If I could put negative stars I would. I called inquiring about a haircut for myself and my child. When there were none available for almost exactly a month, I started trying to ask if I could book that day and then cancel if I found an alternative before that date. However, before I could get out the question I got a "No problem. Goodbye. " That's it. No apology, no courtesy of any sort. Absolutely heinous behaviour, and unwilling to return calls. 10/10 do NOT recommend someone with so little customer service skills.

I like Tammy, but her haircuts suck! I will never go back there. I left feeling like I didn’t even get a haircut. What a waste of money!

Great friendly service with very reasonable haircut prices for men. The services are by appointment only, but usually available within a couple of days at the most. Comfortable seating if you need to wait. Very clean and neat environment. The parking is free and close by.

Very rushed on phone, but busy time of the year. Did best to accommodate time but unable to assist.
