A Symphony of Flavors with Service Fit for Royalty!
From the moment my fiancé and I stepped into this culinary haven, it was clear we were in for an epicurean odyssey! The prix fixe menu was a steal – a gastronomic tour de force at a price that felt like a gentle whisper on the wallet. Every dish was a crescendo of flavors, masterfully orchestrated to leave our taste buds dancing in delight.
But let’s talk about the maestro of the evening – our server, Selwyn. Selwyn wasn’t just a server; he was the very embodiment of hospitality. Attentive is an understatement; he anticipated our every need with the finesse of a mind-reader and the grace of a ballet dancer. There’s no doubt that he is on a skyrocketing trajectory to the stars with the kind of illustrious service he provided. It wasn’t just a meal; it was an event, one that my fiancé and I will reminisce about for years to come. If there were a Michelin star for service, Selwyn would have a galaxy. Bravissimo!
We had a fantastic experience! The lobster pasta with spicy rose sauce and pizza were delicious. Steph our waitress was very attentive, but not intrusive. We loved the fun vibe of the atmosphere. We will be back for sure!
Been here the third time today! The food is just exceptionally good! Our server today was Mandy and she was great and very informative about all food options and very accommodating of any allergies. This is a definite place to eat when we visit blue mountains! Highly recommended!
Food was good, but expensive. Lighting was really off which took away from the atmosphere. Would have liked lights on the table and nice Italian music in the background. Atmosphere lacked "soul"
My wife and I both had the Penne with chicken in a pesto sauce. The sauce was smooth, balanced and to my taste…not too much garlic. The service was excellent. Our server Mackenzie was very professional, attentive and served the food quickly. Overall, our actual dining experience was excellent. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating (4.7 would have been my choice if they allowed fractions) was the great difficulty in try to view an online menu on my iPad. Not the normal experience with other restaurants. Also, booking a reservation was not easy as they would only accept online reservations and not over the phone. At the end, since we were close by, we decided to drop in at 5: 20 PM and take our chances. We were lucky and got a table even though it was a Saturday of a long weekend. Would we go back…. Yes.
We had an amazing time there. We were served by Jasmine and she is such a sweet person. Food was good and the service was even better. Cute & humble Jasmine was like cherry on the cake. All the best to her:)
Five stars for Jasmine! And the food ofc. She was so kind to draw a doodle of my puppy as well! Overall Lovely place to visit, tasty food and superb portions.
It was a delicious meal, a bit more expensive than we thought it would be (pay close attention to kids meals which don't include the drinks or dessert in their prices) but overall good experience, lovely place, romantic atmosphere, good service, and everything made in house makes it really really delicious.
We were greeted by a very lovely hostess who welcomed us properly to the restaurant with a warm smile. Our server was also very lovely and did a super job of taking care of us. We are vegan, so it takes a bit more time and effort to make sure our order is correct.our server was Mackenzie. Great day on the patio!
Without a doubt one of the worst Italians I have been too. Very disappointing. Ordered the Charcuterie board with meats/cheeses. Got 3 varieties of meats and 3 pieces of each. 3 small pieces of cheese, couple of olives and 6 pieces of tiny cut crostini bread all for the handsome price of $30. It really should have came better dressed than that, some suggestions (chutney, pickles, grapes, more bread, vinaigrette, oil). We ordered the Aioli fries, do not bother, a plate full of fries with cheese on top for the handsome price of $18. Again, presentation was not key here. Hate to complain but in order to fix a problem it needs to be said. Server broke a glass beside us, absolutely no problem with that it happens however got to sweeping it up around us and thought my feet was going into the dustpan. Bunch of kids serving that have no idea about restaurant etiquette, again not their fault. Down to management to monitor service and the food that comes out of the kitchen to the customer! Will not be back!
Stopped for lunch with my husband and daughter during our summer stay-cation. Had Bruschetta, Calamari, Pasta Primavera and Pizza Marguerita. AMAZING! Delicious! Not a pene or a crumb left in our plates! Great, friendly service! Highly recommend!
The food and service was absolutely amazing! Brayden was lovely and so attentive, polite and a joy for the evening! My family really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Definitely recommend coming here!
Great food and great service, our server Braydon was very nice and helpful with the menu. He helped recommend food for us and knocked it out of the park.
If your a coloured guy don’t even bother to go here the girls at the door will tell you we can’t serve you. After a long day of skiing I just wanted to sit down somewhere have some Italian food, unfortunately when we went in and asked for seating for me and my friends the girl at the front looked one of her co workers and nodded there heads. The girls at the front door told us that they can’t serve us because they don’t have seating for us but the whole restaurant only had like 5 people in it. This whole experience left me disheartened and thinking about why they didn’t serve us. Horrible service.
Came here for a girls night out/bday dinner for my one friend. The server we had was a gem, he was British or Australian (I had been drinking some wine at this point so.not 100% sure now) and he was attentive and timed all of our food perfectly. We were sat by the door which wasn't ideal, but large windows were behind us that were lit up with Christmas lights and it was really pretty. We ordered the charcuterie board and calamari to start, along with some white wine and the portions were large. For mains, 3 of us got a pasta dish and one got pizza. The pizza was large and the pasta was a decent portion size. I ordered one with shrimp and a red sauce and it was really tasty! The shrimp had the tails on, which I'm not a fan of, but aesthetically I get it. I did find that the menu was pretty limited, but what we had was delicious. Between 4 of us we had 2 bottles of wine, 2 appetizers, and a main each and it was $300 total - honestly not bad for that much food and drink! Especially in the village.
Worst Italian food I ever had.was given boiled pasta without any sauce.and above that the server was not even bothered to acknowledge how bad the food was.
Great tasting food.one of the best in Blue Mountains. Portion size might look small for some (if you have a big appetite), but it was sufficient for me.
Went on a very busy Saturday night, was very glad to have made a reservation. They got our salads out very quickly, and the staff apologized for the delay even though it was out of their control. The service was amazing, with the wine, salads, checking on us and filling water up. Our pasta was soooo tasty, the portion was on the smaller the side but that was alright. Overall I would for sure go back& thank you to the staff.
We ordered the focaccia, carbonara and primavera and all of them were the best we've eaten anywhere. Fantastic decor and service. Beautiful scenery outside. Weirdly they played 70s disco music rather than Italian, but a perfect dining experience aside from that.
This was a great Italian resto. The server was genuinely friendly and efficient. There were two pasta dishes that we got that were exceptional: the Pollo Pesto and the Pappardelle Alfredo. We got our dishes Friday evening on Dec 10,2021, so whoever helped make those dishes, excellent work! Now, every time we go up to Blue Mountain Village, this resto is a must. I highly recommend it.
Had bruschetta, beautifully prepared, and cocktails. Pleasant environment, playing Italian music, good service, in the middle of Blue Mountain Village. Clean bathrooms. Will return for full course meal. Above average in cost. Suitable for vegetarians. Patio.
We have had dinner here a number of times it’s always delicious. However the one night we order just desserts it was horrible. You could tell the desserts were old. My mom had tiramisu and my husband had chocolate cake and honestly the cream and sponge for the cakes were so hard and the cream was cracking.
We ventured out to try something in the village. We were craving Italian but truly the food was less Than average. Bruschetta was burnt and tasted like raw garlic. Chicken parm was just ok and the bolognese looked like the sauce had been previously frozen and very watery. For the price you pay for food and drinks you would at least hope to somewhat enjoy your meal. I will say the service is fantastic and our server was so friendly and wonderful. It's unfortunate the food was so disappointing.
Do make a reservation. The food was amazing. Bruschetta and pizza on fresh baked bread makes you forget everything else around you for a while and take it all in. The pastas are heavenly and the staffs are very friendly. An amazing place for a candle light dinner or family time or a girls night out. Their vibe suits the occasion.
Pricey tourist spot that was surprisingly.pretty good! The service was really great and they were very kid friendly. Not a destination spot but if you're already in the Blue Mountain Village it's a good option.
Authentic Italian restaurant, freshly made pastas, sauces, and meats. High quality food and friendly efficient service. Last minute birthday cake suggestion from our waitress was soo appreciated. We had a great time on the patio.
Wow wow wow. The food, service, ambience and drinks here are top class. Max is just incredible. He was so attentive and just all round brilliant.
I had the steak (cooked beautifully) and my partner and friend had pasta dishes. Both delicious and portions are perfect! (note to other restaurants, pasta is filling, stop serving gigantic triple portions)
We will be back on our next visit to Blue Mountain!
I never usually post bad reviews but this restaurant just lacked everything. The pasta was not good, there were raw onions filled it in it and all of meals needed more salt/seasoning. For the high prices, I expected high quality food and I was disappointed.
It’s the first time I'm not satisfied from a Italian restaurant, our pizza was burned and the taste was bad, also the siza of pizzas are small, about the pasta it was overcooked and become very hard, but I like the pesto sauce of pasta. Totally the food doesn’t worth the money, as it is a expensive restaurant and the quality isn’t that good
Looks nice but no salad or bread with pasta and not very good pasta. Save your money go elsewhere. Will definitely go elsewhere to a real Italian restaurant. I also don't mind paying for quality! Lol
