I recently moved to the area and saw the positive reviews and decided to give it a try!

I have had shoulder mobility problems for as long as I can remember and recently it was really bothering me.
Hadi’s methods force you to do the exercises yourself, so if you want to get better, you need to do the work!

Been going for 1.5 months and seen significant improvements.

There’s a gym inside where you will do your rehab exercises.

Team is very friendly.

Very flexible in timing with availability after 5pm is convenient to drop by after work.

Chitra and Shivani took great care of me and encouraged me with clear instructions for what I could do to strengthen my knee and hip. I highly recommend Main and Gerrard Physiotherapy and the excellent staff.

I got a really bad accident on July 2023 as I fall from a 24 feet ladder, broke my wrist, humerus and my whole left arm. Too much pain and can't even move it before coming to this place. I have been going to this physiotherapy for the last two months and the staff is really amazing (Hadi, Chithira, Michelle and Shivani), the have taken care of me so much, they go to the extra mile and they really care for their patients! I'm getting better every time I go and I will keep going until my full recovery. Base on my experience I can said they are THE BEST! Too bad I can only give them five Stars as they deserve much more. I'm so grateful!

I took my mother here to rehabilitate her shoulder. At the first session, I decided to get some work done while waiting for her. Everyone was so kind and the physiotherapist offered me an area to work comfortably. It was such a great experience that I signed myself up to receive treatment for carpel tunnel at the same time as my mothers treatments. I thought my condition was chronic but within a few weeks, of treatment and doing the exercises at home, I am almost back to 100%. My mother has also experienced great improvement with her shoulder. It's been a pleasure to attend this clinic and I highly recommend it.

Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very motivating. After a total hip replacement surgery Hadi and the team put together a comprehensive physiotherapy plan that had me walking well and returning to regular activities in record time.

I have taken my parents to Main and Gerrard physiotherapy for shoulder frozen and neckache and backache. They go the extra mile in their training and exercises. Within a week of continuous training and exercise my mom is okay and in no pain anymore. They are professional and passionate, especially Mr. Hadi explaining the matter, its required physiotherapy, and the exercises needed and cheerfully explained how to do correctly each exercise. Their behavior is very professional and friendly. Finally, they are a multilingual team and can communicate in several languages as you understand well. I would highly recommend you for physiotherapy purposes.

Hands down the most underrated place for physio, Everyone there is super kind and makes you feel very comfortable and welcomed. Great service and therapist are amazing! I learned how to do exercises at home for my knees/ to follow my needs. Very friendly environment. I will go again as needed. My pain due do arthritis decreased around 80%. Clean and wearing a mask to protect others respectfull. Thank you I feel much better.

I had sustained fracture in my right shoulder due to a fall and had it surgically treated in India. I followed it up with physiotherapy for about 40 days and was able to regain shoulder movement to the extent 0f 25 to 30%. After coming to Canada, I joined the above Physiotherapy Clinic and attended 6 sessions of treatment. With the guidance & support received from the staff headed by the most experienced Therapists I am now able to move my right hand, both horizontally and vertically to the extent of about 75 to 80%. They advised me to practice the exercises at home for 3 hours daily diligently which I am doing. I hope, with a few more sessions of coaching at the above Clinic as well as practice at home, I could attain at least 90 to 95% functionality within 2/3 months of training. I sincerely thank all the staff members very much for their enormous patience and cooperation in coachinh me and offering their advice.

Great place, helped me get to where I needed to be and are filled with kind staff. Provided support and gave very thorough explanations for what to do at home and what to avoid.

I came here to relieve from shoulder and neck pain, after 4 session the pain had been reduced drastically. All credit goes to Mr. Hadi who really given the precise treatment and various exercises to do at home. Also get feedback before every subsequent session to make the treatment better. As someone who has been in customer service for 20+ years, I can honestly say that this is the most welcoming and customer focused clinic I have ever been to! Each and every staff member helped make my visit excellent. This is now where I will be doing physiotherapy for as long as I need it. I was referred there by a friend and have now sent my boyfriend there too. Too bad this review system only allows 5 starts because PT Health at Gerrard and Main deserves 10 stars!

Extremely friendly and supportive staff. After my recent surgery the physiotherapist has helped me recover to a point I didn’t think I would be at in such a short time period. I cannot recommend this place enough. Hadi and his staff are amazing!

Made all the difference in my shoulder rehab. Also had a great experience a few years ago after knee replacement surgery.

I am currently a student volunteering for Hadi and he has taught me so much and has gave me an incredible amount of hands on experiance. Over the last few months, I have seen the amazing results that the staff team here delivers to make people pain free. During my time here I have talked with many patients and they all constantly give Hadi very high praise and speak about how much he has helped their injuries. Magic might not exist but Hadi may be the next closest thing.

I'm not covered by insurance, and the owner was quite accomodating in getting me treatment without requiring a ton of sessions.

After coming in for persistent knee pain, I was given amazing help and guidance from Hadi and Armi. Now, even after just a few sessions, I feel so much better and am using the tips they gave me to continue improving my knee health. I highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic, and would encourage others to seek help here for whatever issues they're dealing with!

First time ever, I have visited any physiotherapy clinic. I have been dealing sciatica pain for 3 weeks now. My doctor suggested me to go get physiotherapy. Hadi is brilliant was my therapist. In 1 sessions I felt better than. When I walked upto there clinic. Hopefully will get much better in my 2nd session. Kudos to all their staff very friendly & accommodating.

I was in pain from my left shoulder about 11 months
, I try some physiotherapist for few weeks it does not work at all until one of my friend she told me to visit this location, u do not believe that, I came to see doctor Hadi in this location, all I want to say that, they are awesome, they are so kind with all the respect, they knew what they do, I just visit 3 times then my pain is gone like I never had that problem, I could not sleep for almost a year but now I am sleeping like a baby. We get a royal treatment when we get there by Hadi, Judy and Michelle. It is not all just about physio. The staff laughs with you. They make sure that you do your exercises as per their instructions and make sure you do not bunk any of it. There are no short cuts. Thank you.for making my back better.

I would like to thank Mr. Hadi and his team for treating my severe lower back pain. Two weeks ago I had gone to the Emergency dept.at the hospital and was told to take Morphine for the pain. I was not keen on taking Morphine. My next day visit to a doctor who told me that I will need a cortisone injection for the pain. I did not the the injection but went to see Mr. Hadi. After one treatment from Mr. Hadi and his team I was 70% better. WOW. I highly recommend the Main And Gerrard Physiotherapy.

I suffered months of lower back pain. Doing basic living like doing dishes, cleaning the house, giving my kids a bath overtime I always would think I pulled my back taking days to rest. I talked to my doctor over and over and was always told it was inflamed and to rest. End of September of this year I cleaned the house and the next morning I couldn’t get out of bed. I rushed to the hospital and was giving pain meds and was said to rest yet again. Finally after 4 days of not being able to walk to get out of bed and suffering in pain my dad recommended this place and I can’t be more thankful he did. I made a virtual meeting and after I explained my story the therapist ask me to come right in. He assessed me and adjustment my back and told me it was my SI joint. The Staff are all so friendly and so welcoming. They understand your pain and let you work at your paste. After The first visit I was able to walk out of there better than I could in days with minimal back pain. I will forever be grateful to finally have the answers I needed and a proper diagnosis. I am currently still going and getting stronger day by day but I am so happy with the progress I have been making and It wouldn’t be without all the wonderful staff there.

I highly recommend this place. Hadi and staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in with an inflamed knee cap and it was completely cured after 2 sessions. Thank you so much! Your help changed my life! I was able to go back into dancing and swimming again without feeling pain.

I came in to see Hadi about a wrist injury expecting only a meeting and consultation but instead he was genuinely warm, engaging, attentive and incredibly helpful. He made sure that I understood everything he was saying and that all of my questions were addressed before I left.

On top of that, he proactively offered solutions that would have the least financial impact which, to me, emphasized the genuine interest in patient care and wellbeing.

Given my personal experience here, I could only give the highest recommendation.

Found this place to be excellent in regards to knowledgeable staff, friendly environment and understanding patients concerns. My husband shovon got hurt in his hand, he was suffering from wrist pain, we went to take phyciotherapy another clinic that was not good, then we change the phyciotherapy center and chose main and gerard physiotherapy centers, every staff is very helpful here, everyone is very friendly and their behavior is so nice. I would highly recommend Main and Gerrard Physiotherapy to anyone considering physiotherapy after an injury. I went there to help restore balance, movement, and overall muscle strength in my right leg after suffering a break. The physiotherapists were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. After performing an initial assessment of the current status of my leg (it had been in a cast for two months), they helped develop a plan to improve my balance, and strengthen the muscles in the leg. Within a month of regularly attending physiotherapy, I was walking around without any limp and was able to start with more dynamic movements. I certainly could not have reached this level of restoration in such a short period of time without the assistance and encouragement of the physiotherapists. I can't thank you enough for all of your help!

Dr hadi is a miracle worker and bery accommodating. Every where i called for physio was booked and so was dr hadi but he said come in still took me in and resolved my issue so fast lower back pain he knew exactly what to do and treated it fast and efficently. I would highly recommend dr hadi and main and Gerrard physio threapy the staff are amazing. And they take insurance coverages. Ask for dr hadi on your visit after the 1st visit my lower back no longer hurts i strained it by lifting something and dr hadi was able to reset it and i felt much better. Highly recommend it and to come here
