I started recieving blue Maas on my computer after I had installed a program, unknowingly and spending hours trying to figure out what was causing it I contacted Maas computers. They were able to remote into my computers, identify the program, uninstall it for me and I have had no issues since all free of charge when it wasn't even their computer. Amazing service.

Turns out what I'd expected that was wrong was false and might be another component with a seven year warranty.i

My past uses have usually been with my computers enthusiast hat on, but now I'm also getting into amateur Maas computers production, and I sometimes forget that they are one of the best retailers, no surprise of course as they also Maas computers for musicians and other professionals. I found they had the Moog Werkstatt synth kit at the cheapest price anywhere I cared to look, ordered close to 8pm on a Tuesday and it was delivered by 5pm the following day, with me kept updated every step of the way (Maas always do!) AND with free delivery, amazing! Now I'm in the world of Moog synth ownership at a low price, I just need to be careful it doesn't turn into a very expensive and bulky collection.

I contacted Mass Computers and Electronics to purchase a workstation laptop for myself only however upon receiving exceptional service I got two of my friends to make their purchases as well. I dealt with Abhay and the level of service received was remarkable. One of my friend and I ordered our laptops with the specs we wanted over the phone but when we went to the store to pick it up we ran into an issue with the laptops. Long story short, our original laptops kept having issues and Abhay voluntarily upgraded our machines to give us piece of mind. Needless to say we were disappointed at first at the store with our machines not working however Abhay went above and beyond to resolve our concerns. In fact, he went a step ahead and delivered the machines to us at our homes because of the trouble. And let me tell you, the drive is not at all a short one. The laptop so far works flawlessly and I hope it doesn't give us trouble but the customer service has definitely won me over. Abhay and the store will be my go to place for any of my electronics purchase in the future.

I got a great deal today on a Surface Pro tablet. It came with a keypad and they were able to find and switch out the keypad for a different color to match the Tablet color as opposed to the one that came in the package. Overall good experience, friendly service. I would come back.

There price beats the apple store as a regular consumer, but I suggest checking apple student pricing before you buy, it may be even lower than maas store. Overall great store, great staff.

Had I known all it took was to post a review to get a follow up.

Poor customer service. Beware when making any purchase from that company. Verify the product and make sure you are made aware of their refund policy - get it in writing if possible. Also a manager is never available for further assistance. Do not make a deposit if you are unsure of your purchase as they won't return your money no matter what!

I went there last year trying to find a box for my tv. I was surprised by the way employers treated me. Right away they convinced me to get a box that after a year I still have. I love the service and loved the attention and recommendation that Sahil gave me. I was happy to finally find someone that really takes care of his customers.

Well, where to start.
Maas advertised Asus gaming computer as "brand new"; agreed on price and left $50 deposit; get a call next day saying there was a problem when they did testing on computer; when I questioned why they would test a new computer, he stated is was an open box which I questioned again. That same day, they list the same computer BUT now have increased the price. I said that, after reading the many negative reviews on Maas, that he was trying to "scam" me and that I should report him; asked many times for my refund to which I'm still waiting on a reply.

They worked hard to find the product I inquired about and brought it in to their location for me the same day.

Worst electronics store with worst owner.
They have no respect for customers and sell electronics at higher rates than market.

They keep on changing the price after u call nad make a deal. They will put the price higher and higher. After this I made a deal and traveled 1.5 hrs via bus to location, just for them to tell me that the product is not available and they did false advertisement.

Update: manager called me saying he`s gonna post a picture of me and tell people I stole from the store bcuz I left a bad review. He says he is gonna post my name and pic and details just bcuz I wrote on honest review. He is also harassing me and making fake claims over the phone I recorded calls too.

He calls again saying he`s gonna report me for stealing laptops and giving fake credit cards when I did not even buy any product or show any payment method lol. This guys threatening to find me and assault my family and all.

I bought an iPhone from him which was a used old iphone packaged in a new box. My mistake is that I did not take a receipt as he said that would help me avoid the 13% HST.

Now he wont return this phone even on the next day. I am stuck paying 800 $ for an old iphone X in a new package and new cover: (

I wanted to buy a laptop for my wife for her college studies. They not only understood my need but also advised me the right option within the budget that suited me.

Buyers beware. They sent me the wrong item and even though the box is unopened and after over 10 emails and a couple of phone calls they still won’t let me return it. Since this product is through Kijiji it is a BIG SCAM. The item I pop ordered was the revivitive medic circulation booster for $199 and the item I received was the revivitive handheld ultrasound therapy. Whenever I tried to call them some guy who could barely speak English kept saying he needed to get ahold of his boss but they never got back to me. Therefore now I am stuck with an unwanted item and I had to purchase the proper item from Amazon. I am out over $200. PLEASE STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET BURNED LIKE I DID. Take care all.

I left my phone here to unlock it.they told me it would be a certain price over the phone. When I came over they told me a whole different price. I came 6 TIMES to pick up my device. Every single time they had to call their manager to see where my phone even was. Every single time they said my device was at another location and that they'd have it in store the next day. Each time they kept me in the store for 45 minutes trying to figure out where the device even was. How ridiculous and unorganized. When I finally received my phone after 3 WEEKS phone wasn't unlocked also SIM card was missing and the whole phone software was wiped. My device does not turn on anymore but they refuse to fix my phone. Owner said the person who got my phone, was not their employee. Most dishonest business I've ever encountered with. I have not only voice recordings of the employees harassing me in the store but have also contacted the business bureau agency to handle the situation. This location is a group of thieves and do not recommend leaving your property with them at all.

I had purchased an Apple Macbook from him in 2017. He said that it is brand new and it is still under warranty from Apple. When I reached home, I discovered that the Macbook was actually from 2013 and was not under warranty. He refused to return it and turned aggressive. The Macbook is still working fine but I really hate the behavior of this guy and feel scammed.

This is a repair and fix shop only. Do not come here to buy new products despite what the seller says. And for selling old repaired products, this shop is fairly expensive. Totally not recommended.

I messaged them through FB market place and they blocked me from the chat without even responding. Had to message from another account and they did the same.

They sell fake broken products check reviews you will see.

Horrible customer service. I have also reported them on FB.

Called twice to confirm that they had the item I needed. I even confirmed the address as to where I should go to get it since they have multiple locations. I called them before I left to let them know I was on my way. I get there, and they can’t find it. After waiting around in their store for them to search the back room and the basement, they find a dusty, used version of the item I was looking for and priced it too high.

The place is sketchy - their front window was smashed and there was a guy in a cheap suit having a very loud, weird conference call in the customer area. There were also random dudes just sitting around on chairs. Very weird place. 10/10 would not return.

I responded to a kijiji ad and received a very prompt reply. I had many questions, as this was my first time dealing with them and needed to arrange shipping as well. They responded very quickly EVERY time. The transaction was processed quickly, shipped and received the next day! Excellent service all around. Highly recommended!

When you call to this store, and you ask some cell phne they say yes we have it. When you go there, they say we don't have this phone. I think they are fooling us. Please dont fo there.
