Very helpful staff, but has NO real authority to fax the welcome policy application for the elderly to welcome policy office. What's a disappointment!

Regarding the weight room: too small and 80% of the space is cardio equipment. Otherwise, it's fine for basic workout.

Handicap parking at front otherwise parking behind on Canadian Tire parking lot with walkway to community centre. Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of daily lane swims.

Good hours good staff good life guards, usually proper swim etiquette from other lane swimmers.

Very clean pool area, very clean change rooms, I have not gone into the pool to speak on water temperature, but the overall temperature is warm in the pool/gallery area. In order to use a locker, you need to pay 25¢, you cannot bring your own lock.

Overall I was pretty surprised by my experience here. This community centre makes it clear that the City of Toronto is not very interested in investing in this underserved east-end region.

Upsides:
- Pool itself is clean and decent, though a bit cold
- Not very busy during the leisure swim which was great

Downsides:
- The change rooms were freezing cold, and extremely outdated – the showers were lukewarm and stay on for just a few seconds at a time, they have ancient locks you have to put a quarter in to use instead of being able to use your own lock, and the worst of all was that the family change space has just ONE ROOM.so if there is more than one family that needs privacy you have to wait, which is completely ridiculous.
- There is NO PARKING at all on site so you have to park a ways away on Danforth on at the Canadian Tire

It’s a nice pool! The sun brightens up the environment create the nice sunny atmosphere to be in and feeling like I am Somewhere on the beach.

Pros; good gym, good pool, parking nearby
Cons; small changing rooms, little outdated
Overall one of the better community centers

Pros
This location includes the basic equipment for your fitness goals and daily exercise. Steps away from public transportation (TTC and GO train) Even during rush hours the facilities do not get uncomfortable. The prices are extremely affordable and the staff is good enough, although not present often.

Cons
The last means trespassing in these facilities is very easy. When they solve their attendance/security issue they will get a 5 star.

This is a Comunity swimming pool. It is a old building but functional. Could definitely do with updates and social conduct on how to behave in a communal place.

Staff are rude, gym machines often broken down, pool hours short and crowded. Poorly laid out facility

I come here swimming during the weekend and it's great. Not a lot of people during lane swimming and plenty of parking spot.

Yes, it’s an older facility, but it’s got decent basics, and the pool is great for lap swim. They have all the necessary kick boards and buoys, and what prompted my review today is this lovely lifeguard named Josh, who is very
attentive to the lane swimmers and makes sure that people are swimming at the right speed for each lane, watches for any potential collisions, and really tries to balance the distribution of swimmers. Thank you, Lifeguard Josh!

The older white lady at the front desk is extremely rude. Not sure what her name is but she acts like a Karen

Really enjoyed the swimming on family day. Lots of toys for the kids and really good instructors.

The place is great for such a small location! However the staff are extremely rude and I've been hung up on multiple times before I'm done asking questions. Very turned off by their appalling customer service.

A good public place, but they should fix a schedule for drop in games that does not change from week to week.
