The service attitude is extremely bad! The waiter gave the table that was supposed to be ours to another customer and asked him why this happened, but he said that they had been waiting in line for a long time. I asked what the point of booking a table was, and he said: Those who have booked a table will be given priority. I said: Do you prioritize it now? I wasn't late, I arrived early, and everyone was here, but you took someone else's seat where I should have been! After that, the waiter kept arguing with us, never admitting his mistake, and never intending to apologize! I was already very angry at that time. After I sat down to finish eating, I checked the bill and found that I had drawn an extra snack. I was really speechless! ! ! I've been here so many times for dim sum before, and I can't guarantee that I haven't overcharged. Anyway, this restaurant has been blacklisted by my family. It has poor service attitude and excessive charges. I will never come here again. I still want to add this to my list. Share the story with friends around you so that they don’t patronize it.

It's beyond rubbish, there's no service at all, every customer seems to be out of touch with them, they have bad words and bad faces, and a family drinking tea ruins the atmosphere.

Today we called two days in advance to make a reservation. Today we were on time and everyone arrived. Their waiters stopped us in front of us and asked them to reserve a table. It's been almost twenty minutes. They said people had already queued up, but we couldn't see them. So what's the point of your reservation? One of their bald uncles said: "Well, it doesn't make any sense for us to book a table, so you won't be able to book any more in the future! " When we heard this sentence and came to consume, we were really angry.

The most disgusting thing is that the lady boss at the cashier was clearly sitting in isolation and could hear everything, but she allowed her employees and customers to openly make noises, pretending not to hear her, and not intending to deal with it or comfort her. The mood of the first customer is as if he doesn’t care whether you come to spend or not.

Morning tea doesn’t have to be in your room. It’s rare to have a cup of tea with the same family on Thanksgiving Day, so I feel a little angry. Anyway, there’s no next time. I wish you a prosperous business and a good start!

Just had dim sum here today visiting friends. This used to be a Sam Wu’s before Covid. The food was good except for the taro dumpling which tasted old and reheated. They charged $8 for tea for 4. Service was mediocre. 11 dishes came out to $110. Will recommend to all though a bit pricey.

Quick takeout service and really delicious food. Ordered BBQ pork on rice and soya chicken on rice. Highly recommended.

Tip is earned. Not a right. Horrible service and yet still calls you out for paying the tip they deserve.

Be careful when you order take out bbq. If you don’t know their language they will serve you the worse pieces. Paid $21 for half roasted duck but was all bones. The lady working at cashier was also very rude.

I was invited to this restaurant for lunch and now it’s my favourite Chinese food. It’s always busy because it’s so popular. The service is soo fast and people that work there are so friendly. But the most important thing is that the food is amazing. Mouth watering. Loved every dish I tried. Will recommend this restaurant to every one.

Hi everybody, here by asking everyone a question. What do you think of they serve you a 4 people table but they have you 6 people sitting 4 people table for dim sum? And yet, you came in 10am on Sunday as first come first serve basis.

Came here for Dim Sum during their happy hour. Unfortunately, many of the dishes tasted old as if they’d been refried and lacked freshness even though the restaurant was very busy. The BBQ pork was also extremely fatty with very little meat. When I went to pay, I also noticed they charged me full price even though it was happy hour and the server tried to tell me this was accurate even though the math clearly didn’t add up from the posted price. I would steer clear of this place, the food isn’t fresh and they are very dishonest about their pricing.

Food here is always delicious. Service is fast and courteous. Love the dim sum items they serve.

Haven't tried their dine in yet since the change from Sam Woo but their take out bbq pork (with or without rice) and roast pork is bomb! Service is quick and efficient. Always a great place to grab a quick meal on the go.

Just called to ask about the morning dim sum special and tea time special. Women we spoke to was unhelpful and rude. We simply asked the time for these specials and whether they were provided on a Friday. Her response was to “it should be, it’s posted on our door”. Then she proceeded to hang up on me without a proper end to the call. If I was in front of your store do you think I’d waste my time calling? Absolutely terrible service to someone who goes there for takeout quite often.

Hit or miss location for takeout. Depends on who you get serving you. They were running of of meat and so they put more of another kind to make up for it. Not entirely satisfied since we paid for the first meat. Probably won’t go back again

Dim sum here was excellent. My family and I came on a Friday for lunch so it wasn't too busy. Ordering was easy and food came out fairly quickly at a good pace. All the usuals were delicious. No complaints. Our total was around $155 for 16 dishes between 4 people.

Ordered trio BBQ with rice takeout, tasty and decent portion. BBQ pork skin was crunchy.
Service was fast and good.

Magic BBQ & Seafood is not as good as it use to be before covid. Dim sum had a few dishes that were cold, a little to much salt and more of a miss than a hit. No wait at all on a mid afternoon weekday. Service is mediocre as expected from a chinese restaurant. Will not return. Sorry.

Eat authentic Chinese food we have ginger crab and also have ginger lobsters fresh out of the tanks …. Where can u get seafood any fresher not like red lobster all frozen no flavour …. I highly I mean highly recommended it my spot for great Chinese food the seafood….

I would never come back to this restaurant again. I have asked to removed the tea off my bill because I didn't drink tea and would rather have water instead, the server told me "if you remove it you will still be charged for it" I was okay paying the tea and just wanted water. When I was ready to pay for my bill I notice they charge tea by number of people sitting your table and when I paid for my bill and went up to the front desk and ask for my change back they told me "The bill does not include tips" I still wanted my change back because of there poor service.

This is the place to go in Mississauga for roast pork on rice. The place is quite spacious and bright. I like that they have round tables, too, so you don't get kicked on the legs. I used to like their Chinese fritters/ doughnut, crispy outside but soft inside, so good.but last week it was overfried, and oily. So dissapointed for the inconsistent quality of food here. You need to speak up for your food, or the waiter would serve it as they are. Oh, they don't have HK style milk tea either, but they do have pop.

My parents, beloved dim sum place. The waiters have always been very friendly to our family. Food are fresh price are relatively good in Mississauga.

First time trying magic BBQ and Seafood. Great first time experience. Went with some friends for dinner, and the food was amazing. This is not your Panda Express kind of food. This is your authentic Chinese food. We ordered house fried rice, which has shrimp and pork in it. We also ordered a schezwan beef and general tso chicken. And I can forget the lobster. Everything was delicious and had some leftovers for lunch the next day. Definitely would recommend trying this place. You won't be disappointed.

Good place for dim sum in Mississauga. Early morning daily special one price for all types of dim sum.

First time having dim sum here. We tried a couple of their popular dim sum dishes.

We had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated on a Sunday for lunch time. The dim sum were flavourful. The service was adequate for an Asian restaurant.
