Why book appointments when you end up having to wait over an hour? Terrible for anyone bring their kids or babies. Been here for 3 appointments for my toddler, Carrie Lydne was alright. Male doctor forgot his name, prescribed a steroid that did NOTHING. Looking for another dermatologist.

Spent $80 on an Uber (in total) just to not be seen by a doctor. Long wait time even if you have an appointment scheduled MONTHS in advance!

Very busy clinic. Booked my appt 3 months ahead. Still waited for 30mins… the doctor saw me for 2 minutes…

Waited over an hour without informing of the delay at any time, and the dr was not at all expertised or professional. Not very helpful and doesn't say much and has no proper manners. If the rush is that severe, maybe not squish so many patients in and try to manage time properly with proper service.

Despite the other reviews, I had a great experience at this clinic! I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment as I was afraid of facing a long wait time, but I was seen right on time for my 9am appointment. Front desk staff was kind and efficient and Dr. Carrie Lynde was a pleasure! The waiting room is busy, but everyone was wearing masks. Great experience!

After waiting almost 6 months for an appointment we arrived 10 minutes before the appointment time.

Haven't even seen the doctor yet and I'm writing this. We had an appointment for 1: 50pm and it is currently 2: 50pm and we are still in the waiting room. Receptionists are brash and rough. I'm not a confrontational person but I got mad and asked the receptionist when were are seeing a dr. The coworker in the hall calling names spoke to me and said 3 people ahead of us. And then checked a computer, came back to say only 1 person.

People who came AFTER us got their appointments 20-30 minutes late but now we are at 1 hour late, 1 hour 10 minutes waiting in total.

Let's also not mention that it's overcrowded, there's limited seating of which I left for the elderly but after an hour of standing in place, I'm in pain.

Will update when we meet with the doctor.

Update: we were sat in the room for an additional 10 minutes before seeing a doctor. Nice addition to this visit.

Update: nice, over 1 hour wait for a 3 minute appointment to which we were dismissed as having a wart to which he did the same thing our regular doctor did even though it clearly didn't work the last two times.

This place is TRASH

Would not recommend to anyone seeking out for a dermatologist. I was referred here for acne treatment, and always had bad experiences with the front staff and the doctor. Front staff were not very kind, and were not considerate or helpful. Would not recommend!

I highly recommand this place. I have problems of acnes on my face since I was 15, it has been so many many many years. Dr. Hakeem is my angel, he is very professional, I first visited him 3 months ago, now 90％ of my acnes have gone. I would totally recommand people who have acne skin to see Dr. Hakeem, he is the one really can help you!

This place is overly crowded and if they give you a appointment come about an hour later that’s when they’ll call you in anyways. They do not care if you had to leave work or you have other appointments with rude Tone they say you have to wait 1 more hour. So why is nobody calling me before I leave my house. And rush here to make it on time. Ridiculous. Do not come here

I arrived at 2: 15 for a 2: 20 appointment and waited maybe 3 minutes before being brought into the exam room. About 5-10 minutes later I saw Dr. Bashar Al Hakeem, who was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. Within 10 minutes we had a thorough plan for how to tackle my concerns. The clinic was fast, efficient, and all staff were plesant.

Had an appointment but waited almost 2 hours before being seen. Ridiculous. Don't understand why make appointments if you can't keep them.

My appointment was scheduled for 10: 10am and I was not seen until 12noon. The office was packed with a gazillion people no joke! I inquired at 11: 30am what was taking so long and I was told the doctor I was seeing is running 2 hours behind! It was not mentioned to me when I got there and registered at the front desk and it was not mentioned while I was sitting there for an hour and half. How do you run 2 hours behind at 10am in the morning! It makes absolute no sense! This experience should tell you ALOT! If you care about your time and patient respect find another Dermatology office there are so many out there. Oh and just so you know I never did end up seeing the doctor that was running two hours behind I ended up seeing her father!

2 stars because I believe they do some good work here with skin care. However, its poorly managed and overwhelmed with business. Absolutely awful planning of the new location has made parking a nightmare for the area. Hard to put faith in a practice that has so many problems.

One of the leading dermatology practices in Canada. Not only is Dr. Lynde also a professor at UofT but is also a leading proponent in the field of dermatology.

The ONLY reason I'm giving this Clinic a 2 is because of the surgeon. I have been to this Clinic multiple times. My first experience was about a 45 minute wait to see a doctor. My second experience (approx. 10yrs later), I stood in front of the receptionist in a jam-packed waiting room for 5 minutes, with full acknowledgment of me there, she ignored me. Not a word. She finally looked up and took my info, proceeded to tell me my 11am appointment would be an hour wait. It was. For a 5 minute consultation and referral to a surgeon to come back to the Clinic.
The second visit was quick, the surgeon was awesome and prompt. He did a fantastic job and my minor procedure was done and sutures could come out at my family doctor. Well, the nurse removed the sutures and part of the stitch was left behind. I tried over and over and over to reach the surgeon via the Clinic with no answer on the phone (which is constant, no one answers and no voicemails are allowed), and when I emailed, they responded with "the surgeons assistant has been notified and will be in touch". They never called.
I have called for results of a skin sample, no answer. I can't even tell you how poorly run this place is. It is a mess. I actually feel bad, because the Doctors and Surgeons are great.the staff are lost and Dr. Lynde needs to have his ship run a little tighter. It's a shame this Clinic is recommended by Family Physicians. I'll be talking to mine about referring people here based on my experiences.

What I don't get is why they invested in having a contact number (which nobody answers) and an elaborate answering system (where you cannot leave messages) and going through all that trouble to have a long recording just to tell you to bug off and email them because they are probably so occupied answering emails and polishing their nails. Or maybe they were all busy scripting another elaborate recording with a more elaborate maze of press this and press that.

My baby had bad eczema since he was 4 weeks old. Myself and our pediatrician was hoping it would pass, by being cautious on products we used in addition to hydrocortisone she would prescribe to us. Trust me when I say we tried EVERYTHING to cure this.

Fast forward 6 months and I can tell my baby was increasingly uncomfortable and upset. She referred us over to this office. At first our appt was booked with Dr. Charles Lynde we had to wait a month to get in to see him. But when we got there the doctor was running an hour behind and the clinic was over flooded with patience with no where to sit. Since we were new we asked to see any doctor and waited only 10 min.

Even though the waiting room was a terrible experience the doctor we had was amazing. She prescribed three different creams and my son had relief within the second day. And now it’s been a week and his eczema is clear with no signs of flare up. The medication was expensive around $220 which wasn’t covered by our benefits. However the change in behavior with my son and no sign of itching is such a relief.

We went to see Dr. Sonja. She was very friendly and we're happy about the result. Very busy place. Sometimes it's hard to find a parking space. Even u hv appo time, u need to wait much longer.

I was referred to this clinic by my physician and after sending an email I was able to schedule a consultation in less than 5 minutes. Yesterday I met with Dr. Fleming: super cool doctor and completely professional. Highly recommend this dermatology clinic!

Terrible phone service. Impossible to book an appointment. Doctor I saw seemed rushed to get to next patient and literally spent 3 minutes with me and ran off.

Poor management of front office. No respect for patients time. Too long a waiting period. Overbooking!

This doctor left me permanently scarred through a laser procedure he performed.
I have spent years and thousands of dollars trying to correct it.

The doctor was very good and pleasant but everytime we have been the wait time has been at least 40 minutes with a scheduled appointment time! So frustrating!

Staff was not friendly and do not care about patients. Doctor was so fast paced he forgot to even talk about my other issue with my skin. He decided to also be racist when I complained about my skin being dark around my eyes he said it’s a “racial” thing. I’m a light skinned tamil girl I’m sure I would know if my skin was supposed to be dark around my eyes. It’s also called dark circles which are cause by lack of sleep and the use of makeup.he’s a dermatologist I do not think it’s appropriate to tell a patient that there skin is flawed because of their race. This guy Dr Lynde he should retire and allow some people who took the sociology and psychology portion of the MCAT to show him how to run the show at his own clinic.next time show some emotional intelligence that’s valuable for ur business.

It took me a week of phone tag to get an appointment. I literally just witnessed a person coming in physically to book an appointment because they don't answer the phones. Then as soon as this patient leaves they begin gossiping about her.

I waited 55 minutes to get into the doctors office.

It seems to depend on the doctor you are seeing, because another gentleman who came early for his appointment was seen right away.

This office is not managed well and poor customer service, they NEVER answer the phone EVER and don't return messages or emails as they say in their message, it's like a revolving door with so many patients in the waiting room, crazy busy, and they do research there, so wonder what the real focus is of this office. Not patient care: - (!

Stay far away from this place. They don’t care about their patients at all! First time I came here I waited an hour for a 3 minute appointment. Where I was told to “wait to see if things clear up”. My follow up visit, which was booked six weeks in advance, I show up for, only to be told my doctor had an emergency and isn’t there. I understand having an emergency, but what I don’t understand is the lack of respect to not CALL PEOPLE TO LET THEM KNOW NOT TO BOTHER COMING IN! Waste of time, waste of gas, waste of my day and having to not go into work. Never coming back here again.

The issues then she transfer me to another department. I call back three times the individual picked up the phone and transfer the calls. Is it the Monday morning blues or simple disgusting and rude behaviour?
