STAY AWAY. Worst haircut of my life, too rough cutting my hair, blow dryer was too hot, totally uncomfortable experience. Would not recommend to anyone

I went in for a much needed haircut, and Ruba ended up doing a fantastic job! I'll definitely be back again.

Great cut! I'm usually only going to one guy for years but he was booked up for the holidays so I decided to try Magic Cuts out. Did not disappoint. I asked for what my usual guy gives me but the ladies pushed back and promised to do something even better. Love my usual guy but this was one of the best haircuts I've received & I think I have a new spot. Will be returning as I work nearby! Very pleased & I also noticed the two gentlemen before me left visibly happy as well.

Was well greeted by Diala who was very professional. My first time there and we tried a new style. I was extremely satisfied with her work. I will return there for sure.

Can never get a walk in, they claim to always be busy when there is no one getting their hair cut.

Brought my kids, one stylist was excellent but the other had a terrible attitude and only cut one inch of hair when we asked for three. You can't even tell. She was very unpleasant and she did was complain about everything.

I went on July 2nd around 5pm, I asked for slightly off the shoulder for length and long layers, with a bit of a side bang. My “complimentary shampoo” was one shampoo and barely any conditioner. I’d say legitimately the whole shampoo process was no more then 3 minutes. I don’t know what the rush was, no one else was in the salon. The day of the haircut seemed fine. I went home, washed it again, styled it and it was very choppy. Came back about a week an a half later an explained it’s choppy, there’s no layers to be told that she did do layers, but there wasn’t. I have almost two different lengths of a “blunt” cut. Not long layers. So she fixed it a second time evening out the face framing, adding a few layers and now my hair is choppier then ever. I have never been so disappointed with a hair cut in my life, let alone a magic cuts.

I came for a haircut to this location a few weeks ago. I was honestly shopping at Costco and looked up nearby salons because I really needed a haircut. I called and booked a same-day appointment and had my hair done with Elham. She was very sweet and extremely professional. She was very attentive to what I asked for and as a result I was so happy with how my haircut turned out. I returned again today and she was able to provide the same exceptional service and I left the salon, once again, extremely happy with my haircut. It’s been a very long time since I’ve felt so happy with my hair and I will certainly be returning to see Elham for future haircuts! Thanks again Elham:)

SO many barbers here and so many better options. They have no idea how to do a simple haircut. 30$ later and I look ridiculous. Not worth your money

Leila did such a great job with my hair! I got a full head of blonde highlights and a trim.and I am so happy with how it turned out. She took her time and was very attentive to all the little details. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely return!

Awful experience. Should have known to not go in.
Son and I both got cuts. Person was obviously learning as she went. Was super hesitant with every cut and left me with the feeling she hadn’t done this before.
I feel bad as it’s just a haircut and the person likely needs the job, but I don’t go somewhere for a simple men’s cut and expect to have to go elsewhere after to fix it, which I do. Especially considering we went in to get fresh haircuts for a funeral today where I am speaking.

I never get anything done to my hair and was scared to try out balayage or highlights but I have been to this store twice for haircuts by Angie and I asked her for a balayage. I made some bad choices with the colors at first and the results did not make me happy and she offered that I come back to fix it for me. She is awesome and so genuine. I highly recommend this store's customer service they are a franchise but definitely their employees give personalized treatments. Ask for Angie when you come here!

Worst hair cut so far. I forgot the name of the lady who gave me the cut. But seems like she did not quite know what she was doing. May be she is good with something else. But for fade u have to wear a cap when she is done with you. She was polite and nice so I could not say to her directly. But TRY A DIFFERENT PLACE IF U ARE PLANNING TO HAVE FADE.

I have never given out anything short of a five star review before, but I have also never gotten a haircut anywhere close to this bad before. Not only did Ellie completely disregard what I asked for she did so in a way that made it impossible for me to go elsewhere and fix. Ellie is very talented since she managed to make my hair more dry by adding 3 different types of conditioner. I got to experience another first today since I’ve never tipped under 10% before however today I wished there was an option for negative tips. Last week we came here for my Hubby's haircut, but didn't get becuz of waiting.the girl working alone was an apprentice. Yesterday my hubby got his hair done, again she was alone on the floor. I am wondering, do salon owners allow their businesses to run without licensed hairstylists?

Rehana is a great hair stylist I have ever known. She is very professional. Whenever I go to her for my hair done, she makes me very happy. I highly recommend her. I really love her work.

I had a terrible experience with the previous manager of this shop and decided to write it off completely. However, three or fourth months after the incident, it came to my attention that this location is now operating under new management. So I thought I should grant it a last chance. And am I ever soooo glad I did!

Indeed. As soon as I came in, I felt a stark change in the atmosphere which was so pleasantly relaxing and comfortable. Good vibes all over compared to the dull and thick air of arrogance that terrible previous manager spread around her.

It’s incredible how the wrong attitude can kill a business by chasing its customers away, while one positive professional, with a sincere and warm smile can put you completely at ease before even discussing the hair cut with you. Good vibes made the whole difference for me.

I had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Leila last week and it was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a hair salon. She skillfully gave me an incredibly well sculpted cut that beautifully suited my hair texture. The final result was an amazing fresh look with panache. That’s what I call a Magic Cut.

I would never come back to this "magic"cut ever. Even though who did my hair was nice; I am not paying for them to be kind, or nice. I asked to get my hair coloured to have it from dark to light and I confirmed to make sure the colour I showed her from the sample is EXACTLY as it will be on my hair and she said, "yes of course". As I saw the result, first of all, it was darker than my original colour and secondly, half of my hair was one colour and the other half was another.on top of all this mishap, I sat there to get my hair colour for THREE hours.where it should have taken maximum an hour and a half. I told her why isn't it the colour as you showed me, she proceeds to tell me, "because it is plastic and shiny not real hair" but I thought when I confirmed will it be the exact same colour BEFORE we started the process, she was very confident. Just to get business, they will say anything you want to hear. I strongly believe "magic" cut isn't a suitable name for this store.although I went to this location from the reviews, which were for their previous employees thinking I'd get the same "best" service from their reviews. I have been with Leila for over a year now and consider myself very lucky. She is excellent at what she does, whether it be a cut, highlights or blow dry. She listens to me but also gives her opinion. I trust her to make the final decision and have not been disappointed. To top it off the cost is reasonable compared to those I have used in the past and I am much happier with the results. For those who are brave enough, she also does threading. My sister also sees her and would not have anyone else. Finally, she is a really nice person. I am totally comfortable with her. Try her!

I walked in to get a cheap haircut one day and got Ophelia. I walked out with the best haircut and beard trim that I've ever had. I've had men trim my beard and they didn't do as good a job as she did. This woman has a gift.

I take my 2 year old son here every few months. The staff are super friendly and I'm always pleased with the cut they give my son. The hairdressers is always clean and tidy. My especially likes sitting in the police car to have his hair cut!

This salon is worth every minute and dollar spent. It is a clean and professional environment. I am always greeted warmly and appointment times are respected. Ophelia is very knowledgeable of the different products and treats my hair as it needs. She is an excellent stylist - she did my wedding. I’m just never disappointed and neither is my husband as he when my hair looking fabulous.
