Magnolia Chinese Cuisine

See the place has good food which is unfortunate because the wait staff are atrocious. We went in earlier for lunch and the entire time the lady helping us was either ignoring us or yelling at us when we tried to call her over.

Ordered take out, it's never a great first time experience when your $70+ order comes with missing items when you go to open it up on your dinner table, and when you go to try and get a refund you get put on hold and hear them taking an order. I am not happy at all, i still didn't get my refund either so i am definitely leaving a bad star review, if i have to sit here being grumpy over missing money and food, someone will be unhappy with a well deserved 1 star. Inside their restaurant did look very nice though, if i had a good experience this time i would have definitely tried to dine in one day. Also the calamari was not that great, their orange chicken is great though, sweet and sour pork was pretty mid but i did ask for a special request of no pineapple so it may have disrupted the harmony of the dish.

We visited this restaurant on a recommendation by another restaurant who was now only doing takeout. It was the best thing to happen to our little group of 10.6 adults, 2 teens & 2 little girls. We were so hungry, the food arrived faster than we imagined. A perfect end to our trip to see the Christmas light displays at Niagara Falls.

Over all it was only ok. Ordered a lot of food and was disappointed. Wasn't bad, wasn't great. Wouldn't order again.

This is my 1st time ordering from here and I have to say I am impressed. I used the online order system but somehow it ended up registering pickup instead of delivery, possibly as I didn't choose the delivery fee but it said $9 for in town which I thought was a typo and apparently is as when I called it was $6 so that maybe something needing looking in to. When I called to see what was up the guy was super nice, solved the problem in a friendly way. Delivery came sooner than expected. I have to say the chicken balls are the best in the city hands down. The batter is perfect! Each dish was very flavorful. Heads up, not sure if it's always that way, but the chicken fried rice did have a burnt smell but I actually don't mind the smoky taste of it but some may. I would have liked to see some of my favourite egg dishes offered but no and I found the egg rolls spiced in a bit of a too strong way but overall I felt it was very good and worth the value. Definitely will order again.

Food is okay but the service is slow and the lady who served us is not nice, he scolded my husband when he moved the table slightly so my Mom's wheelchair can pass. I think they should learn to be nice with their customers. I think we will not go back there again as many restaurants have nicer staff

We were visiting from western Canada. This was recommended by a hotel staff member … great recommendation. Food was excellent, fresh and tasty and servings were ample. Service was great and restaurant very clean. Hope this area appreciates places like this in their community.

Went to magnolia today the server was extremely rude and walked away from our table to answer the phone while I was speaking and returned couple minutes later. Order a soup and there was hair in it. Called over another server to send out server order. He replied “ what do you want “ we told him there was hair in the soup he took the spoon and Started around and said he did not see your hair we had to pick the hair out and place it on a napkin in order for him to see it. Then he yelled over for the server and walked away server came she apologized and said she will get new one. We got up and Left

This time my husband and I brought a friend and ate in for supper. We ordered mushroom broccoli, orange chicken, lemon chicken, chicken fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken. It was ready quickly, hot, and it was incredibly good! Staff were very kind and accommodating. This has now become our favourite restaurant for chinese foods!

Good food overall, except the soup tasted pretty watered down and the tso chicken wasnt crispy at all, the takeout containers don't really allow it to breath so it got all condensated and mushy, A little pricey aswell.

This was a first time visit for six of us. We are all experienced foodies when it comes to Chinese food. The place looks very nice. Nice decorations. Service was excellent. Very attentive. We ordered seven dishes. No duck on the menu. Egg rolls were ok but had much better with more ground pork and less cabbage. The dishes were better than the average Cantonese style food.

First couple of times I’ve tried, was really good. Last few times the food was overcooked. I always get lemon chicken, it was very hard and dry. I think they left it in the fryer too long. I figured to give it a few more tries hoping it’s a one off, but they have been consistent with this dry overcooked food.

Used to be our favorite place. However today, we did take out for dinner and the lady that answered the phone was very rude. The food, was mediocre not what it used to be. Can't see myself going back there. Too bad

This was one of the best meals I ever had, the service was amazing and fast with kind people and the food was absolutely astonishing, filled with flavour and tasted delicious. The decor and the place itself looked beautiful and was very clean. Definitely have to try.

Found this restaurant on the internet while driving out of Niagara falls. Tried it out and we are glad we did. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were very nice. We had the dinner for four and were not disappointed. There was more food than we could eat and it was delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I always order out for birthdays and anniversaries, love their sweet&sour pork and the Cantonese chow mein

A little Disappointed with the fact that I can order online but I'm missing the sauces for everything and they close soon. Lemon Chicken with no lemon sauce kinda sucks.

The staff is polite and respectful. The food is delicious and the price point is really good as you get really big portions. My husband and I came here twice while we were in the city. Would 100% recommend!

Combos come with plain rice, you have to upgrade to fried rice. Lemon chicken was good but the wonton soup was just water and noodles.

Ordered delivery they missed part of order, said they would send right away 40mins later still not here, called to have them yell at me there’s nothing they can do about delays in delivery and we can just wait. I said food is now cold, no apology just continued to yell nothing I can do when driver comes we will send it.

The food is normally good but today i found a bug (beetle) my meal i ordered for take out.
I definitely will NEVER order food fom this establishment again. Food went directly in the garbage. I hope i dont get sick.

Had my sons wedding rehearsal dinner there last night. Had the private room at the front of the restaurant. Service, food was way above expectations. Pricing was very reasonable.
A special thanks to all the staff. They were very accommodating to all our requests. Would highly recommend.

The service was excellent friendly and quick the food portions were good and the food quality was good. The kids meals were perfect portions and excellent prices.

It was a disaster when I went to pick up my order for dinner. When i got there, so many people were waiting for their orders. The guy was too busy taking phone calls to get more orders in and ignoring people waiting there, wasnt friendly either. It was obvious that they needed more staff. After waiting and waiting and seeing other customers getting frustrated I just decided to leave. This was my second time coming here. The first time I ordered 2 dishes (beef ho fun and shanghai noodles). The shanghai noodles were not made properly at all, didnt even use the right noodles. In fact, a PHO place made this dish properly and it tasted way better which is surprising considering this is a CHINESE restaurant.

Beautifully decorated Chinese restaurant! The is pretty good as well. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. Service is fast and friendly. Great place for your favorite Chinese food! The menu is beautiful with lots of pictures of the food. Great presentation.

I always always come to Niagara Falls with family for short get aways. I came one time and ask my cousin where to get good honest food because she lived there. He gave me some place and it was nasty. I was just thre weekend passed and typed in Chinese Food Niagara Falls and Magnolia came up. I ordered food.let me tell you th prices Re great for the amount of food u get and it taste good. I will for sure be back and will always order from them. As long story they don't change prices. I will always come here to Magnolia. Always! Happy I found them

Ordered General Tao Chicken and Cantonese fried rice. The general barely had any sauce and was dry A F. The little sauce we had was bland, mediocre at best

I took some out of town friends there for dinner. Food and service were both excellent and my friends can't wait to come back and go there again.

They messed up my order on multiple occasions. When they first opened their food tasted good and they put effort, but in the past couples years I've noticed the decline in quality and taste.

I received fried rice many times with just some peas and soy sauce as they ran out of vegetables like it's a regular occurrence. Ordered different times of the day too. Not acceptable.

Food has become tasteless and tofu soggy. Not going back here again. Requested vegetarian noodles and they put egg. Egg is not vegetarian.
