Always come for my favorite cream brûlée! Great customer service and amazing drinks, after trying so many bubble teas this is my final destination!

Got 1 milk tea and 1 tea latte. Both are really good and toppings are fresh. It’s not as sweet as some other milk tea brands so highly recommend!

Update: they seem to always run out of gold pearls lol pretty strange since the store doesn’t have a wide variety of toppings and gold pearls is a popular one (aka should they prepare a bigger batch?)

I have already asked this question before but I was told for many drinks adjusting ice level to no ice is not possible. I got a regular crème corn milk tea today and I asked for "little ice" and I still ended up with more than 20 ice cubes in the cup which takes up more than 20% of the cup and makes my drink cold and not the way i like. It just seems super rigid to not letting your customers adjust the ice level completely. Given the high price I paid (10 bucks for a regular size drink), I expected more.

The server offers excellent service. He knows my order by heart. Very friendly with sincere smile.

Absurdly expensive for what it is. Extremely small, $10.50, matcha quality is mid-level, where for this price I’d expect premium matcha. Size should be larger and straw is wrong for the drink.

Had the Matcha Panna Cotta Latte. This is a skip, go to the Gong Cha downstairs instead.

The place is great for pictures and is super aesthetic but drinks were just okay.and the mochi on top was.kinda bad honestly

Nicely decorated as other Machi Machi store. Friendly service here. Unfortunate they were out of orange so I couldn’t order the fruit tea but the Black Tea Latte with Boba also taste good Good spot getting the special Boba and fresh drinks

More than 30 mins wait for 2 drinks. They prioritize Fantuan and Uber order over walk in order. Really bad experience.

Best bubble tea store in town! Excellent quality, superb taste amd top notch customer service! Ordered my drinks via the Machi Machi app and the drinks were ready for pick up upon arrival!

Love the drinks here. The Taro latte has real taro so it's a little grainy for a cold so get the hot one instead.

Place is extremely popular and has a line up many of the time.

Saw that they dropped a new mango series on insta so me and my friend can’t wait to give it a try. Both of our drink were sooooooo good! The mango drink is definitely my fav drink right now, highly recommended!

Waited over an hour for two cups of bubble tea. No air conditioning. Servers have no idea what they are doing. Ridiculous experience! Never coming back again. I would give no stars if that was an option!

I love that their tea that comes in little bottles. I've had the matcha one with panna cotta and it is amazing.

I got the plum jasmine green tea and it was good.:) The bottle is very cute, and I love the little santa hat it came with because of the holiday season. It isn’t some extraordinary drink that’s only exclusive here, but it’s great for Instagram pictures. It’s on the pricier side, but if you’re an aesthetics kinda person, just go for it. + the staff were very sweet.:)

I had Panna cotta drinks. They were so good. Although you cannot choose sugar level, the sweetness was just right. Fresh strawberry latte one is my favorite.

One of the best drink in Machi Machi is Matcha Latte with Panna Cotta. The authentic matcha powder match perfectly with sweet panna cotta topping.
Bonus point for the cute bottle as well ️

Friendly staff, the wait time was super short and the aesthetics of the store were very nice. I definitely recommend the tiger brown sugar drink, it is one of the best items on their menu

The black milk tea with creme brulee is really tasty and overall cute vibe inside the store. However, a lot of the drinks is definitely on the more higher end price point.

Strawberry Flurry Creme Brulee. Pretty sure the creme brulee part in the pictures they advertise on ubereats and their website is supposed to be much thicker than this! I have had other Machi Machi drinks at downtown Vancouver and they always serve as advertised. I called them to let them know about this and they had nothing to say except "sorry I will let the manager know. " Skip this location and go to another I guess!

Im in love with this boba place? My fav drink is Grapefruit slush with Jello, its really really delicious

Normally I would be recommended a bubble tea place through a friend, especially when moving to a new city. They would take me to their favourite shop and we would share and talk about what we were drinking. During a pandemic, all I have to express my content or discontent are with emojis. My review of Machi Machi is:

Ouuuu I had their #1 today which was a Creme Brûlée milk tea and I added tapioca to go with it! It was my first time and I love it! The concept of it being the creme brûlée on top instead of a regular cream totally works! The price is very decent too compared to the other milk tea places!

The place is kawaii, even the uniform of the staffs! They have chairs and tables you can stay at for awhile. The interior is cute too!

I’m excited to try their other drinks on the menu!

Machi Matchi Canada - Black Milk Tea Creme Brûlée (plus mini taro balls) - I am utterly addicted to this bbt, I love the creamy pudding that gets mixed into the drink as u drink it and the chewy little taro balls. Something about this combo just really works. I like to get it without sugar bc u got all the sugar from the brûlée and creme and balls already. Smooth crunchy chewy - it’s all the things It’s my latest obsession.

I ordered the black Milk tea with golden pearls, and there was nothing that special. Cute aesthetics inside though.

Pretty aesthetic bubble tea shop. Some of the drinks come in plastic bottles which is cute. There are spots for insta photos. I tried the black milk tea with tapioca and the panna cotta which is only served in the bottle. The milk tea was pretty good. The tapioca was tasty. The panna cotta was alright but nothing special. There are some interesting things on the menu and I look forward to trying them all.

I ordered three drinks and love the black milk tea panna cotta, it’s not too sweet and the flavour of the panna cotta is there. The bottles are cute but really not sustainable and probably the reason why it costs almost $9 per drink. I would recommend even though this franchise is on the higher end in terms of prices.

First time ordering but ordered incorrectly to this downtown store. I intended to place an order to Scarborough store. I called and they refunded to me immediately. Very impressive service!

Too hot inside the establishment. Tapioca was too sticky and the flavour was average. Definitely better places around the area.

Unfortunately, MM didn't live up to my expectations.

-The Kanten Jelly isn't as chewy/firm as Gongcha's
-The wait for 1 drink took way too long
- Fruit tea consisted of too much fruit ; barely any tea
- On 2nd try, creme brulee was way too thick and heavy but wasn't creamy.it was more frothy if that makes sense
- On 3rd try, they ran out of tapioca so I had to choose another drink. Asked for orange jasmine tea with kanten jelly but was told they can't add toppings to that drink. I left without ordering.

Nice decor though, definitely great/smart for marketing. But the quality of bbt needs to improve.

ALSO, THEIR EXIT DOOR IS A HAZARD. There is about a 4-6+ inch gap between the sidewalk and their door. If you aren't anticipating a gap in your step, you will trip. I was looking at my phone and almost fell flat on my face. They need to have a sign there.

Might be the best (sweet) bubble tea in Toronto, which is saying a lot because there are some great bubble tea places. The creme brulee is to die for. Do try it. Full disclosure, you have to like sweet bubble teas.

Slow service and so not friendly staffs, for an average drink & above average price
