C’est l’un de mes endroits préférés pour les petits déjeuners. Mais cette fois je les essayais pour le déjeuner et c’était très bon. La serveuse était souriantes et réactives.

The breakfast buffet platter was very tasty. The server Mariana was very helpful and friendly.

From the moment you step inside, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

Finally, don’t forget to try their San Sebastian, a heavenly dessert made with a crisp pastry crust, creamy custard, and a caramelized sugar topping!:)

What an amazing feeling I had visiting Mado on Young, great environment, tasty food, friendly staff. Highly recommended!

I went inside and waited at the entrance for 10 to 15 minutes without anyone greeting me or coming to take my order. I approached the lady that worked at the front counter for my order. I ended up taking 4 Simit bread to go, only to find out they were ROCK HARD when i got home. I don’t know how you can shamelessly pack that for a customer. I also purchased a few other things and the man that worked there seemed annoyed when I was asking prices because nothing had prices on it. It almost felt like he was making up the prices on the spot. Tried calling them several times and no one answers the phone.

Selling the most expensive ice cream in Toronto, is average quality and tiny portions. Definitely do not recommend. Moreover, they charged higher than what was written on the ice cream display saying that they forgot to update the prices.

This place definitely needs management. Took me 20 min to order cup of tea. Staff don't even speak English to explain the food properly definitely won't be back square one location was better than this experience.

Ordered a chicken wrap and it tasted like a normal wrap that you would get at a fast food restaurant. Not much flavour in the food.

Absolutely delicious. This was my first time trying Turkish food in Canada and *chef’s kiss* to this restaurant. You will not Miss but eating here.

Brand new to this amazing dessert place. Executive Chef was awesome explaining all the Turkish culture and yummy treats. Thank you so much. Worth the 2 hour drive ️

A ne pas recommander, ils nous ont vendu le pain sémite dur comme de la pierre et aucun remboursement. C’est de la pure arnaque.
Je me demande elle est passé ou la conscience professionnelle. Les gens veulent juste gagner de l’argent. C’est affreux

I have no problem with the 15% service fee for groups of 6 or more, but I have a problem when the server says that is different from tips. Apparently the 15% goes to kitchen and laundry, but not the servers? !? ! Ridiculous, we would have sat two tables of 5 instead. We definitely won’t be back to support these scams.

A highlight of my trip. Best baklava I’ve ever had. The chocolate brownie was amazing as well as the angry bird cocktail

Ohhh my God. What can i say about this place.we just went inside and wanted to try Turkish Tea and coffee. We order their special coffee, Turkish Tea and Black forest cake slice. I definitely recommend this place.

This restaurant has the absolute worst customer service I have experienced in my life. I came in around 11: 30 and the place was full so I asked a waitress for if it’s possible to wait for a table. In a very dismissive tone she replied that no, we could not wait and should just ask the cashier for takeout. It’s not the fact that she said we couldn’t wait but rather that I felt she was just repulsed by me even asking her this.

I then asked the cashier who was much friendlier and replied that we could wait though they didn’t have a waiting list system so I simply decided to take my business elsewhere.

The food and desert looks very good but it’s unfortunate that the waitress was so aloof and not helpful. I get that the place was full but it’s not like this doesn’t happen elsewhere, yet this is the only time I’ve experienced this type of attitude.

The restaurant should implement a waiting list system like most other places and train their staff better. From other negative reviews I see, it seems that customer service is an issue.

Great turkish place, we ordered iskender which was juicy and nice, loved the soaked bread underneath the meat!
Definitely coming back, just remember to reserve on the weekends!

Pleasant staff but We paid 30 bucks for 4 pieces of small baklava and one salab. It was a rip off.

Beautiful place from the ambience to the service and the incredible quality of food. They serving sizes are good for the price. If you haven’t tried Turkish food and culture this place is a great start in Toronto. I ordered the curry chicken with rice delicious and hearty & the Alfredo pasta classic loved it and my absolute favourite that I will definitely be coming back for again the caramelized milk pudding with Turkish ice cream SO SO SO good. For drinks I ordered Turkish tea which was served with candied nuts and a Turkish coffee. Absolutely recommend for anyone who’s a fan of desserts and Turkish cuisine. 5/5

We were in this restaurant in Downtown. What happened we choose a comfortable seat for us but the waiter just ignored us and later he said its reserved for somebody. Few minutes later customer came in and they separated that two tables and give it to the couple. For us it was so rude and disrespectful to some customers and that's unacceptable. That server was showing a so bad attitude.

Ordered a piece of cheesecake it was hard as a rock thing must have been 14 years old. Please check the date and serve fresh food
