They will keep your money if it double charges you and try to make you feel dumb for getting double charged

I have been going to this Esso for years. All the staff are excellent, polite and considerate. Sam is the man! He will always greet you with a smile.

I don't normally feel compelled to write a review but after my experience at Lynden Road Esso this past week, I couldn't help myself! I too have experienced the lushes flow of the car wash and the curly locks from the tall glass of water behind the counter! He always has me coming back for another drink! If it's gas you got it, if it's snacks, you betch ya. If your in a pinch and need a pick me up, the vast variety of smokes will satisfy your deepest cravings. From the moment I entered, to the moment I dragged my sorry carcus out the door, I couldn't have felt more at home! Sammy gladly followed me out, broom in hand, sweeping up the crumbs I accidently dropped from the freshest twinki I've ever had! And 2 for a dollar! I put the second one on my dash as a constant reminder of my knight in shining armor! Until next time Sammy! Keep that mullet flowing and glowing,

Having the experience of being at this gas station was like reading the Bible for the first time

Horrible staff, just plain rude and ignorant. Either they hate their job or hate dealing with people regardless the staff are completely lacking in common courtesy and etiquette. One cashier decided to insult my intelligence which I found to be particularly ironic given that he himself really comes off as a poorly educated individual. I would give less stars if I could. I was tempted to say something but getting into an argument with a miserable cashier seemed to be a much larger waste of useful time. Most importantly I wouldn’t return or waste any more time with these glum people past this review of the abysmal customer service and an oddly personal attack from a complete stranger. I would say I hope he and the other younger cashier make an effort to change their attitude for the better, but I imagine that is only a small factor of their overall problem.

Honest, caring and super kind staff here — I don't ever write up reviews for gas station convenience stores, but these guys are truly an exception. Thanks for being exceptional people, especially today where most people are on edge.

I use to just drive right past this gas station thinking. Esso, why would I go to "Esso" when there is a perfectly good Petro Canada right near my house. Pfft man, was I ever missing out all these years. The staff here at this location are the definition of beauties. Go ahead, look it up.

The guys managing this gas station make it feel like home. I always get my coffee there coupled with a nice morning conversation with Samy or Simon. These guys saved my wife from depression.

This stations is very very busy in the morning. Probably because of the attached tim Horton. The prepaid card machine is always down

This is the best place to buy gas. The car wash does an excellent job, but really, the best part of this Esso location is the staff. All are super friendly and go out of their way to help you.

Gas pumps do not work. I’ve been here so many times and it’s always stop-start for 10 minutes in the cold weather. I don’t have this problem at other gas stations.

This place is always a few more cents for gasoline.
Customer service was not great. Felt like I was bothering him.
Will not return.
