I got my clan tartan kilt for my wedding here. The staff are amazing! I’m so happy with my kilt. They are knowledgeable and professional. They didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need and were upfront about pricing and how long it would take to be ready. They even have clan bow ties for infants!

The staff are amazing and very helpful, I would recommend anyone who is looking for a piece of Scotland to drop in. I've been to the store several times and plan to go back several more times. I am surprised to see that people would rate this less then perfect but I guess they were not as pleased as I am. Thanks to all the staff!

Rob understood my problem. He quickly checked his stock; he then allowed an exchange for my correct size for a shirt that I really liked. The gentleman knows his stock well; he suggested that I take a credit on the sweater rather than gamble on a good fit. I am an extra tall guy and I appreciated that he went the extra mile to make me happy. Thanks Rob!

Jeff & I were just wandering around downtown yesterday & figured we'd go check it out as it had been more than a minute since either of us had been there. It was as cool a place as we'd both remembered, & the girls that work there were great. The prices were surprisingly affordable, not touristy prices that we locals would not be able to afford. We walked out with 2 t shirts, 2 flags, a zipper pull & a keychain for $70. There were many more things we'll be going back to buy before the year's out, there are definite Christmas presents that will be coming from there!

Nice little shop to get Scottish items. Some tacky items and a little overpriced but nice to visit. Service is friendly. Lots of hats to choose from but most are Irish. No bag pipes though lol.

They didn't have the product I ordered, and they just noticed it today. I should have received the order by today and they never told me they didn't have the product until after I followed up to enquire why I haven't received my order yet.

There was a delay with my order, but the company was very quick to respond and take care of the issue. Great customer service.

They said 12 weeks but got my Kilt in 4 weeks made in Scotland fit perfect and they were a great help to a first time kilt wearer walked me through everything

Ordered and item in October and have yet to receive it. Completed the order, looks great!

I ordered a couple of scarfs as Christmas presents for my sons. They ended up becoming back ordered. When ever I checked on availability, a MacLeaods rep got back with me almost immediately and was always very helpful and friendly. When the scarfs finally become available, I asked that they be mailed directly to my sons as I was not able to hand deliver them at Christmas. Again, MacLeaods took the addresses and the gifts arrived in a timely manner. Very wonderful customer service! Thanks!

The only thing I can say about this store is that it is like a small slice of Scotland in Canada.

Our family decided that upcoming St Andrew's day it was time to get everyone kitted out, at least a scarf and brooch for the Kirkin' of the tartan.
Love to call in and visit when in Stratford, but the snow that arrived a week ago made a trip there less than ideal. So, I ordered by phone and online and all orders arrived within a couple of days!
All lovers of 'The Scottish Play' must see MacLeods custom designed tartan, Witches Blood, just beautiful and a wonderful gift for any Shakespeare fan on your Christmas List.

Lovely little shop, lots of tartan as expected! If you buy your tickets for a show, there’s a coupon for a small chocolate bar (Halloween size) however, as I showed my tickets, the woman stated, it’s one per person, ok. Yes, agreed. I had 3 tickets, 1 woman was with me, the other was at another shop, who had a disability and could not walk a lot. I showed the tickets and she said the person has to be here to get the chocolate. My question is why? I purchased the tickets, they put an initial on them when we got our chocolate, what difference did it make to her if the other wasn’t present? I did not tell her the woman had a disability because it shouldn’t make a difference. And it’s tiny chocolate, a bit petty if you ask me. Will I return to this shop? No.

So glad I wandered into this shop when I visited Stratford. I am always curious about products from the UK, and my first thought was whether I could find a nice scarf. But I was so tempted by all the chocolate bars they had that I ended up buying a whole bunch. They also have a very large selection of other products like clothing and decorative items. I was so taken by a coat from Ireland I ended up buying that too! So my curiosity led to a rather big purchase in the end, but I am still very glad I went inside! And the staff was very friendly and helpful.
