Helpful team after having someone hit our car. Provided lots of suggestions but I would dock them 1/2 a star because they seemed to have a really hard time getting some parts in and not knowing when the part would be arriving so the repair took a lot longer than estimated.

Meeting car repair folk is not high on anyone's list of people to see! But with some back end damage, that's what I needed. Dave and his staff from the front desk to the person who cleaned my car after the repair was done were top notch. Making me feel comfortable and not stupid for getting into an accident, meant a lot to me. Highly recommend Maaco Newmarket!

I came to Maaco to fix an accident that happened with my Rogue. I priced out a few places and Maaco was one of them. What made my decision to go with Maaco was Wazir! He was absolutely amazing. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and he kept me in the loop with every part I needed-he would even called to let me know when they came in. (That reassured me that everything was going according to plan and as a customer, it made me feel like they cared and that my vehicle was in good hands). He initially told me the job could take up to six days and it was done in four! And ONTOP of that they detailed the outside and INSIDE of my car. (As a mom to a toddler that was GREATLY appreciated). The pricing was SUPER fair as well which is always a bonus. Honestly a 10/10 service, if your looking for a job well done and an honest business to work on your vehicle, go see Wazir at Maaco!

Was recommended from my mechanic who works for York Region.and they came in with the lowest estimate of 3 that I was getting for the driver who hit me.

Special shout out to WAZIR! He took care of me, start to finish.
And he also noted my hood wasn't centred, nobody else even saw that!

I needed a new bumper and headlight and Wazir tracked used ones down right away. Chevy does not even make the headlight any more. He also tracked down the same style bumper I had, in excellent shape, saving over $100 and weeks of waiting for a new one. Plus it was ready a day earlier than expected!

We have used this Maaco location several times over the last few years. They are reasonable and do excellent quality work. Their staff are great! My dad has used them as well and is very happy. They have even done small little fixes on site at no charge.

David has given bad advise and poor judgment without even given a customer to explain the issues. This guy only pick and choose the easy jobs and easy money for his own pocket. Will not recommend to anyone.

Went into the shop with a dent in my brand new work van that was really bothering me. From the moment I entered I was made to feel welcome and everyone was so professional. They were quick, extremely efficient and made me feel that my time was precious and they didn't want to waste it. I was in and out within no time and was very very satisfied with the job they did. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We had some scratches and it was fixed very quickly, the price was more than reasonable and the staff was friendly.

I needed to get the door of my brand new vehicle fixed because it was all scratched up from a dog. I went in and spoke with David and he said to come by any time that was convenient for me. I dropped my car off on my lunch break the following day and he called me before I was even finished work to say the job was complete! When I arrived back to the shop I was quite pleased that they were able to buff out all scratches, there was no sign that there had been any damage! I would definitely recommend David and the team at Maaco Newmarket to anyone in need of having work done to their vehicle!

This place was amazing. Replaced my driver door and driver side fender and rear bumper. You can't even tell they're different. Even the minute line detail is perfect. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Went back again to have work done on a 4th vehicle and they referred me to use their dent guy directly and even offered me space in their garage to have the work done by someone else.

This is the most honest and accomadating body shop I've ever dealt with. I just can't speakly highly enough about them. Don't even second guess, trust your car to these guys!

Replaced door, tailgate and four quarter panels under VW corrosion warranty. Excellent work. Excellent service. Had an issue with the tailgate unlocking and they handled that matter superbly. Cannot say enough good things about the whole operation.

I brought my car here after shoddy workmanship from another collision centre/body shop/insurance. They didn’t actually fix my car but they went to bat for me and helped discuss the issues with my insurance. They didn’t have to do anything they could have just sent me on my way (as 2 other collision centres did). I would definitely recommend them, and appreciate the time they spent with me and my car!

Dave gave me a very informational estimate and explanation on my car’s minor cosmetic damage. He recommended that I can do it on my own without doing it in body shop. Such a good gentleman!

Steve and his guys are the best in town! They are thorough, thoughtful, and always considerate. It's never fun to have to look into collision repair, but you cannot go wrong with Maaco Newmarket. Hello I am taking the time to right this review I have a very nice sports car and I was inparking lot in Vaughn I noticed that my car had been hit I drove to Newmarket since I live in Georgina I met a very nice man named Dave celli he taken the time to explain what they had to do with a great sence of humar he said it would take about 5 days give or take a couple we’ll they had the car completed in 4 and the work they did was amazing if you ever need car pairiting or auto body work go see Dave at Maaco on Ringwell drive in Newmarket you won’t be disappointed. Only giving one cuz i can't give 0 they messed my truck so bad hood doesn't fit fender doesn't fit light doesn't fit grill doesn't fit all aftermarket what do you expect to happen lights facing ground fog lights not hooked back up and this is just the start that it took them a month and a half to do and $6000
And now I have to go get it all done again. Not to mention re order all OEM parts cuz body gaps that u can fit your hand between panels that a card should not fit thanks macco u really f*#%ed me lol and they told me "I can take if I want or leave it here it doesn't matter to them it is was it is"

I had my 2009 Elantra repaired this week and I was thrilled with the results. From the first visit to get an estimate I was impressed with the level of professionalism shown by Steve. He took the time to explain every detail of the repair on the computer with a schematic. The car was ready early and looks like new! I would highly recommend this body shop.
