My 2011 Macbook Pro 17" overheated and was totally dead. It was still working like new before it crapped out.impressive for a 10 year old computer!

I was a little hesitant to bring it in based on some of the previous reviews but I'm glad I did. Kevin completed the Logic Board / GPU repair and now its working great. I had to bring it back for a small issue shortly after the work was completed but Kevin stood by his work.at a price point that was reasonable and much cheaper than buying a new Macbook.

I have upgraded my MacBook Pro a couple of times here over the years. Once we discuss the issues I'm experiencing, Kevin has always supplied a few cost options to upgrade the hardware or software. I have also had my iPhone screen repaired here and it came back like new (I only wish I had come here before trying out one of the "i" chain repair shops, whose repair didn't hold up). Bear in mind this is a small shop, so someone won't always answer the phone, but in my experience they have always replied to phone or email same day.

We should be filing a criminal report.

My senior father brought his iMac here for repair. They then sold his computer without his consent.

On arrival, they claimed he had been unresponsive (untrue we have call records). Then physically pushed him out with a keyboard (after he had shoulder surgery).

Don’t bring your electronics here.

I had issued with my MacBook, the problems were resolved and I also purchased a newer computer. Tips and recommendations were great and helpful, I use them all the time.

Don't look further.if you need a repair for your Mac or are looking for a refurbished Mac, Kevin is your man! I have been a customer for over 7 years and I am always amazing with the amount of work he has going on and the efficiency in which he gets it done. I called to ask about upgrading my old MacBook Pro, told me to call Apple to buy a disc from them instead, then told me that he had to go and hung up the phone on me. Incredibly unprofessional.

Highly overpriced.charged me $140 fee to just look at my mac book and then $400 to replace my harddrive with a cheap $39.99 harddrive.

My compliments and thanks to Kevin for doing a superb job rebuilding my old MacBook computer. The computer works perfectly now and the cost of the rebuild was a fraction of the cost of a new computer. Kevin is a very fine technician and the repair was done on time and within budget.

Waste of time. Recently brought my macbook pro in for a screen replacement. They ask you to pay a $100 service fee before anything gets done. My laptop sat there for almost a week, before they told me I would have to wait ANOTHER week for a part they didn't have.

Barely answered the phone as well and obviously did not meet the original turn around time of 1-3 days that was stated on my first visit.

I picked up my unfixed laptop and took it somewhere else.

Total waste of time and money.

I had asked this place to repair my computer. This place will not start unless you pay for it. You never answer the phone. You have to think it over.

Ordered and agreed to pay for his Disposal bin. Then called the Credit card company denying all charges. Wont return any Calls. STAY AWAY FROM SHADY BUSINESSES. Call me anytime you want to pay for your garbage!

Extremely slow, unreliable in communications (doesn't answer the phone most of the time, doesn't answer emails, proceeds with work even though it is not authorized), self-righteous and almost rude in personal interactions, sub-par recommendations and installations, and couldn't fix a hard drive cloning which MacDoc (in Mississauga) fixed in minutes. The SSD he installed was fine, but about 20% more expensive than at others. Didn't even issue a proper invoice at the end until asked to do so twice. Just annoying from beginning to end.
