Worst haircut I ever had in my life, the lady says She is doing haircuts for 28 years and still didn’t learnt how to fade properly. Totally waste of time and money. Doesn’t worth a single penny.horrible experience

It's always great getting my kids hair cut there. The lady who does my kids hair is very understanding and knows exactly what my picky teenager wants. (I am unble to recall her name but her chair is toward the back wall where they have the hair wash stations.) My kids always look fwd to get the hait done with her.

Went in for a haircut and only had to wait for 10 minutes. Excellent buzzcut done by a very friendly Veda. Good prices with fast and friendly service. I'll definitely visit again.

I have been going to this salon since before the first lockdown. All the ladies greet me in a friendly and happy manner, as though I was their Client. Veda is cheerful, prompt and I come away satisfied with a great cut & style. The Salon is very clean and the ladies disinfects their stations which under the circumstances makes me more comfortable inside.

Dee does an amazing job. She has been doing my hair for more than 15 years. All the hairdressers here are amazing.

Mariana is an amazing hair stylist! I came in a for a cut and highlights and she did such an amazing job. She cut the length I wanted on my hair and my bangs and my blond high lights look amazing and I get so many compliments at my work and in my condo! I had such an amazing experience with her! Would not reccomend to anyone. Unless you want to show up for your appointment only to be told you have to wait another 40 minutes to an hour. They need to sort out their appointment booking system immediatley.

I have been going to that location for a number of years now to have Veda cut my hair. She has also cut, coloured and styled my daughters hair. She is absolutely the best and I would highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Mariana for 7 years. She is a true professional and an excellent stylist and colourist.

I always love my hair done by Mariana. She gives a very good hair cut and hair colour. I strongly recommend her.

Called a couple of days before for an appointment. When I arrived, they say it was at least 30 minutes late. They had just serviced a walk-in. They service walk-ins before pre-book.

Came by to see if I could get a haircut the lady told me to come back in 30 minutes so I did. I waited another 15- 20 minutes before I was told it'll be another 45 minutes to an hour. I get covid is a thing but if you make a apointment for a customer you should be fufiling that said apointment.
If you were unsure about scheduling me then you should have advised me or told me otherwise instead of making a customer waste time out of his day for nothing

Made an appointment online for 6pm. Arrived at 5: 55 pm and was told it was at least a 40 minute wait? When i questioned the online booking, i was told that that wasn't really an appointment and generally doesn't work. I was also told they just treat everyone as a walk in and you go in order of walking through the door.

DO NOT BOOK ON-LINE! That option is a waste of your time. I booked an appointment on line only to find out I had to wait 2 hours before they took me. They serviced all walk-ins first even though I had an appointment!? Where is the logic that? And, all I wanted was a wash and blowdry. When I found out I had to wait, I asked for them to call me as soon as I was next and that I would step and would be in the next store and they NEVER called me. They continued to take other walk-ins. I waited 2 hours and was furious when I walked in to see a whole bunch of other customers that were taken before me. There was no apology!

I stayed only because I was out of time and really needed my hair done. Believe me, I will NOT go there again. They are understaffed and try to accommodate all walk-ins leaving those who follow protocol by booking an appointment on-line waiting. They are unorganized and unprofessional. And it wasn't inexpensive!

Prices are high. Cut was okay, but I've had better. Needed something quick, without an appointment, and I declined the shampoo. $23.99+COVID surcharge+tax=just under $32

Will probably never visit again.

Great Haircut! Just don’t understand why I was charged a covid fee! Basically for a handful of sanitizer! Think it was $3 or $4! Haircut cost me $31 after the fee was Added!

Barb was excellent. Needed a cut badly. Very happy with result. Did ask about the extra charge after reading sign posted on mirror - $3.95 sanitizing/cleaning fee. Also not sure ' checking in' online is of any benefit. Overall a good experience and price was excellent!

Friday June 26,2020 - the handwritten sign on the door says, "closed until further notice" with no explanation. Not having had a haircut since February, I could certainly use one. All the stylists are great, however, my all-time favourite is Vida! I hope I haven't had my last cut with her!

This place is a joke. I'd prefer to drink bleach then get my haircut from here, 26 dollars for something i could of done with my eyes closed.
