Magic Pizza

Family favourite for years. Our grown children now live outside of KW say this is still the best pizza.

I've ordered from them a few times now and I am kicking myself that I didn't order from them sooner. The pizza is fantastic and the service is great. The toppings are well portioned and well balanced, and there is a good variety of traditional pizzas and gourmet pizzas.

Delicious tuna albacore pizza! Kids loved the three cheese pizza. My 6 year old ate the pizza and said, “ this pizza place should never close! ”

Pizza owner was so kind and he gave my children complimentary chocolate.

Magic Pizza is by far the best pizza in town as we lived in KW for years and have made Magic Pizza #1 for our family! Plus our puppy loves the crust! A wonderful staff as well!

Went here for the first time. Very friendly staff, I Ordered 3 large pizza's for a business lunch and the man that took my order said he will put together something delicious and he did not disappoint! Everyone enjoyed and complimented how delicious the pizza was.

Some of the best pizza that you can get in Kitchener. Toppings are fresh and plentiful, sauce is delicious, and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is a go to for pizza nights.

I live in the neighborhood, but my God this is the best pizza you can order. I usually only comment when food doesn't meet the standard but the consistency of incredible pizza they put out is truly exceptional. Thank you for your passion

The people working there are wonderful and kind. They have the best pepperoni pizza ever. Some of their specialty pizzas are good but the vast toppings sometimes makes the pizza soggy, it's a must eat right away situation. Overall our go to pizza place.

Simple menu. Reasonable prices & good deals. Absolutely delicious, fresh food. A step above the average (franchise-based) pizza place!
Pick up window, and courteous staff.

Food is great. People are friendly. Service is quick but not always sensible. Ordered 6 slices of various types. They chose to put them all in an XL pizza box, for convenience, but left them on the individual plates and then had to overlap them to make them all fit. Slices stuck to plates that had to stack on top. 2 smaller boxes and taking them off the plates would have been a better approach.

Nice and hot pizza. Great taste with quick service. If I get a chance I will definitely visit here again.

PESTO PIZZA (THIN CRUST) - Pesto Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Fresh Tomatoes, Grilled Chicken Breast, Feta Cheese & Kalamata Olives

Is the Pesto sauce mixed with an alfredo sauce - would you be able to provide the ingredients as I need to watch for some ingredients.

Also, I am told your Chicken is halal - would you please tell me who you buy your chicken from?

Is the white sauce the alfredo sauce - again, would you be able to provide the ingredients as I need to watch for some ingredients.

For your tomato sauce, some pizzerias put wine in the sauce - do you do this practice?

Had Pizza Sunday with my family and they did a wonderful job. The pizza had a fresh, homemade taste, lots of toppings, and quick timing.

They have a window out front to pick up (or place) your order at. A display beside the window shows which orders are ready for pick.
Very efficient!

It's a hit and miss place, one order is amazing another time you get two pieces of burnt crust the dog didn't want.

Ordered pizza from here. Wasnt the pizza I ordered, then I was told that they are not gunna do anything about it at the time cause they were closing soon. Terrible experience I had with this place.

Ok this place is AMAZING! Fresh homemade pizza! I wish we discovered it earlier. The topping options are bomb! And left overs are just as good the next day. The family deals are great options.to a well deserved gaining of a customer for life!

This is not my first review for Magic Pizza, but I had to post about how absolutely delicious the Spicy Heaven (Hot) pizza is. The quality and freshness of the products are just amazing. First time trying that pizza and as usual Magic Pizza did not disappoint.

The first time I came here I was over charged by a couple bucks however I didn't realize it until I was back home and eating the pizza. Last night I ordered their "Double Magic Special" 2 Mediums for $21.99. I was charged $27.00 and some change. Are you kidding me! I WILL NEVER ORDER FOR HERE AGAIN. Not to mention the pizza is SO thin, I've had better from City Pizza and Twice the Deal. I only came here because they are right around the corner. Also their dipping sauces are half full. I just can't justify 27 bucks for 2 medium thin pizzas.

Pretty good. The thin crust was a nice change from standard pizzas in the area but it was a bit tough instead of chewy. The pepperoni pizza was pretty bland all around. Would recommend as a change of pace from places like City Pizza, Pizza Maniac, Ginos, etc.

Used to be the best pizza place in the city. It looks like something has changed! I think the big guy is gone or they are under new ownership (even if they say not, maybe the original guy that cooks the pizza retired). The pizza was completely burnt and has been inconsistent lately. Also on the weekends, their wait times have been nuts! We order pizza and they said 1 hour, which okay is long but understand because of covid. When we showed up, there were like 30 people standing outside and we asked for our pizza and they said it was 15-20 mins before even being put in the oven! Why continue taking orders? Just say you are swamped right now or stop answering the phone until you are caught up. We may give them one more shot because their pizza was the best but I think I will be disappointed again.

I eat a lot of pizza and stumbled across magic pizza a while back. The home made sauce and the thin crust is the best. The guy that works there is super nice. Large cheese with chilli flakes is the best.

Was my second order first was very good, my order took one hr 20 mins. Very salty this pizza, tasty but alot of salt.you should NOT have to microwave your pizza and accept the delivery drivers excuse of "very busy". Sorry thats not my problem.still tipped the driver but extremely dissapointed.i wish i could say other, but i cant. I was very excited about this pizza place.not now. I would give it three stars if it wasnt cold.not how pizza should come to your door.

Delicious pizza. Limited delivery radius. Worth the drive from Doon every couple months. Fresh toppings and unique flavour. Nothing flashy, just good pizza with good ingredients.

First time to try these folks. We were very pleased. Extremely tasty pizza. We got the 2 pizza deal and felt the price was reasonable as well.
Safe window pickup and we liked that too.
Love the quality cheese they use as well.

This place used to be 5 star, the best in town. Don't know what happened, but they are stingy on toppings and cheese, the crust is super thin. Very disappointed, trying to find a new number 1.

There is some very real Magic happening there! Only Magic can explain why I drove all the way from the GTA last weekend to this sleepy suburban plaza in Kitchener to satisfy a craving for a truly gourmet GF pizza. Sometimes you find holy ingredients and honest to goodness craftsmanship in the unlikeliest of places.

I discovered this place 2 months ago. Since trying magic, I have not gone to any other pizza place. The pizza is absolutely delicious.

This place is great very friendly! We ordered two med pizzas with three toppings on each my wife just likes one topping so the girl said i could have her other two on mine! Awesome now i get five toppings and it tasted like everything was made for scratch with very fresh ingredient's and loads of cheese. I'll be back great experience! And family run i think well it seemed that way.

We've been a few times now and the crust is very enjoyable, which I find differentiates okay pizza from good pizza. We'll definitely be back. Have a gluten free crust option which is helpful.

Wings were burnt, and pizza was no better then pyramid except twice the price. Sauggy, like wet bread. Literally had too use two hands too eat, even folding a single slice didnt work.

Maybe I caught them on a bad night, and will consider a second try.

I am from Toronto. Everytime I come to kitchener i stop off and have this pizza. Great crust and sauce and generous with the cheese.

We had two pizza's, one being their prosciutto specialty pizza and they were out of this world delicious! There is nothing like stone oven baked pizza, and magic pizza is the best!

Tell me where to find a better pepperoni and cheese pizza? You can't. And if you do, it's a lie. I love the pizza these people make. There isn't a better pizza shop in kitchener.

My family is lived off of Westheights for literally decades and often thought about trying Magic Pizza and had heard it was good. We generally tend to have favourites in restaurants, including pizza ones and rely on the ones we know and have had good experiences with.

We've been ordering pizza from this place since the day they moved in to Driftwood Plaza. We've lived in this neighbourhood for 40+ years. They are.without a doubt. THE BEST PIZZA in town. If we moved from this neighbourhood? We'd STILL be ordering from them - NO QUESTION! Excellent pizza AND an extraordinary staff - the combination is unbeatable!

We just moved into the area and we're looking for a good pizza place that was both reasonably priced and of course delicious! We were recommended this place from a friend that lives in the area and they didn't steer us wrong! Food was delicious and tasty.

Magic pizza was suggested to be some of the best Pizza in Waterloo on Reddit so I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed. I was also happy to see that they served you out the door so social distancing was easy. (Not sure if they're still doing this but it was awesome!)

After a long while, I've finally made it around to leaving a review for Magic Pizza. I stumbled across the pizzeria one day when I was in the area buying some car parts - I came from Welland, Ontario and was starving by the time I got done conducting business. Thankfully, the gentleman asked me to meet outside of Magic Pizza around 9: 40PM. Thankfully, the workers/owners were more than happy to serve us, and were very welcoming as we sat inside waiting for the pizza. We got a Canadian pizza, and oh man were we surprised.

I like to consider myself a bit of a pizza connoisseur, and this place impressed me. I've been all over Southern Ontario on my travels, and always make my best attempt to try a new pizza place while I'm out, and I can honestly tell you, without a question in my mind, that this is by far the best Pizzeria I've ever had the pleasure of stepping foot into. The food was absolutely fantastic, the pizza cooked wonderfully, and the atmosphere welcoming. We got to chatting a bit with the employees, and made it clear that we would be back again to make sure the quality is consistent, to some laughter. Sure enough, we've been back 3 times now - Twice, even making the trip solely for this pizza. When you're willing to drive for 3 hours and spend 40 dollars in gas for 40 dollars worth of pizza, you're either delusional or very impressed, and I like to prefer being called the latter. I've recommended this place to friends and family when they're in the area, and every time we go back they remember us and make sure to have a bit of a chat between work. I'll be back again soon, and if that isn't a testament to the quality, I don't know what is.

Best pizza in KW? I live in kitchener but they said I'm out of the delivery area.oh well. Never had a chance to try it.tried to order 2 large pizzas and they said the order was too small to deliver. Maybe state that they have the best pizza in a small area of KW.lol

I am not a pizza lover at all but my friend bought two pizzas from here and they were absolutely delicious. The crust was not thick or doughy, and was fully cooked through out! Absolutely recommend this place even if you don’t like pizza, must try! Thank you to the wonderful service!

Have ordered from here for some 10 years or so. Pizza is excellent, though quality IS NOT CONSISTENT. Wings are okay, sometimes disappointingly dry and obviously not fresh! Employees are always nice to talk to and service oriented. (Much, much nicer to talk to than the other take-out place in this strip mall).

Best pizza in KW by far. The gentleman running the place was very kind and provided great service. I got 2 large pizzas. Toppings were tasty and fresh. The dough was cooked perfectly and was nice and crispy on the edges. Will definitely be back for more!

My previous review was 5 stars, but since my last visit I have changed my review. I recommend these guys to everyone I know, and its a family business so supporting locally is great. I was treated so unprofessionally and I felt that the owner was condescending in the way that he was talking to me. If you don't price out the amounts properly in accordance to what the prices of my order were, dont say a dollar here a dollar here, thats unacceptable. I was actually picking up an order for my relative. Poor girl that was originally helped me was nice about it though and tried to apologize. Word of mouth works and i did my part but this experience will not let me recommend you anymore.

So very disappointing! We have been ordering our pizzas from Magic Pizza for years. We have had a few little complaints that have always been made right. Tonight was the last time we order from there. We ordered the All Season pizza and a pound of wings, about 15 minutes after placing our order they called to tell us they were sorry they ran out of wings.ok no problem. When the pizza arrived it was cold and soggy and the bacon was barely cooked so I called to let them know and they said sorry and would give a discount next time! But what about this time! After putting the pizza in the oven for a few minutes to at least heat it hot you could not even pick it up as the crust would not hold anything that is how soggy it was.so farewell Magic Pizza.

I get this pizza probably once a month because I live a bit far from the pizza place. But when we order their pizza their people who work there are always super nice and friendly. Plus their pizza is always delicious. I highly reccomend their pizza to everyone that didnt try it yet.

I've never tasted their pizza, so 1 start may seem unfair. But I called and asked about what the base of their gluten free dough is (cauliflower, almond flour, whatever) and they told me they did not know, because they buy the dough and don't make it themselves. HOW CAN YOU SELL A PRODUCT WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE SELLING?

Best pizza ever! Crisp crust, not to thin and not too thick. And they load on the "fresh", not canned toppings. Service is fantastic too! Can't say enough good things! From excellent service, quality, and the small familiar family-feel.each and every pizza is made with love. Just for you!

Our friends live in the same neighborhood, and when we moved nearby, they strongly recommended Magic Pizza for us to try. I'm very glad they did! We are consistently happy with the pizza that we've ordered - toppings are generous, 'extra cheese' actually means extra cheese, and we find that the pizzas, unlike a lot of places, actually taste good as leftovers the next day. Prices are quite reasonable for what you get, and our order has been ready within 15-20 minutes each time. Calzones are also great and are extremely generous in size. We haven't really bothered looking elsewhere for pizza since we moved here!

This is our go to place for take out pizza. Family owned and run. Try the Hawaiian with extra sauce!
