February 8 was my first time at this salon. Diana was a very nice person and she did a great job on my hair cut. Thank you Diana, I will be back.

Absolutely love Jennifer at Magicuts Niagara falls Walmart plaza! She really knows my hair and what works and doesn't work with it and discusses everything beforehand. Highly recommend her!

The hairstyle was done with excellence an our Granddaughter Tarieyl was treated with respect and she is happy with her hairstyle.

The old Lady with reddish hair is so loud and rude. She acts like she is doing us a favor to cut our hair. Such bad attitude, will never go back. I booked my appointment on the app and the moment I stepped in this old lady with short hair looked at me (did not even greet me) and asked me rudely how did I book my appointment when no spot was available. I told her I used the app and she made an ugly face and rolled her eyes and said she doesn't understand how I was able to get an appointment.

I got my hair trimmed by Melina. She was so kind and friendly and gave me great tips on how to keep my hair more healthy.

The magic cuts hearing Niagara Falls is perfect they always do a great job they are always friendly and I believe what you paid good value for the money I never go away from there disappointed I would recommend magic cuts here in Niagara Falls to anybody you'll never be disappointed like I said

I read some reviews of this place and there were a fair amount that painted a poor picture. I chanced it and took my 5 year old to get a haircut. The staff worked amazingly with him. They were very friendly and made him feel very comfortable. He's never been great at getting his hair cut but this time he just sat there and ever wore the gown to protect from hair clippings. (This is a first). It might have helped that I bribed him with a promise of a King King toy from Walmart across the parking lot, but it doesn't matter. They assured him multiple times, showed him how the Clippers don't hurt and did a fantastic job. Thanks!

This is the only place I get my hair cut. The woman who has cut my hair the past 2-3 times is amazing sadly I didnt get her name she has an accent, short brown hair.shes the best.

Sorry.this is the most difficult decision to make.first off for a middle of the road salon, the prices are too high for the services.you can go to Valvano in st.catharines for roughly the same price. $20.00 more for extreme professional color and cut.

I have never given a 1 star.its plain not worth the drive to this location.

I finally got fed up with my hair and didn't have time to wait 3 weeks to go to the sylist I've been going to for 20 years an hour away. So I went to the closest walkin salon I knew of. I had a plan that if I went in and found someone that looked like they had lost a fight with Edward Scissorhands that I'd pretend I was looking for a particular hair product and leave. Instead I met Bianca and loved her! I got a fabulour cut and for under $40 including a great tip. I will definitely be going back to her soon! She was very nice, asked me before she cut anything and didn't talk my ear off. I really like her and love my cut. Thank you Bianca!?

Got a basic haircut and wasn't pleased. I was told that it was the best they could do.
I went to a different hair dresser down McLeod Rd who fixed it and now I am very pleased.
I shall never return to this place.
A total waste of time and money.

Prices are ok to bad. Wait times are ok to bad. I guess depends on when you go and what you want to get. Only been here once. Am not sure whether it was a positive or negative experience.

Lovely friendly staff, but overpriced, charge by the minute apposed to a fixed price for a child's trim etc

Fine haircut. Last 2 times I was there they told me to come back in 2 hours! Hahaha that's not happening. Found a small barber shop in Chippawa. Will be going there more frequently.

Savannah did a great job cutting my hair! Ive been here many times and its always a great experience. Staff are friendly and funny!

They dont even blow dry your hair after the cut. I think its so you dont see the mistakes when its dry.
