I’d give a zero if I could! We have the extended care plan on our truck that covers everything including tire rotations! This dealership will make you pay and the make you call head office and wait for the money back, DO NOT use this dealership for anything. We’re not the first customers that head office has to refund because they would have to wait for payment and instead push it on to the customer to wait!

We were in a pinch after our original dealership fell through with regard to our new vehicle. I came across MacMaster Chev and from the moment I reached out, I felt taken care of! We lucked out that the new vehicle we wanted to order was actually already on order for their inventory - so we put down a deposit to claim it as ours. While it did take a long while for our new vehicle to arrive, the consistent touch points I received throughout the waiting process were very much appreciated and pleasant! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. The customer service is unmatched - you feel like a friend, even family.

Edit. After my good experience i decided to use this dealership for some service and my subsequent experiences weren't good. Lucas did his best to try and offer solutions to the short comings of their mechanics but overall i will not be coming back for service here again. The mechanics that worked on my car were sloppy and clearly did the bare minimum, had damage to my rim after a bearing replacement and they didnt take the extra time and care to re assemble my door after they had to take it apart to replace the door hinge pieces weren't put back together properly. I expect more when i pay more at a "high end" dealership.

Going to an established dealer to buy a car, you expect to be treated with honesty, courtesy, and respect. This did not occur with my transaction with MacMaster. Without getting into specifics or calling out individuals (they know who they are), we ended up cancelling our used car purchase as a matter of principle. Rather than being treated with respect, we were told bold-faced lies regarding our conversations. As a last resort, we were offered a $500 discount, but declined since we did ask for 8.99% financing (the rate we were quoted at every other dealership) instead of the 9.67% they offered. At the end of the day not a very satisfying outcome. With an explanation and an apology from the person involved, we were still willing to consider the sale, but that effort was not made. No deal.

I have been with this dealership since day one and they keep reminding me with every visit why I continue to be a loyal customer. On the most recent service visit, my truck required some service work that required some input/assistance from General Motors. Dean Pulford (Service Manager) coordinated activities with General Motors on my behalf and ensured that all was addressed. Once a path was set for repair, John Gower (Service Advisor) pulled everything together and made sure that all parts were available and all service repairs were made properly and quickly. I can’t say enough about the level of service that I have received at MacMaster Chevrolet over the years…. 5+ STARS! Thank you Gentlemen!
