Recently picked up my New/Old car from its makeover at Maaco Etobicoke and this was definitely the right decision for these times. Mario and his crew did a fabulous job and I could tell he was as pleased as I was with the end results. An older model car came back looking like it had gone to a car spa and was eager to get back on the road. Thnx Mario for a job well done and giving my ride just the right amount of botox.

Couldn't recommend this place more, it's the most positive body shop experience I've had. Mario gave the best and most fair price of all the places I got quotes from in the area, and he did an amazing job with my car. It looks brand-new!

The owner was very helpful and provided a fair quote, very easy to book an appointment and a convenient location.

Mario and his team were amazing. I had a altercation with car in my apartment car park which resulted in damage to the back door of my car against a concrete pillar.
As my family were due to arrive in the country early next week, they fast tracked my repair so it could be looking perfect for my family’s arrival.
The repair was superb and the customer service unbeatable.
I hope that I won’t need their services again but if I do they will be my 1st port of call

First time having body work done. Great overall service. Super knowledgeable and they streamlined the entire process so I just dropped my vehicle off and picked it up when it was ready. The manger of the store would even call me and give me an update after there was a delay because the manufacturer was delayed in shipping the parts. They were completely transparent on everything that they were doing while I waited for my repair. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for autobody repair whether it’s your first time dealing with these kinds of situations or you’ve been looking for a good repair shop to continuously deliver good service. I would give more than five stars if I could because Mario and his team totally deserve it. I will continue to go to Maaco in the future should I need any service on my vehicle. My entire experience with the team at Maaco gave me the feeling that they care about doing right by the customer and are not just about doing jobs for the money.

Booked an visit online on Wednesday for the following Saturday to get a quote. When I arrived with my camper at 9AM the shop was closed.wished they would of send me an email or call me. CURRENTLY NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS - Went there for nothing!

My Mazda side rear door had a significant dent and I was told by 3 different shops that the entire door would need replacing. The team at Macco ended up being able to fix my original door! It literally looks as if nothing ever happened. They were able to get us in quickly and the repairs took about as long as estimated. Upon return I noticed the back seat and floor mats had been vacuumed. Nice touch. Highly recommend! Thanks guys:)

I have visited this location on two occasions and both times I have had a stellar experience! The first time was a Honda Accord and this time I had to fix a C-300 and the quality of service and results was once again spectacular. It’s really hard to find good auto body repair places in the city that are not trying to rip you off and also won’t charge an arm and a leg, but I find their prices are very reasonable and the work is impeccable. I can’t even tell where the dents and scratches were. I hope I never have to, but in the event I have another fender bender or fixer-upper, I know where I’ll be going to get it fixed right!

I was rear ended in January. There was extensive damage to my vehicle. I immediately engaged my insurance provider and Maaco was on their list of approved Auto Repair Centres. I selected them and the process was extremely simple and timely. I got my car back and it's as good as new, maybe even better. I highly recommend Mario and the team for auto repairs.

I called to arrange a quote on some damage. I was told they couldn’t at the time and due to living hours away was told I could send an email with videos and photos of the damage. It’s not even a motor vehicle accident just from opening the tailgate upwards into something. Email them and don’t get a response for a week. Email again and no response for another week. Email again only to be told no it has to be brought it for a quote. I’m not asking for the dent to be popped out which would require seeing it in person. I’m asking for the cost of a brand new tailgate and install. Vehicle is not required to be seen to get a cost of a part and install. Besides I wanted just an idea to justify the four hour drive. Oh well lost my business.

Had some minor parking lot damage on the passenger side door and the sliding door of my van the service adviser Amanda was the only one to take the time and give me different repair options to reduce the cost of the repairs. The other shops I went to all they did was give me quotes and did not spend any time to advise me. This is the second time I have used them and have been very happy both times as they are reasonable on rates and the customer service was great. Keep up the good work.

My car was badly damaged and Maaco gave me an amazing price. Not only was the cost superb, they fixed my car very quickly. I was very impressed and will always go to Maaco for future repairs!

The team here at Maaco in Etobicoke was fantastic! Having just moved here and needing to find a new place, I trusted the reviews online heavily and they did not disappoint. Being a young female who doesn’t know much about cars, I often feel like I’m getting taken advantage of whether it is getting overcharged or told something that maybe isn’t necessarily true. However this place provided a completely different experience. I was not taken advantage of at all, in fact I felt comfortable and knowledgeable by the end of it. They made my expenses super economical and they definitely didn’t rip me off! Great service overall and I will definitely be coming back here for any further needs as well as send all of my family and friends here. Thank you!

We received fantastic service from Maaco. High quality work, and truly excellent customer service. Our vehicle had been damaged quite significantly, and the body work and paint work turned out fantastic! We visited three repair shops for quotes prior to choosing Maaco, who gave us the most reasonable price also. In summary - exceptional customer service, great quality work, and reasonable pricing.

Absolutely terrible. Up sold me on a $2000 dollar paint job (just the visible exterior) to ensure "the paint holds up and doesn't look cheap". Looks like a $300 dollar job.runs, chips, drips, bottom of the barrel job. To make matters worse I wrapped the hood months later, few months after I took it off and paint came with it. Literal joke, don't get scammed here. They're giving you a much worse paint job then they're leading you to believe.

Amanda was great to deal with, glad to see a female in what is traditionally a male dominate industry. She was very knowledgeable. My Mercedes was repaired perfectly. Amanda saved me hundreds, I will most definitely recommend Maaco to my Friends!

Mario is a good person and will take his time to make sure the repair is done correctly. He and his team did an amazing job on my vehicle and the price was fair.

Completely unhelpful and rude. Made me wait on hold to talk to what I imagine was either the owner or someone who works in the paint shop after going through contortions with the receptionist on cost to paint motorcycle fairings only to be told brusquely (by the person who came on who ostensibly works in painting) that they don't do it, but perhaps they might.however not very clear and not very polite. It was stand-offish.

And to their response - you can absolutely control your response. I called your place of business to offer you business and you wasted my time by saying you would do it, then said you would not do it, then said maybe as if you were doing me a big favour - and were rude.
