in our house was clean and ready for move-in, sure did we had to do some extra cleaning here and there, but that is totally normal, we are a group of grounded people and can't wait to start our new adventure here.

I’d give 0 star if possible. Charges student ridiculously. We cleaned the house and vacuumed everything, and here is 500$ cleaning fee on us. And told us to put the garbage on the curb and charged us for 125$.
If you are struggling with life and academic, I’d recommend you to live on the street rather than signing a lease with Luxury Student Rental. I lived there for 3 years at 88 wharncliffe road, first year i moved in i got robbed.

I have rented in London for 3 years and Luxury Student Rentals were by far the worst people I have ever rented from – the 1 star rating is generous.

They rented our house out for May without confirming with us if we were even staying on a month to month basis after the expiry of our 8 month lease. Subsequent to that, they pestered us with emails every few weeks telling us to sign our lease termination.

They also entered our property a few times without confirming with all tenants that we received a notice of entry 24 hours in advance.

After we moved out, they charged us $100 in junk removal fees. We cleaned the house and property before leaving. It seems like they have charged other tenants the same way, they clearly won't hesitate to make a quick buck off young students – nothing "luxurious" about that.
