Magicuts

I have been going to Magic Cuts for long time and have always had great experiences. All the staff have been kind and friendly to me. Amanda has been my hair dresser for years.and knows me well and what I like. She makes my hair look amazing everytime. I get a lot of compliments on my hair and I owe it to her and of course being lucky to have great hair.

I have been to Magic cuts off Gardiners Rd for a couple of years now, and been very happy with the service. They are able to fit me in when needed and the prices are just right Thanks Laurie.

I went here on Sunday and got the ugliest haircut ever I had face framing layers and she thought they were curtain bangs so cut the thickest most ugliest uneven curtain bangs ever. I can’t stop crying and I asked for hair to my armpits and a little longer but my hair is well a above my armpits she completely cut off all my layers and it’s so blunt. My hair looks atrocious and I have no way to style it to make it look good this place absolutely ruined my hair and I cannot stop crying.

Went there as I had to spend an hr in the mall while got my new phone. The barber was nice but the cut wasn’t. I scratched my skull the entire way home. Then just used my machine and did a better job where was needed. Debit machine is down but charging 37 cash and some change for a hair cut that is for 20 downtown and some stores 15 plus tax. Left me on the chair several times to attend to calls and taking in customers. Never again.

If I could give a minus star I would. Standing there for my 3 year old to get a trim and staff totally ignored me while standing at cash for over 10 minutes. Worst customer service I ever scene in my life.

Always able to get a haircut in a timely manner. The staff are friendly and approachable. Definitely recommend

Cut my hair too short and even left parts uncut, my hair is now uneven and too short. I literally have to wear a hat now to cover up the mistakes.

Had wonderful haircuts with my young daughter today. Angela and Sheila are amazing, gave wonderful appreciated advice, fast skilled cuts. Great stylists, definitely recommend. Will happily return in a few months. Thank you both so much!

Tabby did a great job on my cut, my hair looks and feels so much better she also gave great product recommendations and was super nice. Definitely going back and reccomend!

My son got his hair cut last night by Tabby and I can’t say enough about how truly fantastic the whole experience was! She truly listened to him and then confirmed exactly how he wanted the hair cut from the pics he showed her. She then was so helpful by letting him know that this style requires a few mins of work to get it to look the way he wants it to. Great experience and he loves his hair!

Was rushed out and the lady cut my hair as fast as she could, was a terrible experience and she didn’t care at all. Disappointing.

Worst experience ever. I missed my appointments a few times. I then got told that I cannot book appointments by hairdresser Tabby. She told me that I have to walk in to see if she is available for a haircut. I called her to check before i walk in and she denied to give me a haircut. Rudest experience ever. Do not recommend extremely arrogant hairdresser Tammy who wanted to punish for missing her appointments and walk-in, wait to pay for her missed appointments. Even after telling her that I will come for next appointment.

Amanda V is amazing, been cutting my hair for over 7 years. Awsome place and her fades are god tier.
