My mother has gone here a few times and I cannot believe how poorly her hair has been cut! It's apparently the owner that cuts her hair and it's just uneven and looks rushed. An amateur could cut hair better.

5 stars (an understatement to how amazing this place is!) Andrea is BY FAR the greatest hairdresser I've (ever had) so far in my life and she can seriously work miracles! I can't even count how many times she's helped me out of some awful situations where my hair got damaged by other places and making my locks healthy and smooth and beautiful again! If you tell her what you are looking for, she does it with such ease and incredible skill that it will leave you shocked! I will never go to anyone else ever again and everyone is so amazing and friendly that I can honestly say there is no other place that matches the service you get when going here. Finally, the prices are absolutely incredible and amazingly affordable, especially considering the fantastic work that they do so 5 stars all the way! I'll even attach a photo of the work Andrea did for me and the amazing dye job/cut and style that she seems to be able to pull off that I don't think would be very easy to find other hairdressers with quite the same amount of pure talent! Thank you so much girls for the amazing service you always provide me with! Always leave feeling GORGEOUS!

Definitely wouldn't recommend they hire people with no experience and they have messed up my hair a good few times. I had to take a cab from Hair Mastersrst to First Choice Hair Cutters just so they could fix my hair they messed up

I'd like to give zero stars but that is not an option.
Pretty disappointed with this place.
Received a bad cut, "stylist" said I could come back to get it fixed.
I had tears running down my face while I was walking out.
I debated even writting this review because of now embarrassed I am with this cut.
Messaged the manager and never received a reply back. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed and will have to go super short because the hair is so uneven.
A real hard hit to the conference.

I had a mullet as per the trend and after two weeks, I couldn’t look at it anymore. I walked into this salon and right away, Ally helped me out and made my hair something I could love again! I came again for a fashion colour and Ally & Andrea took such great care of me! A great, positive environment where hairdressers help one another and listen to client needs!

Ashley is a dedicated and talented hairstylist, as well as being friendly and professional.
Ashley gives great advice about colouring to compliment your natural skin tone, that is in keeping with not over processing the hair. I’ve learned a lot from Ashley about how to care for my hair after colour and how to help grow my hair out from a pixie cut.

Ashley goes the extra mile for her clients, even coming in once on her day off to help me out when I had an upcoming special event. I never feel rushed, and she will even experiment with styles she’s never tried before! I was in today and asked for a crown braid, and it turned out great! Her service is impeccable and I can tell she is always pushing herself to meet the exact need/wants of her clients.

I always feel younger when I leave because Ashley is such a cheerful personality and often compliments me and generally lifts my spirits. Thank you Ashley for your professionalism and expertise!

I would give them 20 stars if I could, they were so friendly, social and sweet. The best place I’ve ever gotten my hair cut at!
They listened to what I wanted and then did it even better than I could have imagined! I didn’t remember to get the names but even the owner was such a sweetheart! I can’t wait to come back!

Was in need of a trim and my usual hairdresser could not fit me in, they managed to get me in same day, got Lindsay, she was great, very pleasant and did a great job

A big thing I look for in a business is compassion and understanding and I just don’t see it here. I watched the girls who work here maliciously shoo away people who are homeless from the back of their store (which no customers interact with) when they’re just trying to find warmth and shelter and it was very off putting. And then threatening them by saying there’s cameras everywhere as if to assume the people were doing any thing wrong was really concerning. I can’t imagine how these girls treat anyone who comes into their store who looks even slightly in need. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shoo away customers if they look the least bit down on their luck.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kelsey and having her do my hair which was an awesome experience. Beside being very conscientious and knowledgable her super personality is second to none which definitely ensured that she will be my long time hair stylist forever.
To add a little footnote I especially like the fact that she laughs at my jokes

Even though I usually go to another salon, I called in on short notice and Amanda was able to fit me into her schedule. She was friendly, polite and understanding of my needs. She was kept busy by walk-ins and incoming phone calls but was great at multi tasking. She was able to pull off the hairstyle I wanted very efficiently and precisely. My updo was creative and held up perfectly throughout a very hot, humid day. Great job Amanda - I will be back!

Amanda always does a great job on my hair. I appreciate the time and care she puts in to make me look good. As long as I still have hair, Amanda will be cutting it.

What an amazing group of staff. Our Kids have been getting their haircut there for several years and I cannot say enough great things about the team. They are fun, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you Amanda and team for all you do.

Lots of inexperienced hairdressers at this place now. Hairdresser missed crucial things when cutting my hair. My bangs were cut with the rest of the hair rather than being asked how long I want them and I wasn't even shown the back of my head in the mirror after she was done. I also asked for my beard and mustache to be trimmed and I was told she didn't have the time because there was someone else waiting. I had only been there for 15 minutes. I had mentioned this to her and she went to grab someone else to do it for her while she stood there and watched and was learning how to do it. If you were uncomfortable trimming my facial hair due to lack of experience, then why didn't she just say so. Why lie about it and make up some excuse about not having enough time. I will be finding somewhere else to get my haircut from now on.

Worst hair cut ever the hair dresser had no idea what she was doing even upon explaining with pictures she did not bother to confirm if she was doing things as per need.

Amazing staff, my go to hairstylist is Alex! He's got a great personality and very professional. My hair looks and feels great!
