Maida Restaurant & Lounge

Travelled from New Zealand to Toronto I was a bit worried that I might not find a good restaurant where they serve Injera. I have to say, I enjoyed every single bite of the meal in Maida. The service was AMAZING. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Had the red tibsi and absolutely loved it. Must appreciate the staff and chef for great food and vibe. Will definitely visit again.

This restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was phenomenal, and the service was some of the best I've ever had. The restaurant's atmosphere was also great - it felt cozy and welcoming. They also offer a fantastic selection of vegetarian plates. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking to enjoy authentic Eritrean/Ethiopian cuisine.

Best tasting ethiopian food in Toronto! Staff was friendly and very helpful with recommendations, and portions are good size. Would give a higher rating if that were possible

Lovely ambience with friendly service and wonderful flavourful food.
The chef/ owner made recommendations for our group which was very helpful. The coffee service was amazing and worth the wait.
