Wendy was absolutely wonderful. Very detailed, responsive and thorough. We were selling a property with a tenant and she was very considerate of the tenant and scheduling limited and quick viewings. Property was up on Friday and sold by Monday over asking.

My experience with this company has been more than disappointing. I was looking for a place to lease, and met Mr. Fee as the representative of the landlord. We signed an agreement to lease (OREA form 400), and moved in, only to find out later on that while stating on their advertising that the water was paid by landlord and on page 1 of the form in prominent position, on page 4 there was a text saying that tenants was responsible, therefore conflicting, misleading and erroneous information. This has been dragging now for 3 months, and both the landlord and the real estate company are now hiding behind their lawyers and paralegals, something that I cannot afford, and deny my rights and compensation as the tenant. We also never receive a standard lease form that is mandatory since 2018, therefore now our "lease" is not a legal one, with unexpected expenses so now we have to move out earlier. They even admitted wrongdoing in an email, and while the landlord/ real estate are throwing legal tantrums to each other, us, the tenants, stuck in the middle and still waiting for our compensation, so now more expenses for me to file with LTB and small claim court.

Total package! From consultation to staging to virtual tour to SOLD! Could not have asked for more! Selling and buying is so stressful but you don't feel it with this team! Thank you so much for a great experience, beyond happy!

Don't drive like a maniac on public streets nearly running over children at crosswalks! HTA says not to proceed on your turn until pedestrians are ON the sidewalk. Your lack of care in driving, especially with identifying advertising on your Lincoln, shows your true character.had you run over my child would your petty showing you sped to really have been worth your greedy commission?

My partner and I worked with Wendy on locating our first ever home together and the service we received was unquestionable.
