This place was awesome when owned by the Macdonald’s, since new owners zero customer service buyer be aware now. I have shopped there for 20 years never a complaint. If there was any issues it was fixed immediately and Greg took care of it. With new owners have been treated terrible. Bought a sofa nothing but issues basically told nothing we can do. I have a sectional sofa that will not stay together, so it is useless. Refused to change it or refund. Greg would have rectified this immediately. My suggestion go to lions i believe both collingwood and owensound owned by the macdonald family. To bad they are ruining this company that had such a stellar reputation.

Just took delivery of my new washer and dryer. From the start to the end of this process Mcadonald's was really great to deal with. It took 2 tries for delivery because I have a 1930's built townhouse and my laundry is on the second floor so I had to take the banisters off. The delivery team was safe, respectful of my space and went above and beyond trying to get things delivered the first time.

They did take away my old set (for a fee) but did that on the first delivery attempt so the silver lining was I got some time to give the laundry area a good cleaning too.thank you to the team for a great purchase experience

Lots of selection and great staff. No pushy sales people. Lots of information from staff. Will be buying new fridge from this store.

We recently bought a new fridge off Todd in the sales department, the experience was first class. Right from the inquiry of stock to setting a delivery only two days later was just awesome.no games, no stories and no delays. We highly highly recommend these folks, sales right through to the delivery team was just awesome.

I know it's bogus because where they said they went to Leons right after they also left a 1 star review for that company's page too. Sounds like both companies are doing their best during covid and this person feels that since they've got a lot of money to blow that they are above the other customers.

Also appears just before or after leaving their last review they also left a negative review for a toronto buisiness.

Went to purchase around $10,000.00 worth of bedroom furniture yesterday and where ignored and treated like we had the plague. Took our money elsewhere and will never darken their doorstep again. Their selection on the floor was very poor anyways and we ended up purchasing the exact same furniture we had went in there for in Owen Sound at Leon's for a better price an hour later. Their being rude cost them in dollars but from what we experienced I doubt they will learn from this.

MacDonalds held our items we purchased over the Covid crisis until we needed them (8 months). There were some issues when the appliances arrived but MacDonald's corrected the issues without hesitation. I highly recommend the people and the business that being MacDonald's Furniture and Appliances. 100% integrity and I would deal with again any day. 5 Stars all the way

After extensive browsing we settled on a furniture item we wanted. In the spirit of shopping locally, we dropped into their showroom to see what they had. Todd quickly ascertained our key requirements and was deft at locating the item and arranging for its delivery. Furthermore, he took the time to explain the COVID-19 related delays we could expect which was much appreciated.

Good prices here, excellent hometown feel. Easy to deal with would purchase again from McDonald's

I have dealt with McDonalds Furniture for several years, specifically Sharon and would recommend anyone looking for knowledgeable and friendly sales persons to help them with their furniture and appliance needs, this is the place. I have never felt pressured and always find that perfect piece for my customers and myself. Look forward to my shopping trips to McDonalds and especially dealing with Sharon, she always gives one hundred percent to her customers. They also stand behind their products, if something isn't right, they fix it, that is very important to me.
