It's not that good like they would never understand that I need a skin fade they will just cut my hair and make me look like a nerd

Hi all, I would like to provide you with some insight on what to expect at this location and for the management/ownership team. I was there Sunday June 5th 2022. Just to be clear there are various different cuts you can get, the one I specifically asked for before my haircut was the basic style haircut. She then proceeded to cut my hair and she asked mid haircut “would you like a shampoo” and I said no thank you. When the haircut was over she then charged me for a cut and shampoo haircut when I specifically said at the beginning of the cut “basic style haircut” At this point she charged me more than what I asked to get. I’m not one to typically complain and it’s not about the money at this point. She was morally wrong, extremely unprofessional and had very poor communication skills. And by the way I never did receive a shampoo that she charged me for… first and last time customer…

Horrible and unprofessional haircut. I had to direct them and show how to do a BASIC haircut! The lady didn’t listen to anything I said. And the staff was so rude. I literally wanted to cry!

The woman didn’t listen to anything I said. Completely ignored anything I asked for. Uneven haircut, doesn’t follow directions, poor fade

I just had Kathy cut my hair, and OMG she is amazing! Great chat too! You will not be disappointed!

Went in on a Sunday just after they had opened, was quiet so I was seated immediately. Went with the shampoo and a cut package, my stylist (I forgot to get her name) was quick and made sure the water wasn't too hot. When we sat down to get the cut started she made sure to confirm what I wanted, I'm not great with small talk so we didn't really talk much during the hair cut. After the cut was finished we went over it again to make sure it was what I wanted, which it was.
Paid around $30 with tip which, based on what I saw online for a shampoo and cut package, is a little cheaper than first choice (please call you own local salon though to confirm before making a decision).

Seen Hla at this location on Merivale for the last six years highly recommend her hair cuts and massage hair wash planing on returning for another year

There is no reason to pay what they charge for a men's cut. Instead, drive down Viewmount for 1 minute and pay the ladies at European Flair a visit (beside the Quickie Mart).

Horrible, didn't listen and hacked all my hair w a razor. No directions to it! Horrible will not be back. Lady was nice but not a good stylist.

By far THE worst haircut I ever got.

I just wanted my hair washed for maybe 10$ and ended up leaving with a 73$ bill that I was foolish enough to pay. The gal was really good, obviously. At any rate, after I realized I paid a pretty penny for services I didn't want and products that were beautiful and overpriced I thought I'd return the products and get approximately $50+ back. Oops! They have a "no return" policy. That sucks. A company that doesn't guarantee products for satisfaction guarantee isn't a company to do business with. That said, I've got the products and will use them. They did make my hair feel better. The price and ill to "no" guarantee should keep you from this company. Always do business with a company who guarantees what they provide. Buyer beware here.

Never had my hair done but its beside eb games so thats a bonus grab a few games and stop by magicuts to get a trim to spruce up abit!

This place is so bad. They ruin my head. Inexperience and amateur haircut. Not recommend! Pictures are what I show them as reference and reality

Quick, good job on the cut. Can't justify $28.19 for a buzz cut and beard trim that took like 10 minutes though.
