I use this Post office usually 3 times a week. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. Pinky and Mansi are always so helpful!

I’ve never had worse experiences with a post office. They’re always closed for random reasons you’ll never know of until you get to the store front. I’ve been to the post office 4 times now and still have not been able to deliver my package.

Doesn't help you with anything, my package was supposed to be delivered today and said delivered on their website, most definitely has not been delivered. Always deliver things to the wrong address

Horrible customer service and now they've started closing randomly at 5pm. I called to double check (since I've gone twice when they say they're open and they're not) but all I got was 9 and click.hung up on. Why are people in jobs...

I see a lot of negative comments on here so thought I should share my positive experience. I had to send a package to US consulate and the lady at the counter was very helpful.

Use any other company, FedEx is horrible. Won't deliver on time and impossible to contact.

Took only 1 minute to get out it shipping. The guy behind the counter was very polite and so we were done so quickly. If you go through the west entrance it is the quickest place to get their unit which is E-7 at Pacific Mall
