Terribly disappointed with the treatment my sister received at this boba place. She dedicated 48 hours of part-time work, only to be denied payment. When she reached out about it, they chose to block her. As a student, this is not just unfair but also a form of labor abuse. Beware of their unethical practices and disregard for employees' rights.

The Vietnamese girl made it, removed the ice, and adjusted the sweetness for me. It's not very sweet. Five-star praise. Looks good and tastes good!

So many delicious options here! The thai tea soft serve was so good. Also have board games here as well!

Love their vast menu of delicious BBT choices. Mango Pomelo Taro Ball (aka Summer Heat) with half sugar is my personal fave. The quality of drinks from this location is pretty consistent, and they don't skimp on toppings. I always order from them when I'm in the area and is craving for BBT.

Very good bubble tea. Reasonably priced. Did a group order the strawberry cream brulee cheesecake was a favourite amongst most people. Only thing was, it was very difficult placing an order online or over the phone and the menu that’s listed doesn’t correlate with what has to offer in person.

My favourite bubble tea place. Willing to drive to this location to grab some of the best tasty drinks and toppings they have to offer.

Staff could use a bit of some friendlyness. Still not fond of the mic thing when ordering as sometimes its hard to hear the staff or have to raise your voice so that the staff can hear your order properly. A few small order mistakes has happened in the past but easily solved by the staff.

Hopefully they come out with more pastry deserts as they have a nice glass to showcase them.

While my favorite boba spot in Vaughan is great, I believe there is room for improvement in their employee training. Specifically, I was disappointed to learn that I couldn't get a substitute for a topping that they were out of without being charged for it. I hope that they can address this issue in the future to better meet their customers' needs.

I love all milk teas, like the pistachio one, or Oreo.
It is clean and beautiful.

The food was perfect, but the service was so bad! Especially the waitress on the afternoon of October 23rd! No service at all! Wait time at least half an hour above, halfway consulting multiple times completely pretend not to hear! And no answer! Hope to improve!

Great bubble tea spot. Lots of choices around that plaza but this is the best one around. Everything is freshly squeezed and made on site. We come from far away to this specific location every time and would recommend it to anyone.

Best bubble tea shop in the GTA. The mango pamelo (Summer Heat) is so unique to M Cha Bar and can’t be replicated anywhere, it is a MUST GET.

Worst restaurant donot go there, i waited like 30 minutes even more and didn't got my order and ther were continuously saying 5 minutes like seriously so i left the restaurant without any drink preffer go chatime instead or coco

When I ask for extra coconut milk in my drink, they never put it in but they charge me more for it! This has happened over 10 times and I no longer am going here again. Please save yourself the time and money and go to the bubble tea places that are in the same plaza:)

We ordered 6 drinks at this location on Jan 23rd around 5: 00pm. The girl’s attitude was so bad. We waited for more than half an hour to get our drinks. We tried to ask for the reason why the waiting time was so long. The girl just ignored us. The store was not busy. Only 4 drinks before us. And they said they waited for half an hour as well. The male barista explained to us that they were waiting for the taro balls. But the girl didn’t even tell us about the waiting time. If she doesn’t want to work there, she can just quit the job, not providing such a bad service.

Place is going downhill (but used to be our favourite). Specials are often sold out so you cannot buy this 'special discounted drink' and need to buy a regular priced one. Many other regular drink options are also sold out on regular basis (and that is early in the evening, not right before closing). Pistachio Frappe is still on the NEW menu, yet has not been available since at least 2019. Inconsistencies in service. Some staff automatically select a nice tip for themselves and give you the machine to tap your card (while others do it properly and let you select the tip), SO WATCH OUT FOR THE SUPER GENEROUS 25% tip PRE-SELECTED BY THE STAFF before you tap pay. I have money on my Snappy App M Cha Bar's account and was not allowed to pay with MY MONEY from Snappy as it was "today's special" drink and apparently my pre-loaded Snappy money is not an acceptable form of payment (had to pay for this one drink separately from the rest of my order). Service is also relatively slow as I am the only one in the store yet wait 20min for 2 drinks. So the service is slow, inconsistent and going down hill, drink options have decreased and specials and even regular drinks are often not available no matter what time during the day we come.

Really love Taro coconut milkshake but today I just bought 2 drinks, mine just all the water, there is no topping in my drinks.

First time here and I order the passion food mango slush and it’s delicious! I will definitely come back. Flavor is not sweet but perfect taste

Been here a couple of times, and usually everything is great.the last couple of times especially today the service by the young boy who took our order and made our drinks was so rude, the girl who poured the foam in the drink spilt it down the edge by accident which was totally fine but the guy looked at it and gave it as is, we asked to get it wiped and he shook his head, after going to the car and noticing the drink was warm I went back in to just ask for some ice and he grabbed it from my hands aggressively and put two cubes in and just slapped it down on the counter and turned away. I was so shocked as I’ve been in customer service for over 10 years and never treated someone like this.

Great bubble tea. Real taro paste in the taro milk tea. They also bake their cheese cake on site. Friendly staff. Nice and clean inside.

Update: the place has became very disorganized. Ordered couple of bubble tea but long wait! Ran out of tapioca (!) at 6: 30? One had to be remade because they added Milk to green tea: S. And then they were just going to reuse the topping in the tea by rinsing in tap water.

I drink a lot of bubble tea [Chatime, The Alley, Gongcha, Coco, Bobacha etc. ] but after trying the brown sugar milk tea here, I was STUNNED! It’s so so good. I’m totally driving all the way to Vaughan just for the bubble tea!

Their teas are good but their service is definitely lacking. The first time I came here, they got my order wrong. I didn't notice until I left. It was still good but not what I wanted.

The second time I visited, I made sure to place an order online ahead of time. I ordered 4 drinks. When I got there, they told me my order was canceled because one of the drinks was out of stock. Its understandable but the fact that they didn't even try to contact me to make an adjustment was a little disappointing. Especially considering the 20 min wait.

Revised: As of today Mar 14, I am done with M Cha Bar. They got three drinks wrong, did the same last time. Money refunded, went to Chatime. No more Creme Brule for me - I will miss it, but cannot stand consistent bad service.

M Cha Bar is ok during the week and awful over the weekend. Girls do pay attention when handcrafting a drink, boys will fill with ice, get the order wrong and show attitude. Have been there many times, unfortunately weekend service is not getting better. Chatime is in the same plaza across, while there is competition, don't have to put up with nonsense.

Tuesday was my first time coming here so i was a little confused on what to get and asked the girl in front (she told me her name is Sharonrose) to recommend a nice drink for a first timer. She recommended the passionfruit hibiscus drink and omg it was lovely.now that’s all i order.very very good customer service from sharonrose, she was so patient with me

The drinks at this joint is actually really good. They are always sold our of anything strawberry. So you are stuck with very few selections. The walk in to this bubble tea joint is ALWAYS busy so be prepared for a wait time for at least an HOUR. My rating is low cause OMG the service is so slowwwwww. I came here a few times even when it 3 customers ahead of me. One has to understand tho they have to fill our UBER/Skip Orders. But you only got 2 people making drinks.sometimes the front person has to make drinks too. So can't really blame the staff they are UNDERSTAFFED. Like you need at least 5 people to mend the lines and let it go quick.workers are obviously annoyed you can just tell when you ask questions. So do yourself a favor don't yell at these great people. Blame the owner for understaffing the business. I owuld def buy again but note the lead time. Go in here buy drinks and walk somewhere else to buy food or look at other shops and come back to pick up order. If you wait in there for your drinks you would prolly be yelling and be annoyed at yourself why are you waiting 30mins+ for a lollipop drink order. LOL.

One of my favorite bubble tea places! My favorite drink is the Mango-Passionfruit slush. Their tapioca is always fresh, and the creme Brule milk tea is good. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I like the Brown Sugar Pearl with Fresh Milk. This location gives the perfect amount of tapioca every time unlike the Markham location where they give too little tapioca. The flavour is always consistent. Even though there are plenty of other bubble tea stores in the same plaza, this store is my preferred one. I hope they don't change their ways!

I love coming here. The interior is well-kept, and has a very chill atmosphere. Almost always empty when I head over to M Cha Bar. On the pricer side, but they do use quality ingredients you can TASTE, and differentiate from other bubble tea shops. I tried the soft serve with tapioca. SOO good. Pearl milk tea is a classic, ive heard their jasmine rose milk tea is really good as well! I’d you’re in the area, def check them out!

- the past few times I’ve been to M cha bar, their drinks, and customer service have gotten terrible.honestly from a 5 star to a 2 star. The baristas are not the most enthusiastic, they take FOREVER to make the drinks, even when going at non peak times.honestly ridiculous, and it happens every SINGLE time.

I also just placed an Uber eats order from m cha bar since they were one of the few bubble tea places open late, and I got my usual a pearl milk tea with 30% sugar. And I’m absolutely appalled. My drink has a strong floral aftertaste, it tastes like jasmine or even lavender. It throws the whole drink off. I also had 2 of my friends try the drink and they described it the same. The drink tastes like it’s gone bad, and with Uber eats prices, with drinks nearing the 8/9$ mark, this is unbelievable. Will not be ordering m cha bar ever again, nor will I be recommending my friends and family to come to this place.terrible.save your money and go elsewhere. Idk what the hell happened to m cha bar but it’s gone downhill FAST. I threw 90% of my drink down the drain and it smells like that nasty floral scent everywhere.

Super cute bubble tea shop with a good variety of flavours and combinations. The decor and atmosphere is nice. The drinks are a bit pricier, but they have different and unique drinks compared to other typical bbt places. Got the daily special (Oreo foam milk tea L for $4.99), which was a decent deal and was delicious.

Service is extremely slow. It take them 20 mins to make one order, just for the order to come out wrong. They forgot to add the sugar in my drink. I trusted them and didn’t tried until I got home and it was such a disappointment.

Substituting tapioca with something else without asking the customer is a big problem here. Happened to me 3x

Great handcrafted drinks made to perfection. Love their Crème Brûlée milk tea and Summer Heat. They're definitely my two favourite go to drinks typically when I'm craving boba. I love their cute little paper bag packaging so efficient. You have to try this place and check out their café, super cozy and aesthetically pleasing inside.

Hands down the absolute slowest BBT place ever. They claim it's due to freshly made drinks, but if you watch there are just so many inefficiencies in their process. Drinks are ok, but not worth the wait.

Their cha bar milk tea used to be really good when they first opened, but now it's always super watery. Their tapioca is really good when cooked well, but sometimes they're super hard so that's a hit or miss. Their mango pomelo is really good, can't go wrong with this drink. This location is also the best one comapred to Markham and Scarborough for sure!

Nice outlet. Clean and beautiful space. Attentive staff. Pay close attention to customize your liking of ice or sugar.
Overall a good place for bubble tea.

This is one of my go to place for Bubble Tea! Unfortunately I don't work in Vaughan anymore so I won't be able to have it often now. I used to order from Ubereats with my coworkers, the service was fast and the quality of the drinks was always on point. Everyone is always happy with what they got. I will definitely order from them when I'm in Vaughan again!

Let’s start by saying that I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now so I love mcha and their drinks. However I start noticing a decline in their customer service and quality over the past couple of months.
The girls working there are just horrible. Very rude. You would think decent customer service is the bare minimum. The customer service is better at their Scarborough location.

This location seems to be all over the place and so stingy on the toppings they gave (see the ridiculousness in the pic below) I was shocked as it has been a couple of times already where they barely gave me anything inside my drinks except floating pieces of toppings.

When their boss was working few years ago it ran very smoothly so I hope they bring better management at this place

Been here a few times. The customer service here is okay. They aren't the type that happily, overly welcome you to the store but they do their job of quickly getting the order down and making the drinks. It'd be nice if they are able to hire someone who's enthusiastic enough to be friendly and welcome the customers - creating a better, friendlier environment when a customer walks in. But if they decide to focus mainly on just getting the job done then that should be good enough for them.

Some of their drinks are quite unique, also instagram worthy, and yet still yummy! Especially the tiny square bottle, it looks very cute and the drink is quite cool too.

They are never consistent with their quality. They normally get it 1/3 times right and mess up for most part. Order brown sugar milk tea. The bubba was raw and super hard. Called to give a feedback yet no one bother to do anything about it. Poor customer service.
