I have been suggested this technology by my Bell representative and as result made a contact with LVM team. Great product, abundance of information regarding vehicle use and driver style of conducting himself on the road. We are not there with our drivers when they perform their duty and "How is my driving" stickers simply do not get nowhere near a true picture or how your drivers use your equipment on the road. From prompt and efficient sales team to implementation technicians, all deserve 5 stars. Great Job and thank you!

Do not mistake LVM tech for your run of the mill 3rd party sales company that make promises they can't keep and disappear the moment you sign. LVM Tech and Paras offer full ongoing support, answer calls and emails right away, and have unbeatable deals. As a business owner my bottom line is very important and I don't have time to sit around on hold for an hour every time I want to make an account change. This is never an issue when dealing with Paras.

We lucked out to have a dedicated rep, Nick Kouzikoujkian for the past two years we are with Bell as corporate client. Attentive to our needs from the account set up to working out roaming problems, and reviewing our coverage periodically. Always pleasant even when receiving calls on Sundays when our boss had problems with roaming/ blocked internet service etc. Nick and his team had also helped straighten out roaming overcharged. With our previous provider we were assigned reps that were changed so often but Nick has been our amazing help since the beginning and hopefully for many more years.

My experience with the staff as service at LVM has been exceptional. I'm happy to work with them anytime, and would recommend them wholeheartedly.

LVM have contacted me numerous times to switch. They gave me a proposal, which was interesting, so I responded with a few questions over a period of a week, they did not answer my emails. When I finally spoke to someone they first said that the offer had expired. Well if you had answered me you might have gotten an answer. Then when I asked another question based on information that provided me, I got a run around and no answer. At the end the individual tried to make me feel bad because "we are doing you a favour". Well if thats the way you feel Margaret stop calling me

Paras, was patient, funny and very supportive to the chaos we were going through. He gave us an offer we could not refuse.
