Great location, clean, with plenty of equipment, so there's no waiting. It's four stars because there's no washroom access in the evening. Strange.

I just called to inquire them about their services,
They said after 11am they won’t accept and its all good.
I said if I can drop till 12 pm
Its okay if they can’t.
But the guy was rude on the phone and said by its late and shut the phone within seconds and not even listened to me.
Its okay to follow your rules but respect the customer

My only complaint is they close the washrooms at 5: 00 pm. I work two jobs and the only day I can come to do laundry I’m showing up at a 6: 30/7 - I’m constantly spending money at other locations buying drinks so I can use their washrooms when it would be easier if I could just use these washrooms. I’d even be willing to pay for it so I don’t have to go into the cold and leave my laundry unattended!
