The rehearsal spaces are nice. Good lighting, can fit many. Equipment maintained and in good condition. Definitely make sure you’re arriving on time and leaving on time. Staff are helpful with any questions or technical issue only problem is there isn’t many people working at once.

Great location and staff. The Control and Production Rooms come equiped with everything digital, making it easy to record and make music.

Great rates, equipment and probably the most helpful staff I’ve ever dealt with at a rehearsal studio. Best in Toronto easily.

We rented a room to record LIVE MUSIC but the next room has someone drumming, so it's heard from the music we recorded.

Absolutely fantastic recording/rehearsal space. Have used almost all of the available rooms, and they're all great. The amenities offered were more than sufficient. Highly recommended. The new parking lot is a key addition too.

In my opinion this is the best place for rehearsing. Amps and equipment are always working, never had any trouble when rehearsing there

When there was an issue with a piece of equipment another staff member was quick to help out and replace it so as not to infringe much on our rental time.

Happy to say drum set was in good shape, not falling apart. (Have had issues in other rehearsal places with them falling apart)

Easy and quick process to reserve a space. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quick practice space.

Beautiful space, excellent acoustic treatment (in the Tavern room), friendly and helpful staff. Decent gear, drum skins pretty worn but still sounding good. Location is a little tricky to get into the first time. Rates were on par with the area. It was a fun experience, thanks Lynx!

Loved coming here for my birthday and jamming it out with my boys! I've never used a live studio room that was that cool and I hope to come back again soon.

Always clean, staff is fantastic and the rooms are unbelievablly well equipped. For the price, it's a little ridiculous the quality I get from the Production Room at Lynx. Already booked in multiple sessions to record my full-length album and can't imagine going anywhere else.

Plus, a dope little espresso bar just opened right in front of it called Emerson Espresso - truly everything you need for a fantastic rehearsal or studio session is at Lynx!

I really wonder how much of a diva one has to be in order to give this place a bad review. This is the cheapest place you can find in Toronto that is ACTUALLY professional and clean. You’re money goes an awful long way here, quite frankly I don’t know how they do it but it’s amazing!

It's a great space at a reasonable price. I thought the screen projector attached to the iPad is a nice touch for lyrics and notes. I like the equipment, but I've only used the drum kit in the Bowie room.
