I LOVE MY NEW FRAMES!

I have shopped at dozens of eyeglass stores and I have never had such a positive experience. The staff at Maaz Optical in Bowmanville are very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all my questions without hesitation!
They didn't make me feel rushed at all and I took a long time trying on numerous pairs of frames. I can't imagine going anywhere else. They also have a great selection of quality frames. I will absolutely highly recommend Maaz Optical in Bowmanvilleto to ALL my friends and family?

Maaz Optical gave me fabulous service. They got my latest prescription from my opticion, helped me choose new frames, and provided my new glasses in less than 2 weeks. Every step was smooth and efficient. Thank you!

Mr. Rafi the person at the front desk is extremely pushy. Just look up the reviews from the past, he will not be happy if you decide not to buy glasses or contacts. He was very upset and took off as soon as he heard I will not be buying contacts at that time, an establishment should respect the customers needs and not just try to sell them stuff no matter what. The doctor on the other hand was very nice but I hope they change the sales person.

Great place with very friendly and helpful staff. I appreciated that the owner helped me pick out my frames and gave his opinions on how it looks, which didn’t happen to me often in other stores. I will be returning here again next time I need a new pair.

I ordered glasses for my girlfriend she has really bad eye problems. She needs lazer eye surgery she can't see at all. We have called multiple times for her glasses and they hurried them up so she wasn't blind anymore.

Walked in here today looking for information.didn't take too long to walk right back out that door. The people who work in here should all find new jobs! Come to find out. I'm not the only one who feels this way about this establishment! Hopefully you all wake up on the better side of the bed tomorrow!

Not sure why this establishment wants to respond and bring up covid-19. I didn't leave because of mask rules. I would gladly wear one! It's your sour attitudes and lack of information unless I was to book an appointment with the miserable optometrist! Nice try though!

Came in for a new pair of glasses as well as an eye examination, Maaz Optical was able to assist me throughout the whole process. With the help of the staff (so helpful and friendly), I found a great pair of glasses which were ready within 4 days. I also Introduced my boyfriend to Maaz and they helped him so many times with his sunglasses. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable! We keep going back! The team at Maaz Optical were super friendly and knowledgeable! My eye exam was super efficient and the team was very helpful in submitting my claim directly to my insurance as well as trying on some frames. I recommend to anyone needing to get their eyes check or even just looking for new glasses!

Maaz optical provides exceptional service and turnaround. They were able to provide me sun glasses in 3 days after I had lost mine. Because they were progressives, all other stores said it would be approximately 2 weeks. Thanks so much for processing them so quickly so I could have them for my holidays! I'll be back for sure

Because of severe eye issues we have to get glasses from CNIB. But we have used Maaz several times when lenses have fallen out or some other issue. Very nice people and good service.

After calling numerous of places in the area to have a look at frames, Maaz was by far the easiest going as well as quickest to accommodate me. Every other place wanted me to have an appointment booking days or weeks ahead, Maaz allowed me to come right in. They had great procedures while operating during this pandemic. It felt safe and clean. Both employees working were a wonderful help in finding me the right pair. My glasses were ready just five business days later. I can say these are the best fitted and best cut glasses I have ever worn. I normally feel almost drunk and dizzy for a few days after getting new glasses but with these I feel great! Thanks Maaz!

I have come to get my glasses from Maaz optical a few times now and each time has left me extremely happy. The staff is excellent and offer their expertise in picking the perfect frames for you. I was also very happy with the Covid 19 safety precautions the staff have in place.

What I liked most about my visit to Maaz optical was the pleasant atmosphere, I've always been treated with respect, found the staff polite and very professional. I have never felt sales pressured or ignored and found their store hours to be very accommodating. An extra bonus is their free parking. When I did compare pricing with other competitors, I found their pricing and quality of product to be at a level that was very satisfying for me. I have referred others to Maaz Optical and will continue to do so.

I had a lovely experience. The staff was very friendly and upbeat and helped me feel comfortable. They were also taking all of the precautions regarding social distancing. I'm excited for my new (first) pair of glasses!

My husband and I had a great experience at Mazz Optical. The Optometrist Dr. Andrea Saavedra was very thorough and happy to answer all of our questions and address any concerns. The Staff at Mazz Optical assisted my husband and I pick out frames and were extremely accommodating; they showed us what a great customer experience looks like.no pun intended. Overall we were very happy with our experience. They have a great selection of name brand glasses, competitive pricing, direct billing to insurers and have great hours to accommodate our schedules outside of work hours, which I believe is very important as every other optometrist in the area was only open 9-5pm during the week, Mazz is open until 7: 30pm during the week. We will be returning to Mazz for any eye care/glasses needs.
