I’ve been going to Magic Cuts for years now (20+) initially Amy and now Marsha. Marsha always does my hair exactly the way I like it every time. You walk out feeling like a million bucks at an affordable rate.

If I could rate no stars I would. I asked for a wolf cut and to KEEP MY LENGTH. (I grew my hair out for 2 years.) the stylist then proceeds to take all my length off and give me a pixie cut. Not at all what I asked for and I'm now very depressed. I need the owner to reply to this post so I can talk about getting my money back, it was such an awful experience it left me in tears.

Marsha did the most amazing up-do for a wedding I am attending today. I called in to see if she could help out "last minute" and not only did she take me right away, she was able to make me look MORE than fabulous in less than an hour for such a special event! At this store they do cuts & colour as well (Centre Mall location in Hamilton). Thank you so much; I won't be going anywhere else for all my future salon services.

My son and I having been going to this location for a few years now. We try to always see Marsha. She is truly a gem. She is caring, attentive and listens to what we are asking for. She has always been amazing with my son. Making him feel comfortable.

This location always is a nice experience. I last had my haircut by Ursula and she did an amazing job aside from being super attentive and thoughtful, she created the perfect cut and style for my face!

Following an extended hospital stay my waist length hair was a matted, knotted, neglected mess. I was a mess! Liam tackled it with empathy and grace! Liam provided gentle and professional care (so needed as I am dealing with multiple broken bones, and a cast on my dominant hand), he spent hours bringing me back to humanity.making me feel human again. I cannot thank them enough for all that was done! I will be returning. P. S.my husband of 52 years said he hadn't seen me look so ME in weeks! I'm smiling again! Thank you!

I've come to this location over the years. It's been mostly haircut appointments for my daughter or whenever my bf does a walk-in. Everything is great, however, I find the seats at the front are not "fat-Friendly". Whenever I am seated waiting, the armrests dig/cut into my thick thighs. May I Suggest chairs without armrests? Just a thought for us larger regular customers.

I've had my curly hair cut twice now by Liam and I'm always so so impressed. Great attitude, great conversation and amazing cuts. Highly recommend!

I booked the appointment for 10 am. I really want to give 5 before for my previous experience but today when I went there with my sister the long women with black hair, treated my sister very bad even they laugh at her this is how you guys do business now you are going to lose two customers. But still the women did not say sorry for her behavior you guys should fire the employee who do not know how to treat customer instead of her the white women with black hair said Sorry.

We visited here today morning. Was getting wax done for the first time. Instead of helping me out and give me more information lady over there started laughing. I told her this is my first time he embraced me so bad that i wont go to any salon. I got so angry and instead of apologizing she argued me. She was like i didn’t do waxing before. I insisted to call her co worker but she kept laughing on me. The other coworker who was working there was so polite and explained me everything. When she was explaining me and lady who was going to do my wax kept on laughing and that time I got angry. And asked her to back off and not to touch me and left the salon. She didn’t know what is customer service at all. Message to the owner you are losing ur business because of such employees. Owner is coming back on Friday and i am for sure going back to talk to owner.

Today i had a perm by Marsha. Lovely lady. Perm is perfect. I have very fine thin hair and Marsha listened,
taking the extra time to check the wave often during processing. Great job

Went to Magicuts at Centre Mall yesterday for the first time, had a wash, blow dry and styling, was very pleased with the results, highly recommend this salon. Rose was my stylist, was extremely knowledgeable and explained how she thought my hair should be cut and styled, very satisfied, definitely my new salon to go to very highly recommended.

Been to this establishment about 6 times now extremely satisfied with the service I get! I always get my hair done by Rose she goes above and beyond each time I go to get my haircut! I highly recommend Rose she truly is a phenomenal hairstylist!

Liam is amazing! I’ve been going there for a few months feeding highlights into my hair to allow the natural gray to grow in subtle. Today I got my highlights and a cut! I LOVE IT! Liam knows how to use the razor! I’ve never been back to any salon to see anybody but I definitely have my next appointment and I highly recommend Liam for dyes and cuts of any style!

Went here for the first time a few days ago for a much needed haircut.
I also treated myself to a shampoo and style. What a great experience it was! A very welcoming and down to earth atmosphere and Marsha (who is not only a great stylist but lovely person) did an incredible job with all the services she provided.
