Warm reception on arrival. Prompt and very professional. Nice facilities. Dr. Joseph answered all my questions and concerns.

I had an amazing experience, the staff and the Dr. 's are well experienced. Very kind and polite as well.

As a lot of people are, I was nervous & not looking forward to having my procedure done. Dr Joseph was incredible, very supportive, explaining everything which made me feel more relaxed & at ease. He didn’t rush anything as he explained his steps, he would take time to ask if I was still doing ok. His staff that worked along side of him seemed to be in tune to his needs, and they worked well together in a very quiet & calm way. He gave me little breaks & just made me feel like I was in really great hands. I’m very appreciative to have him as my dentist. His front desk staff is super friendly & understanding & also supportive of your feelings. So all my anxiety prior to my appointment was for nothing! Thank you Dr Joseph.

My experience with Dr. Joseph’s Dentistry started on a very positive note and has continued to remain the same. I was in severe pain when I reached out Dr. Joseph and he helped address it in a timely manner and also helped fix the problem with a long-term fix. He also helped detect a possible issue with my son and address it before it got too late.

He is our family dentist and booking appointments and follow-ups with him and his clinic is really easy and they very accommodative with the schedule.

I discovered this morning that one of my teeth was broken.
Have no idea how it happened.
I called Dr. Joseph's thinking I might have to wait a few days.
But no, he was able to see me today to have a look!
Got in at 1: 00 P. M. Dr. Joseph saw me, had a look at the tooth in question and the others, just in case. They were able to book me for an appointment next week. Excellent service.
So easy and greatly appreciated.

I would like to share my experience about Dr. Joseph's Dentistry.
It was during Christmas time when I developed severe toothache due to the growth of my wisdom tooth. When I went to nearest dental clinic in my neighborhood, the other dentist explained that my tooth has to be extracted surgically and by an expert. Also being Christmas, it was kind of hard to get any appointment closer.
I was really helpless and when I came to know about Dr. Joseph, he kindly agreed to open his clinic just for my tooth extraction. He was very kind, compassionate and the procedure went on very well. I would highly recommend Dr. Joseph and in my personal opinion he is an expert and trustworthy.
Now he is our family dentist and we are very happy with his services.

The dentist was very friendly with my kid. He did a thorough checkup and suggested us what has to be done next.

Your office staff know how to go the extra mile to me feel welcome every time. Before you know it, the unpleasantries of the dental work have been attended to and you finish the job with higher expectations each visit.

I cracked my molar and was in significant discomfort. I left a message at night and first thing next morning I received a call to schedule an emergency appointment. They took me in later that day and repaired my molar. Dr. Joseph and his assistant were extremely skillful and kind. I had no discomfort during the procedure, nor after the freezing wore off.

I Met Dr Joseph and his team for the first time since Dr MacArthur retired. Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable with my visit. It was nice to see Talia as she always make me feel relaxed as this is not not first place to be. Lol

I always have such a wonderful experience at Dr. MacArthur’s office. Today Jocelyn did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth. She is amazingly thorough and always offers me good advice to maintain healthy teeth.

I've been going to Dr. MacArthur since I've had teeth! He's seen me through regular cleanings, wisdom teeth removal, Invisalign, and just recently a lower wire retainer removal. I always appreciate him asking about my family, and I distinctly remember his humour as a very anxious kid making the whole experience better. I now travel an hour and a half to see him, because his office is worth it!
