This was great! We had the lunch me which had so much food for only $12. We will definitely be back!

Ordered Shrimp Pad Thai today and recieved only 2 pieces of shrimp in my order. Looks they are cheap. Pad thai was also Dry.

Charged extra for vegetables in a Red vegetable curry. Weird. Tried to nickel and dime pretty much everywhere.

Service was good. But the food was not. The Thai curries had too much peanut paste and not so much Thai flavor.

Beware of this place. They add a tip on the bill without your consent. No where on the menu is it mentioned that a mandatory gratuity would be added on. This is pure theft and robbery. I am a tourist visiting canada, and live in dubai, and no one does tip themselves without permission. Do waiters not receive a salary? If not, then why take up a job, where you live on handouts. Also, shame on the owners of the restaurant who do not pay decent wages. Find another restaurant to dine in. I warned you.

I had ordered the pad thai chick and shrimp noodles. They very filling. Funny enough, I was motivated to have some thai food that night because I had watched a new movie on Netflix called Hunger. It was very good. The dish had too much noodles. Not much flavour at all. Including the meat. Even instant Raman noodles are better. No offence to the place just my honest opinion.

The food here was so good, me and my whole family went back to get food 2 days in a row. Being vegetarian most of the Thai places add fish sauce to the curry except here. They are very receptive to your needs and the chef will be able to make it as spicy as you want it to be. Overall a wonderful experience! Strongly recommend trying the food out.

Food was good. I was here few times before. Before the amount of food compare to price was good but now they made the price too high.

Great Thai restaurant, its our local and our go to. The Currys are always flavourful, especially Penang Curry with Sticky rice. The service is always great and the owner really makes alot of effort in the dishes she makes. Definitely worth a visit!

My favorite Thai Restaurant in Niagara Falls. It a must visit places when you are in Niagara Falls area, the foods are so delicious and the prices are very good for tourists area. Beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff, love it

Food doesn’t taste Thai food I wish I can give zero starts. Not recommended to anyone specifically if you go with family, some customers at their restaurant will make raciest comments.

They put alot of soya a sauce in their food so everything was pretty salty. It's cheap so if you're looking to save some money this is your place

Good food.serving time is quick. Smiling waitress, very very tasty thai food. Good portions too. Whenever in Niagara you must try this place. I’d prefer dinner.nice and a cozy place for a family

One of our best meals during our stay. We enjoyed the lunch special. A very decent precious for good quality food. The staff was friendly and the service was rather quick. We would definitely go back.

May the owner was very professional and she prepares most of the dishes herself. We had her recommended eggplant dish, mango rice, pad thai and mixed platter appetizer. Dessert was delicious too. Sticky rice with mango slices in condensed milk was yummy. Fried banana with ice-cream was also delicious

It has been a while since dining at Mai Thai, and after two years away, we have eaten here back to back days. I have been dining here for 14 years and wow, it is never too late to go home (the joke I tell friends and colleagues about the great food and service). The staff/service is great, the food is always exceptional, and May who owns this great establishment is a true darling! As host of the award-winning TV series Historical Niagara, we did an episode on the history of ethnic diversity foods in Niagara, and this would be my solid recommendation! The egg plant stir fry is always my fave. Keep up the great work May!

Amazing taste! Best Thai Chicken Wings! One of the best Thai food I tasted. Portions are sharable and enough to fill you up! Tbh the bad reviews are lies. Everything is amazing here!

Great food, staff is very friendly. The beef skewers and the ice tea are on the sweeter side. The red curry and chicken pad Thai are good.

I live local to this place the last few years. We are still discovering the local cuisine. Moving from GTA. Yesterday my wife was felling like have some Thai. Google search and a few place came up. We decided to try this one. Never again. 2 star rating. One for friendliness. One for cleanness. Price as expected. We ordered Pad Thai, yellow curry and Thai fried rice. Im not sure how long it takes to make these dishes, but it came out faster than it would take to boil a cup of water for tea. Never again. Food was not authentic. Pad Thai was induce with sauce, curry had steam carrots added no flavor. Rice had vegetables added nothing seems to have flavor in them. I thought I put this up for other who may like to try or try some other place instead.

I’d really like to give this place a higher rating, but the lack of pad see ew on the menu with a poor soy sauce alternative had me wishing I had ordered something else.

The staff was super friendly and the place was a nice place to eat at. If I had ordered the yellow curry, I may have given this place a 4 star rating. However, as it stands, I cannot rate it any higher.

It has the makings of a decent Thai restaurant. I was just disappointed in the food choices and taste of the food compared to the many other Thai restaurants I’ve been too.

Worst experience ever food was so small paid $60 for a meal for my family couldn’t feed my family at all I am very disappointed I will never come back here again the custom service was good

Had takeout from Mai Thai for a large order. The staff was friendly and prompt. The food was good, especially the Pad Thai. What made all the dishes standout even more was the chili oil that they have.it was excellent.

Great place to get authentic Thai food. Delicious food. It was nice the cook came out to talked to us. Learned that the cook makes her own sauce for her food.

It feels like visiting a friend's house, they are so kind here. Lots of healthy options and the OVERSIZED crab rangoons are fabulous

Absolutely delicious, highly recommend. We arrived 30 minutes before closing but they were still happy to serve us. We had the green curry chicken and spicy eggplant with chicken and tofu. Very friendly server. Will go again next time in Niagara Falls.

Really tasty food and decent prices. One of the better options in the area. My lettuce wraps were fresh and delish. My friend had the fried rice and it was a nice portion size.

Didn’t expect much but the food is amazing! Ordered the wonton soup and yellow curry, both were very delicious. Definitely recommend!

Very bad food! As part of my complete order, I ordered pineapple green curry tofu, and it was filled with row carrots and only one pice of pineapple in it. The other food was not good as well. And from the look of it, it was clearly on purpose simply to save some money on the ingredients. This is cheating in my opinion.

I am finding, most restaurants don’t care about takeout customers specially at the tourist places. I will highly discourage people to even consider this place as a restaurant. Unprofessional.

No longer live in the falls but make the trip for the freshest tastiest food and sweetest staff! Their portions are large, we always have leftovers and their lunch specials are such a great value. My favourite dish? Pineapple fried rice, no egg, extra cashews, medium!

We went for dinner last night and the food was amazing, we are still talking about it. The service was great. I will return whenever we revisit Niagara, 100% satisfied. I suggest this place to anyone interested in Thai food, or for just a casual dining experience.

The worst tasting Thai food I've ever had! Calamari was so soggy and greasy, the
Pad Thai tasted like burnt Taffy and the Mai Thai platter was the worst. Lastly, everything was way overpriced. Do not recommend!

We had the spring rolls and chicken and shrimp pad Thai and both dishes tasted very good (although there's only 1 peice of shrimp). The owner is genuinely caring and nice. We had an issue with our food and she rectified it right away, and went above and beyond for us.

I tries to suppor local but they rushed us out. Would accept order ahead of time and kept looking at their watches. It is the only place I have ever left zero tip.

While in Niagara Falls, ON, I stumbled upon this lovely, well-decorated restaurant on Lundy's Lane. The restaurant was closing soon as it was after 9: 00 p.m.
The owner, a lovely Thai lady, made us a most delicious pad Thai shrimp and chicken as well as cashew chicken. Both dishes were sumptuous, and surprisingly well-priced!
Three months later, we returned as we live not to far away, and enjoyed the same meal. Consistently scrumptious, and the owner cane out to greet us! Don't miss this little gem!

The portions were good but it was overpriced in comparison to other thai restaurants. But the main problem was - it doesn't taste Thai, actually food doesn't taste at all, no flavor. Total wastage of money.

Food was average. Ordered veggie basil sauce that had oil floating in it! Lemongrass soup was fine. Mango salad wasnt too great either! Worst part was service. The lady who served us was damn rude! God bless the owner! I am scared he will be out of business if he has such people serving the customers! Paid $150 bill absolutely not worth it!

Worst pad Thai I have ever tried. The noodles taste like ketchup and the dish was not freshly prepared. I was so disappointed I almost cried because I love Thai food and this was absolute trash.

We found this jewel of a restaurant by chance.or was it fate? The owner welcomed us, and our first observation was how clean the restaurant was. The owner was very welcoming, brought us to a table (the restaurant was in total compliance with the Covid-19 regulations) and explained the menu to us. The prices are very affordable and the quality of the meal and the size of the portion was a welcomed change to that of other Chinese / Thai restaurants that we have visited over the years. If you are looking for a great Thai restaurant experience, then Mai Thai Cuisine must be your eating destination while in Niagara Falls, Ontario.

Such great food! And I felt so safe eating here, they have good protocols in place with Covid. The owner Mai helped us vegans find dishes that were friendly for us. Loved it!

Been to multiple thai restaurants in GTA and have lived in Thailand for better part of a decade.so believe me when I say this is definitely one of the best Thai restaurants in Ontario. Our favourites were their Tom Yum soup and of course, their mango stick rice is to die for.definitely ask for an extra slice of mango on it and you will have an amazing dessert to enjoy!

Hidden Thai Jem in Niagra Falls! Absolutely blew our minds on how tasty the food was. We got the Organic Chicken, Black Bean Stir Fry & Thai Fried Rice with Spring Rolls. Young lady who served us was extremely friendly and polite on the phone and in person and the chef did an outstanding job with the quality and presentation. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Super delicious food, lots of vegetarian choices and the staff/owners are really nice. All the food I have had there is delicious but the currys are unbelievable. Treat yourself you'll love it.

Amazing Thai food. The only Thai place I’ll go to. Their tofu is delicious and no one can beat their pad Thai! Awesome vegan options

Dined there and got takeout a few times over a year ago and it was great. Had a craving last night for some pad thai. Was surprised by the price increase, but ordered anyway. Got home and was surprised again by both the declining portion size and the quality. Laughed at the almost comical single piece of shrimp in my curry chicken and (a) shrimp pad thai. Don't plan on going back.
