Do not sell your used Macbooks (or any other Apple products) here. They offered me $30 for a perfectly working, good condition Macbook Pro 13" 2017 base model. I wouldn't trust the products that they sell here as well, it appears that many of their sold products are "lost" iphones and stolen Macbooks.

Very professional, courteous, quick service & reasonable prices. They are also open 7 days a week, which was a huge plus, I needed my laptop looked on a Sunday. Raj, who assisted me, was very friendly and professional. He showed me everything clearly what he was doing to my laptop in front of me. Ask for him, you will not be disappointed.

I lost my phone yesterday, and today Find My phone said it was in this store. They outright lied to me when I asked about it, saying someone came in to charge it then left. This store sells stolen goods, and the employee had absolutely no problem lying straight to my face.

Edit: In case this employee truly is the least lucky person on the planet, here is all the information. My phone was lost (potentially stolen). The following day, when I log into Find My Phone, it is in this shop charging, only to be taken offline once I remotely lock it. My friend visits the store within moment of it's location being confirmed, and they claim someone came in, charged it for 5 minutes, and JUST left. They gave me the same story when I visited, but changed the times when they found out it had actually been in the shop for close to 40 minutes. The timeline they gave does not make sense in the least, and it's last confirmed location is this electronics store.

Very reliable and trustworthy! I have purchased a MacBook Pro and AirPods Pro from here and absolutely loved the staff. The service is great and staff is very helpful and friendly. I purchased the MacBook as a birthday gift and they’re even wrapped it for me. Definitely recommend. Great prices and service all around!

I wish I can put 0 star for this place, worst customer service they just care about taking your money, scam and fraud owners. They sold me 2 MacBook for $2680 when I came home one of them is broken, they tell me to contact apple when they know I didn’t order it from apple. Please don’t go there

Absolute garbage retailer that takes advantage of customers by scalping consoles and graphics cards and resells them at double the price.

Make sure to boycott them when they make these things become more available.

I was looking for Graphics card from last 2 months; when i asked them these people arranged it for me from their friend within 2 hours. I got a really good deal for 3080 Graphics card and saved alot. As Most of private sellers on Marketplace are selling for over $1600.

I have experienced good customer service in the past from others but what I received from Roger was excellent. I bought an IPad from him and had difficulty with data transfer. Roger had it working in no time, I am very pleased with my transaction.

Terrible customer service, don’t follow up with clients, not even pleasurable to interact with. Was really disappointed because it seemed very hopeful initially! Won’t be recommending to anyone anytime soon. Such a shame!

I had a requirement of Apple MacBook Air. M1 Processor. 8 GB / 256 GB. GOLD and was looking for sellers during end of December 2020. Due to the ongoing pandemic situation Apple was shipping the product late and I needed the laptop urgently. Chanced upon MAAS Computers and Electronics listing on FB Marketplace. I spoke with them over the phone, chatted on FB and then visited their Gerrard Street shop. Traded in an old Macbook (got the trade in value as displayed on Apple's website) and purchased the new Macbook. The personnel at the store were courteous, friendly and professional.
I had a good experience of transacting with MAAS COMPUTERS AND Electronics.
