You guys are very lucky to have an employe like Nyden. He is the most polite and charasmatic gas station worker I have ever met. You can tell he takes pride in his work. He's the reason I chose this MacEwens. Cheers

Bought some water late at night and this girl Ruby was working who was very helpful, knowledgeable and cared about her job. We need more people like her!

On April 26,2023 at 1pm I went to the gas station to fuel up my truck at the diesel pump in the middle, used my master card and was fueling the lady inside came loudly over the speaker rudely stating I needed to come
See her when finished saying that the payment was canceled, when I was using the prepaid at the pump so how is that it was letting me fuel up if it didn’t work. I explained this over the intercom and said I had to come inside anyway and her exact words were “ I DON’T CARE! COME SEE ME WHEN YOUR DONE! So I go inside grabbed a couple of drinks and went to the cash in which again she was rude and stated “WORKED FINE BEFORE YOU WITH THE LAST CUSTOMER SO ITS YOU! I paid for the drinks and fuel again and walked out of the store. I come to this gas station daily sometimes two or three times a day, I will not return again until Ben if it means going out of my way to get fuel, this women should not be working in customer service as her language and reactions along with her tone with customers is not going to do the business well! When you leave the store feeling embarrassed and belittled by the person working your going to loose many customers! Never in my life have I been spoken to or felt that way by a customer service representative in my life! We run a hauling company and use this station daily and now we will no longer be using it!

My power went out with the ice storm the friendly staff helped me out with some water.thanks for letting me use the tap and not being jerks about it like the other places I went.a good community store

Really kind & helpful staff! My phone died on me while I was driving (had a 40 minute drive ahead) & I had no idea where I was. I went inside this gas station to ask for directions & I explained my situation. They generously offered to let me charge my phone with their phone charger, & when I was about to leave, they gave me a FREE charger to use in the car on the rest of my trip. That was more kindness than I deserved They helped me calm down though. Thank you so much!
