Very friendly and very good. No real wait time. Hair dresser was pleasant and listened to my requests. Didn't feel rushed and walked out with a nice cut. Price was right for what i received.

I went in this morning with a mess of hair. I didn't know what to do, my hair was dead, breaking, so many colours after so many box colours and Kate turned my mess of a hair into a makeover. I know that I will never go anywhere else. I am just in love with the change and told me how to take care of my hair and just really got to know.

This is my second time getting partial highlights and a hair cut with Renee and I couldn't be happier with the result! The staff are all friendly but I especially enjoyed dealing with Renee. I was greeted promptly by Tasha. She was friendly and modern. She consulted with me prior to my appointment and asked questions about how I wear and style my hair. She was quick but my hair looked awesome! I also had my brows waxed after one year, and she was so gentle. I highly recommend her.

Recently visited this salon a week ago. Made an appointment for a wash, cut and style. When I arrived the guy who was going to be doing my hair pointed to his chair and said the hair does not need washing. He proceeded to barely wet my hair and asked what I wanted done. I told him I like layers as he could still see where they were and needed my bangs trimmed. He cut off the bottom layer and cut my bangs so bad that one side is shorter than the other. Will never go back and won't be recommending this establishment to anyone.
