I am not one to write negative reviews, but this place has too many fives star reviews to be true when they cant do the basics like pick up the phone! I've been trying to call this place for a solid week now to buy a smart watch and I've yet to get a hold of anyone on the phone nor a call back. Even a text would have done it for me.

If they have the decency to return my call I will alter and or remove this review.
