I came here first in Nov/22 to get tires installed. At that time I asked Mike and his team to give me a second opinion on some other work on my car that I had been told elsewhere needed to be done. They told me that not all of it was currently needed and they made helpful suggestions about what I would need to have done in the future. I was really impressed with Mike's honesty and professionalism. Since then M360 has been my regular auto shop.

They have dealt with several different issues with my car and have always diagnosed the problem accurately and done an excellent job on the repairs. They explain things clearly and they are efficient in getting the work done. The prices are fair and honest.

You can tell from the atmosphere in the shop that Mike and his team have a long-standing clientele who trust them. They are friendly and treat you like a valued client. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Thanks M360 St Laurent!

I totally recommend this garage! I went to this garage for the first time because my brakes broke and they fixed them the same day. Excellent job! The staff members were really professional and friendly and that’s why I'm still with them today. Always going back, easy to take an appointment, they are quick and they make sure their job is done properly. Prices are good.

Bring my car here for all the work it needs done, always done In timely fashion and very friendly and good customer service! Highly recommend to anyone that needs anything done on their vehicle.

I did not make an appointment, but Ron and Mike took me in to replace the muffler and resonator with a fast return. They both did a great job with my car. Thanks Mike and Ron!

Cela fait des années que je dépose ma voiture pour changement des pneux, huile etc. Et j'étais toujours bien servi sauf qu'aujourdhui quand je t'ai dit au réceptionniste que j'ai trés peur des chiens (et il y avait un chien qui se proménait à l'intérieur)
J'ai dit svp pourriez l'éloigner de moi. Et là les injures commencent (ici c'est pas L'Afrique et oui au Canada les chiens ne mordent pas et ne sont pas sauvages contrairement en Afrique et il rajoute le chien il est chez lui et si vous n'étes pas contente chercher un autre garage).
J'ai rien dit j'ai payé et je suis partie mais j'ai vécu du racisme aujourd'hui et je le dit moi je suis au Canada car c'ést un pays trés acceuillant et surtout j'ai fréquenté 360 Mechanic car cela m'aspirait confiante mais aussi trés professionnelle.
Ne suis pas une cliente, alors est ce que je dois être jugé car j'ai dit que j'ai peur du chien bien que certe le chien soit sympa mais devrais je me justifier!
Bon bref je voulais témoigner de ma déception.
C'est un endroit trés professionnel mais le réceptionniste laisse à désirer.

Honest and fair! They took me in right away and fixed my exhaust quickly and did not try Try to upsell. Price was as quoted. These guys are great, and would recommend them over other muffler shops. Thanks guys!

My bike was broken, it was a 5 minutes fix, the mechanic took the time to fix it fully, didn't even charge for it. Very good service, very good people work here.

I was very satisfied with the work done and the good price. Mike and his team were quite informative and only repaired what was needed.

Great shop. Quality work and honest about work that is necessary! Took my car here for to install a new exhaust, and mount new tires, and alignment.

I took my vehicle for a safety check, Ron was nice and timely service. They did a very comprehensive check to the car and I was quoted an exaggerated amount of work with thousands of dollars. I'm not saying that the price is high or I was quoted issues that don't exist. I'm just saying that not all those issues that need to be fixed were required to be fixed for the car to pass safety. They insisted on all the fixes while I was able to get the safety else where by fixing only half of these problems. So I concluded some dishonesty there in my experience.
