Good place to live however the amenities hours could be adjusted for later times. Security guards could also be more friendlier and forgiving, as a notorious typical "mall cop" built guy goes around strictly ruining the fun in social circles for the sake of "hours". He watches closely on the CCTV cameras, to prey on innocent residents whether your young or old, and deliberately calls you out whenever your having a much more enjoyable time regardless if its in the pool, gym, or billiard room.

Maintenance issues never seem to get fixed. No communication with owners. Lived here over 10 years and don't regret leaving. I wouldn't recommend living here.

Great community, it feels like you're in the country, but are in the heart of the city. Within a block of bus stops that leave you in either subway line. Across the street from the go station and no more than a couple of minutes from major highways.

Fantastic little community in the most convenient location in Toronto! Direct access to miles of parkland, less than 7 mins from major highways, and a 5 minute walk to the UP express which takes you downtown in 14 minutes. The condo fees are higher than average, but not unreasonable when compared to other buildings of the same age (just under 30yrs old). The common areas are immaculately maintained, with abundant guest parking and a long list of amenities including a newly renovated indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court, fitness centre, billiards, library, guest suites, a gorgeous rear patio, and a great big party room. Friendly and responsible 24hr security that calls owners upon guest visits, and conveniently handle all incoming parcels. New management is very responsive, and accommodating. The owners take pride in their condominium, and the privacy of others is well respected. Bonus is that pets are most welcome, and pet owners here are very respectful as well. A great place to call home!
