The food is great. This is more about their customer service. I like plum sauce on my rice. When I ask for plum sauce, they say that I didn't order any eggrolls. They didn't care that I like it on my rice. Finally, after much debate, they gave me two, which is far from enough when I ordered two orders of rice. I guarantee you that if you ask for ketchup at McDonald's, they aren't going to say, but you didn't order any fries. I have never had this problem when I lived in Orangeville. Guest Wok in Orangeville is the best!
My family enjoys the food from here sometimes, but unfortunately, canola oil and I don't get along very well, and I get sick if I eat fron here, unless I get chicken strips and fries. I mentioned sometimes for my family as they have brought up some complaints, such as the rice being to salty, chicken balls having no taste, not getting the full order, sometimes feeling a little unwell. For the most part, the staff are really nice and always cheerful, however it is definitely not worth the price.
Best Chinese food in town! The staff is friendly and helpful and the food is delicious! They stop the buffet between 230 and 4. So go early and god often!
Very friendly & attentive staff (shout out Mathew) Great selection of dinner options (my fave was the black pepper beef) Price is reasonable (we went on Tuesday, $24 before tax/person) Only thing that was slightly lacking was the dessert options, but what was there was good.
If you're looking to scratch that Chinese food itch, and have a bit of everything, it's the place to be. We'll for sure be back again!
Ok but extremely expensive. Could not believe they charge my two 6 year olds $19.95 EACH and adult is $25 EACH! Will not return at these prices. Food also very slow to be replaced. 15min for rice and noodles.
Employees all very polite, food was great although I eat to much and didn't get to try the deserts and it wasn't quiet but it wasn't loud. It was a very nice lunch and will definitely go back there again as this was my first time
