Main Street Offers Inc. d/b/a WaySpa

I contacted WaySpa by phone and email but my issue has not be resolved. 3 $100 gift cards were purchased from Costco and I am not able to access them. When I try to download them I receive an error message on the WaySpa website stating that my eGift is in legacy format needs to be replaced. I called the phone # that I was directed to call and spoke with a representative from WaySpa and they said that they would look into it and then I received an email from WaySpa informing that the issue was resolved and that I would need to go to Costco and get them to issue the gift cards. I went to Costco and they informed that it is an issue with WaySpa's website (as I thought) and I responded to the email and never received a response. Terrible customer service.
