Went for eyebrows, they weren’t busy, I was the only one waiting.
No attention to detail, didn’t do a good job, barely cleaned my eyebrows. Did trim either.
The lady was rushing the job, not pleased at all and definitely not worth $12.

I usually don't post negative reviews, but this time I feel I have to. My experience today was very bad. My appointment was at 5: 30, and I called the salon to inform them that I would be 15 minutes late, to which they agreed. However, when I arrived, the lady who did my nails was rude to me. She kept complaining about my lateness, even though the shop closes at 7. I asked her why she didn't mention having an appointment, and I would have chosen a different day. She was also uncooperative with my nail color choices, repeatedly saying "No, " even for a simple color change. While her work was decent, I was not satisfied with the perfection of my nails, which I usually am. Her behavior was totally disappointing, especially since I've been to the salon many times before, and this was my first bad experience. She did apologize later, mentioning that she was tired. It's understandable to be tired, but it's not an excuse for rudeness towards customers. I hope this doesn't happen again.

Love this nail salon! They have great prices and always do a great job especially at designs. The one lady is also fantastic at eyebrow waxing. Highly recommend them.

My 10yr old daughter loves going to LV Nails they always take time with her and make her feel special. Prices are great for the services also.

My friend and I went here, and Tyler did my pedicure and a younger woman did my friend's pedi. Lovely people - we had a great conversation spanning all sorts of topics. The salon is clean, the people are friendly, and they took their time and did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend LV Nails!

I’ve used them so many times and have always been very satisfied. I’m now a regular customer and go in every 3 weeks to get my gel nails done. They are very friendly and attentive and so very welcoming. I highly recommend them. Also the nails last 3-4 weeks with no chips or breaking - they use good quality products.

This salon gave me old school nail salon vibes from the 2000s, and I loved it. High quality nail sculpting, filed down nicely no 'bump' at the bottom of the nail. The team was nice and friendly. I will definitely be back.

Wasn’t very impressed by the service I received by the one female.but the gentleman was super kind and did everything in his power to make me feel better.

Had a lovely deluxe pedicure and manicure with my mom. Staff were friendly and fast! Will definitely visit again.

So I booked my appointment for 11am, didn't get into a chair until 11: 45! And literally as soon as I sit in a chair (already frustrated) first thing I get from the girl is "oh, are you pregnant? " LADY! YOU DONT ASK ANYONE THAT! I'm legit only 150lbs and you made me feel like I was over 250! How rude can someone be? And to top it off, i had 2 other women beside me who tried to comfort me. You made me feel so, so embarrassed. So I stay, for some god knows reason, literally crying in front of her for the entire appointment, then the older woman (I assume she runs the salon) took over and added a small flower design. Now the flower was pretty, but she still charged full price. Never will I ever step foot into your salon EVER again.

I have been to many salon and LV is only one that listen to what the client request. This is clean environment I feel comfortable in. Very pleasant and amazing work. Recommend!

I did not get my nails done but my wife did and she is very happy, which makes me happy. So LV Nails is fantastic for making my wife happy. If you are a man looking to make your wife or girlfriend happy go here.

I visited this nail salon today and unfortunately I left super disappointed. I made an appointment today for 4: 30 for two sets of acrylic nails. We showed up on time, and still had to wait 15 minutes. My friend and I noticed that there were only two workers in the building and people kept coming in one after another saying they had appointments. There were about 5 people that came in AFTER us, in the understaffed nail salon that were tended to while they were also working on our nails. We ended up leaving the nail salon at 7: 00! (Closing time!) We still had to pay full price regardless of how long we were waiting. Which ended up being $50. They would paint one of our nails then go to someone else and finish their entire appointment. We were the first in, and last out. Unfortunately I won’t be going back to this nail salon.

Van was amazing. I am willing to travel to have her do my nails all the time. The service was outstanding! Thank you so much.
