Think seriously about living here. Recently purchased by a greedy Toronto lawyer, Michael Klein, who immediately started "reno-victing" tenants to more than double the rent.

Here's just a short list of problems:
1/Water is shut off constantly without notice.
2/New management smokes more than they work so don't interrupt or expect action while they are getting cancer. Extremely unprofessional and beyond just rude, really nasty women.
3/Contractors on site are very unprofessional and lack common courtesy
4/Only one elevator works so good luck moving in.
5/Constant violations of LTB regulations.
6/Constant violations of Fire Regulations.

So if you're considering moving here, Google search the news items and decide for yourself: Do I want to live here? Am I that desperate to pay more than I really should to live in a place with all these issues? Parents, do you want you're children living here?

If you don't believe this review, come by, sit in the parking lot for a few minutes and see for yourself.
There are plenty of other places that would be a far better choice than living here.
But it's your life, your money, your decision.
Just know you've been warned.

Evicting tenant and charging them any where from 100. - 300 permth for parking

Doesn’t sound like a nice place to live if they chose to evict an 83 year old tenant and others selectively under the guise of major renovations in order to re-rent the units for double the current rental rate. Why were only 20 units of the building selected. The 83 year old lady’s apartment looks okay and she’s happy there. It doesn’t look like it needs “major repairs that seems her to vacate”. This looks s just a heartless cash grab to get higher rental on those 20 units not renting at 1800.00 a month. Ultimate greed!

You guys make me sick. Evict people that are on low income out on the Street. Oh of course offer them five grand if they move out before the end of May and the end of June 2500 you're just paying for their first and last. You can hide behind your company name I know who you are and you know who you are! Rich get rich in the poor get poor

Clean building, quiet and friendly. Nice sized and well laid out apartments

If being spoken down to and degraded as a woman is your thing, than this is the place for you. The superintendent is a vulgar, unreasonable drunk who really seems to enjoy drama and adding to it. He uses threats and intimidation frequently.
A lot of the tenants are old and bored so good luck trying to live a peaceful, quiet life here.
Seriously overpriced for the quality of apartment and people you will find here.
