The best walk-in clinic experience I’ve had in Toronto so far. Lana, the receptionist, is very polite and accommodating. Dr. Natalia is knowledgeable and friendly. The place is very neat. I didn’t make any appointment, I just walked in and waited for being seen by the doctor for just 20 minutes.

The Receptionist provide very bad customer service. Prior to arrival I called to determine if they are seeing walk-in patient. I arrived immediately due to pain to se a doctor. As I arrived in the office I was denied to be seen. The hours of operation stated 10-5pm. This is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Love Dr Gobrial. A great listener and takes the situation as an opportunity for us to work together rather than dictating things to me.
For a while the phones weren’t answered too often but that has gotten way better the last few months.
Further, I feel I have trouble communicating with Natalya and I tend to avoid seeing her. I am sure she is super helpful to Russian speaking patients though.

The new receptionist has no customer service of what so ever. We're coming here for so many years now but we never encounter this kind of customer service before. We're willing to wait but it seems that she don't want to. We called so many times before coming and even leave messages but to no avail. So we decided to come and take chance. What we want is just a prescription for antibiotics due to prolonged cough and fever.

Dr Gobrial is a very competent doctor. The entire staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite. It has been quite easy getting an appointment post covid. Very refreshing.

Receptionist was lovely and the place clean. The nurse practitioner I ended up seeing was unfriendly and uncooperative. First, I had 2 concerns I wanted to bring up but she said I have to pick one bc they only address one per visit. They are clearly more concerned with billing as much as possible by making patients come back for individual issues. Never even bothered to find out if my 2 issues might be connected. Second, I had to make her explain why she was prescribing a certain medication. She was giving non-answers when I asked. If you’re going to game the health care system, waste patients time coming in for individual issues, atleast do a good job on the one issue! This is not to mention the fact that they are completely ok with patients walking out with a potentially serious medical issue! Who cares if you have delayed diagnosis, if they can’t bill off your issue, you can drop dead!

Even if you have appointments, brace yourselves with patience!

Takes forever to return a call. Takes forever to book an appointment, doesn’t refer you to specialists. No matter what’s happening to you it’s normal for him, you passed out “that’s normal” you gain a lot of weight or lose a lot of weight “that’s normal”, high blood pressure, that’s normal everything is normal…. It’s a shame he wasn’t like that when he started! Changing my doctor, fee is $50-$75 just as fyi!

Extremely Poor customer service!
The receptionist don’t answer my questions and just said what she want to say. Not really want to help patients!

First time to be there as a walk in patient, the receptionist is friendly and helpful. After roughly 1 hour waiting, I finally see my doctor (acknowledgeable and patient). He pays attention to my description and other details. We have a great conversation and everything goes well. In addition, staff who work in prescription zone are also kind. Highly recommend as a walk in clinic in north york.

Dr. Ghobrial is the best doctor I ever seen, very calm atmosphere and very nice receptionist. I would highly recommend this clinic to everyone

Doctor is really attentive and knowledgeable. Takes his time and explains. The receptions are all wonderful and kind too.

Recently I went for my flu shot and my baby wasn’t feeling good so I asked Dr Gobrial if I should be concerned and he checked my baby right there, then I wasn’t feeling good called ahead and went with my baby and the receptionist took care of him while I was consulting with doctor Gobrial, that’s beyond kind, she’s very helpful and if you’re there waiting you can ask her to call you back when you’re next so you can go and finish stuff at home. I’m very grateful for Dr Gobrial service, he’s very caring, knowledgeable, and his recommendations are spot on.

Dr. Gobrial is very knowledgeable, caring about his patients, always gives great advice and referrals for specialists. My family has been seeing him for more than 10 years and we’re never disappointed with his service. Receptionist is always nice and helpful. Call before I go so I can finish stuff at home before I get there. Also, pharmacist next to him, he is very knowledgeable & helpful, always answers all my questions. I’m very grateful with both of them.
