Extremely bad customer service in dealing with mistakes they made on my order AND no offer to send the FIVE missing dishes or refund or any kind of resolution. Boycotting as of today and will stop recommending them.

I spent almost $100 to try and support local.

WORST ASIAN FOOD I EVER ATE. I WILL NEVER EAT ASIAN FOOD AGAIN.

Please don't eat here. I will never forgive myself.

1. Egg rolls were old dry hard and disgusting.

2. Egg foo young shrimp and vegetable both were full of water. Like soup. I had to pour out the water and fry it again with seasoning. It was better but we still couldn't eat it. It was like they steamed it. Full of bean sprouts. Couldn't even enjoy 1 little piece of Egg. Disgusting.

3. I ordered beef pad Thai and got some disgusting tasting sweet noodles with different types of beef as if they thought I wouldn't be able to tell. Had to recook that also and it was better by Still garbage.

4. Spring rolls took one bite ewwww disgusting.

5. American frd chicken fries. Disgusting as well. Best thing was the fries and they gave me the Littlest portion ever. I thought it was a joke.

6. Best thing was the coco coala

7. Gave food to my animals. They didn't even eat it.

I'm not sorry for being honest.

The general Tao chicken had too much breading. The vegetable low mein had a lot of veggies which was nice but it was a little too saucy.

Great servers, however the food was not great. I ordered Genera tso chicken but it was literally just batter with 1/4 chicken.

The food here is delicious, and the guy Alan was amazing with customer service! And the price is reasonable. I suggest giving it a try

Deep fried chicken in dish was non existent and was all tasteless flour batter covered by an even worse cornstarch.

The restaurant has their hour posted on the sign as open at 12 and i showed up at 12.there was a person in back and when they saw me in the window just looked at me and left the door locked. This used to be a decent place but clearly they don't want business now.

Ordered the lunch special, fried chicken leg with fried rice, so the fried chicken leg was fantastic actually very good, the fried rice on the other hand was nasty. Tasted bland, no flavour whatsoever. You’re better off going to Trini gardens a couple doors down for a proper fried rice.

I've ordered a few times and hoped that it would get better but alas.every time I order, the food is quite bland. The meat diahes barely have any meat.its just filler of onion. The sui mai is good but on the small side. Won't be ordering from here again.

Nice for students, reasonably priced, near humber lakeshore! Check it out if you want some solid chinese.

Their food suck, plain and simple, bought black pepper beef with rice and first time in my life I cannot finish this dish, the food is microwaved, ingredients are not fresh, not to mention the lazy service, do not go to this place.

I would give more starts if there was actually chicken in the General Tao Chicken I ordered. There was just small pieces hidden inside the fried flour.

Good prices and open late. Some dishes can be hit or miss but I also order close to midnight so I've had much worse at those hours.

I've been getting takeout from here for 10 years and Mai Mai never disappoints. Their chicken wings and general Tao are the best. They really know how to fry. My husband is partial to the corn soup. Their lemon chicken is great too. Seriously, go there!

Fresh delicious food, family run which makes it a good reliable choice even for a sunday take out lunch!

Friendly staff. Food tasted okay. Definitely seemed refried. I got the fried chicken over fried rice and chilli chicken. The chilli chicken was just chicken, no rice. Chilli chicken tasted good.

As my girlfriend put it, " This is the greasy Chinese food we wanted ". Five stars! We love it all

Had a excellent experience in this place with my son. The food arrives quick and the service is just good. Prices are fair.

Ordered from them via Uber eats. When my meal arrived it fell through the paper bag and onto my floor as soon as it left the Uber delivery bag due to items not being properly secured. Called the vendor directly to let them know what happened, they seemed indifferent and told me to call Uber. It's the vendors responsibility to properly secure the products they provide. If they can't they shouldn't be delivering it.

THIS IS THE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IVE EVER SEEN. THEY MAKE UP RANDOM PRICES (NOT WHATS LISTED), LIE TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT DELIVERY LIMIT WHEN THEY DONT FEEL LIKE DELIVERING, AND I FOUND A HAIR IN MY FOOD. NEVER AGAIN!

It was ok at best chicken balls are hard and rubbery but the sauce was not bad. Wonton soup was so so and service was not great.also hip hop music in a Chinese restaurant is not i great idea.

Standard Chinese takeout menu. Nothing extraordinary with regards to taste, but consistent and very affordable.

If you're down for food poisoning and "sweet and sour pork" which is basically just breading covered in sauce, this is the place for you. Worst Chinese food

Egg rolls filled with only bean sprouts, chicken balls were full of cartilage, kung pao was just chicken with chili sauce and mostly nuts. The only chinese place around lakeshore so I guess that's why it stays open?

If youre originally from lakeshore then you know this is not the place to eat at. Haven't eaten here in over 20 yrs and for good reasons. Makes me wonder how theyre still in business especially since their $2 dollar Corona days are long behind them.

Very cheap food (price wise and taste wise) I got sweet and sour chicken so I expected some chicken in my dish but I couldn't find it under all the breading some were made purely out of breading. Everything was drenched in an American style sweet and sour sauce. Buns that I also ordered seemed to be frozen before and everything gave me a very bad aftertaste of not so fresh food. Simply don't eat there it's a waste of your time and nerve everyone who gave this place more then a 3 star review is certainly delusional.

Can't talk for the core Chinese dishes, which are getting blasted in these reviews. However, the dim sum is great. Standard order is shumai, hargow, some other dumplings and a wonton soup. Everything is great every time.

DONT eat here. I feel so gross after eating here. I ordered the chilli chicken and noodles.noodles were mediocre, but halfway through finishing the chicken i realize its ALL BREAD and no chicken.false advertising dont waste your money here. I dont understand how u can label something as chicken and just sell the breading.how is this place still in business?

Do NOT GO HERE. This place is absolutely horrible. I ordered a Chicken Soup. NO CHICKEN IN IT. Old disgusting Brocoli and other Greens with water. Its was so GROSS. I ordered Rice with Sweet n Sour chicken. HORRIBLE. The souse was just UNFROZEN, the rice was old and plastic like. DO NOT GO HERE.

Wish I would've saw these reviews before I order on UberEats. Chicken ball were fine but the shrimp fried rice tasted burnt as if they tried to fry white rice with no oil.

Still the best Chinese food around and I've eaten at many. The price is right and the food is awesome.
